They are very friendly they have a guest pass for 5$ if you want to run around the track or workout and their membership is affordable and all access.

I've been a member of this gym for 10+ years. The staff is always friendly, and the place is never too crowded. Great group classes also! Childcare is provided free to members on certain days of the week.
I would like to keep this place more of a secret, but I can't help but recommend it.

Went for a 10:30am Friday exercise class. The teacher was energetic and explained the moves very well. Music was good and equipment was sanitized.
