Exactly what I was looking for after having my baby a year ago. I am 11 classes in and already feel stronger. Thanks to the ladies at PLNK!

This place is amazing! It will challenge you in a way you've never been challenged. It was hard but effective! And the trainers are so friendly and helpful that it makes you want to come back! As a man who lifts on a regular this almost took me out lolololol!!!

I'm experienced at working out, pilates/yoga. Instructors aren't always there to correct you and I know AT LEAST 3 people, self included, who have hurt themselves. When you talk to the owner, she blows you off. Avoid

Took 3 classes here when I was in town. The first was ok - mediocre. Nothing great but nothing terrible. The second the instructor, Hannah, was so new she couldn’t figure out how to get us into the moves. The new person next to me almost fell off twice. There was next to no help. I ended end helping the new woman next to me most of class because she was so lost. The instructor (if you can call her that) would just call the names of the moves and expect us to know what to do. It was a mess. 5/6 of the people had no idea how to do the moves and she had no idea how to help them. The third class the instructor forgot two moves on the second side and a spring change for arms. She also had no idea or inclination to try to help people with form. This studio has become really dangerous for new people and for returning clients because they never learn how to do the exercises with good form. Form is terrible, instructors don’t care to help or don’t know how. I’ve been doing this type of work for a long time in many cities when I travel and this is by far the worst example of Lagree.

I’ve been going to this studio for a year now! It is terrific. It is not easy but it is very rewarding. Even though I have been going for a year it is still tough.
If your goals are to become the stronger version of you in 50 mins. I suggest you invest into this studio.

YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. “EMBRACE THE SHAKES”

It is also woman owned!

PLNK is my favorite. I have been consistently going since January 2020 - sad hiatus for COVID - and have never looked back. It is humbling, hard, fabulous, and I've never felt better or stronger. It is the complete package. I recommend it to so many people who are looking for something different or unique to add to the exercise routine!

I absolutely love these classes! PLNK is definitely the most difficult Pilates class I have ever taken. All the instructors are great and provide helpful feedback to make sure you get the most out of the class.

I’ve been going to PLNK for almost a year now, and it’s one of the most challenging but rewarding workouts I’ve ever done. The instructors are friendly and encouraging. They truly have a passion to ensure we all get through class together!

I have been going to PLNK in Town and Country and in Frontenac since July of last year and it is my absolute favorite workout. The classes are always different and every instructor I have taken has been so nice and challenging in their own way. Would recommend this workout to anyone!

I'm 235lb with a powerlifting frame. I've done yoga, but never pilates(or PLNK which to my understanding is a modified Pilates of sorts). I enjoy cross training and let me tell you, holy cow this workout just thrashed me. I had COACH BECKY who is a super talented and helpful trainer. It can be a touch overwhelming and fast to start as you learn, but frankly there is enough time/reps in each movement that even if I knew what I was doing right away I'd have to take breaks. At minimum this is worth a try no matter your fitness level. I'm personally recommending it to athletes who want something new or different that will give them that sore the next day feeling they don't get much anymore.
