Been going here for a few years now and it’s a pretty good gym but the maintenance is very poor. It’s overcrowded and machines/cables break and stay broken for MONTHS. While the owner continues to build new buildings in other cities and put brand new equipment in them. Neosho location is very small and not updated with the other locations.

Was a great place to workout. However if you ever want to cancel your membership they relentlessly tell you to call them back and when they say they’ll call you back they never do. Almost impossible to cancel even if you go into the building there is no one manning the desk. I have audio recordings and text messages saying my membership was cancelled several months later I’m still being charged. The lady on the phone said I would be reimbursed seeing as it was to be cancelled MONTHS ago and never was. Also they double charged me in January and still have yet to be refunded.

It is a clean place well taken care of but be warned if you want to cancel your membership it’s very hard. I work when supposedly when employees are there so I can’t go in to talk to them. The company that provides the card possessing can’t help you. You call during business hr you only get voice mail you can’t leave msg. They can email
You but you cant email back or it bounces back. I had to call my card company and cancel my card so I could cancel my membership.

Best gym I’ve ever been a member of!! My first impression when I walked through the door was “wow this place is CLEAN, organized and smells good for a gym!” Sarah greeted us and gave us a tour. I had just had a baby and had been out of the gym for several years at this point so I was super nervous. Just the thought of walking in the door gave me anxiety. Well as soon as I learned that Sarah was the HIIT instructor I decided I was going to start joining the class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself! After a couple weeks of coming to the HIIT class I started to get into a routine and gained enough confidence to venture out and start learning (and relearning) different exercises and ways to workout. All of this to say, if you’re a newbie and you’re anxious to do something but don’t know where to start, the group workouts were a HUGE stepping stone to bettering myself. The turf room just got a huge makeover with TONS of new equipment! Rise is most definitely the best bang for your buck and I can’t see myself ever leaving this gym!! Sarah does an incredible job keeping the place maintained. Nothing more you could really want from a gym!

I messaged the gym privately to inquire about the downtime of an elliptical and received very confrontational messages from a staff member for having left a three star review on Google. I’m updating the content of the review because the gym has made improvements since opening, but am leaving the rating at 3 stars based on the berating and unprofessional messages sent to me. The gym is open 24 hours. They have everything you would expect a gym to have (free weights, machines, cardio, tanning beds, group classes). Price is competitive for the area. There is an annual maintenance fee for equipment, however I would avoid asking about it because you may get accused of not being an appreciative enough customer.

I absolutely love going here! HIIT Class is amazing as well as Zumba, Sarah the HIIT coach is always patient and understanding when I ever had any questions on the equipment there and never made me feel uncomfortable when asking.

Been going to this franchise in Neosho for well over a year. The old gym was great however the new gym is better than I ever expected. The equipment is top notch and the space is incredible. The gym offers amenities to all types of athletes whether u are a cardio, free weight, or machine freak there is plenty of equipment to satisfy. The gym wouldn’t be a gym without the people, and with that said I have gained some amazing friends while coming here and have never had a bad encounter. Seeing is believing so give it a look and see if it should become your jungle for another success story in your life.......

This is a great gym! I changed my gym membership from the YMCA to here and I love it! Great equipment and pricing! It’s located in a convenient place too! If your looking for a gym then you have found the one! They also have awesome fitness classes!

Worst place ever they over charged my card three times in a row overdrafting my account and took several days to fix everytime I go in it's disgusting and they charge $30 a person for cleaning fee but never clean the place they over charged me over $100 total every single month they charged me double and then they charged me double on the cleaning fee and was very rude and took very long to get me my money back and did nothing about the overdraft fee so I had to pay an extra $50 and overdraft fees because they kept charging my account without my permission I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never be returning

If you're in need of a gym, Rise is a fantastic option! There is a large selection of machines and weights, and the music/atmosphere is great.

The whole place is clean and well-lit; even the bathrooms are immaculate.

Furthermore, the staff & owners are very helpful when you speak to them in person or on social media.

I recently had to relocate for a job in Neosho and decided to move my membership from 24hr Fitness in Monett. I like the new location that Rise recently changed to but I definitely wish they had better equipment for weight training. Hopefully after my 1year contract with rise I’ll probably go back with 24hr. I enjoy deadlifting, doing barbell hip thrusts etc but I can’t do that here and it kinda sucks. I hope they can get that some day.

They charged me twice several times throughout my membership. My account was messed up and it would constantly say it was inactive so I was unable to change any info. The owner was very short worded when I consulted them about the problem and took days to answer me. Then when I decided to just cancel it the fee was $70. It was all very messy
