Row House is the perfect place for me to get a workout in over lunch. The guidance from Mitchell is great and the open hour lets me to do a variety of exercises. Everyone is so encouraging and I have never felt like I didn't fit in. I highly recommend stopping in and giving it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I have been a member of Row House Parkville for almost a year and I absolutely love it. The trainers are great and they keep you motivated. The workouts really push you to your max and just when you think you can't do any more, you find that little bit of energy to push to the end. At the end of the workout you feel so good. I highly recommend Row House.

From the minute you walk in to Row House in Parkville, the owners, instructors, and patrons make you feel welcomed! The instructors are very encouraging and very willing to help guide you in the right direction, making sure your form is correct so you get the most out of your workout. I never felt like “the new girl in class”. The other members just cheer you on as if you’ve been rowing with them for months. It is a great experience overall, not to mention an excellent way to exercise😉

Row House is the place to go if you have trouble keeping yourself motivated at the gym. The classes are a good length, well paced, fun and you can set your own intensity, so you're never feeling overwhelmed. The staff is a fantastic resource not only for rowing form, but also fitness in general. Through events hosted by Row House, I have been introduced to everything I need on my journey to health, from other vendors to advice and coaching from the staff themselves. The best part is the atmosphere, truly supportive and encouraging. This place provides the framework that you can build your new future on!

I have been very pleased with my experience so far. I am definitely not in shape but I feel this is going to be a great way to get there.
The instructors are great. Mitch and Amanda were both extremely helpful getting setup and took the time to make sure I was comfortable.
The classes are challenging, but i don’t feel like I’m risking major injury. There are also a lot of variety of classes and times that work well with my schedule.
The facilities are clean and modern, but I do wish there were larger changing rooms and a shower would be nice.
Update:
I’ve been attending classes for 6 months now. I have lost more than 20lbs and gained a lot of muscle! I feel more flexible and stronger than I have in the past decade. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling or class size. My only complaint is in how expensive it has been to buy new clothes that fit my much trimmer physique! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Love Row House!!!! If you haven’t tried rowing, you should! The team members at the Parkville location will help you learn the technique and improve in your fitness journey! New ownership took over in mid-January, and they are FANTASTIC! They have added activities that increase participation outside of just taking the already awesome rowing classes, and are consistently adding new options and opportunities for self-improvement, including working with nutritional and recovery businesses nearby. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive, and really complete the experience. I've never worked out before, and honestly, coming to Row House doesn't feel like the chore I'd always imagined exercise to be. I really cannot recommend Row House highly enough, they are truly helping me change my life for the better! 10 stars!!!

Rowing if one of those workouts that doesn’t feel like a workout at first but then creeps up on you. Oh I absolutely loved this place. The people were very nice. The instructor, Ethan, was GREAT! He really gave an excellent workout regimen. It didn't leave me tired or sore, just loosened up. I definitely recommend this place.

I found Row House a few months ago when I was looking for a new way to workout. I came in to try it out and I have loved it since! There are a variety of classes to choose from (my favorites are signature and restore) but all of the classes are great! The workouts are challenging and the coaches are so encouraging and welcoming! The best part about Row House is that all of the classes are you vs. you - you are not competing against anyone else, you are there to do YOUR best!

I really enjoy seeing my personal best results via email recaps, how many meters total I have left to reach my max, and the feeling of workout of together. It’s so hard to get that same feeling in a gym unless you go with a friend. Here, you just show up and get coached!

This place is amazing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and the workouts kick my butt! Low impact is also a huge plus for me; I have bad joints from years of being overweight (and just generally being old) and I leave Rowhouse completely gassed but still able to move.

Maleri is awesome. She’s very encouraging and motivating. She also takes the time to get you set up to your rower so it fits you perfectly during your workouts. She cares a lot about your form and teaches you how to move correctly to prevent you from getting injured while exercising. Will absolutely take more classes with her in the future.

I love this place! The 5:30 am classes (usually with Maleri) fits perfectly into my schedule and starts my day off right. Great instruction, music and a full-body workout!! 🚣♀️. Lots of other classes and times to choose from and an app that makes scheduling a breeze. Tracks and reports my progress after every class. Really keeps me moving towards goals and motivated to crawl out of bed at that early hour. Well worth the effort to get there and check that off my to-do list. 😊

I was introduced to this place by my friend Maleri and I tried it out and loved it! You dont row the whole time for they keep the workouts mixed up on/off the rower doing weights or mixed up body weight exercises. The workouts are fun with music included and the staff and coaches are friendly. I signed up being a member for i love the classes and im the type that wont go or use a regular big box gym or the equipment if i buy it for i love the team effort.. this is a great supplement on top of my running and rowing is a 86% full body workout.!

My wife and I decided it was time to join a gym. We knew a regular gym was not for us, and we would probably quit really soon. I have been following Row House on Instagram for a while and was very curious. So we joined up last Thursday night. We didn’t die!!! We thought it was fun and we definitely felt it the following day! So, we went back again on Friday and started learning to get the form down. We’ve been to 3 classes with Amanda. Row House is a great place, the owners and all the staff are very friendly. They make the workouts fun with rowing to music. It’s a variety too. You’ll row for a while, then do floor exercises, row some more, more floor exercises with weights, and finish off strong with a shorter row. I would recommend this place to anyone that is afraid to go to a gym!! Thank you Row House for helping us be a better person and for getting into shape for the first time in our lives.
