Stopped in from out of town to get a workout in and man, what a great gym. The owner Nathan was very friendly and helpful. Lots of equipment amd everything you need to get a good lift. Would be my go-to gym if I lived closer.

Super clean, friendly helpful staff, Donna and Nathan are great- always ready to help and advise. Access to fit any schedule with security cameras. Well maintained clean equipment. Instructors and classes are very top notch.

Absolutely love this place. Old school, get your shit done kinda feel to it. 170 days from next show so I couldn't afford to take time off while on fam vaca. This is my definite go to when visiting.

Just visited this past weekend, I forgot her name but the lady at the front desk was super friendly and allowed us access over the weekend. They have plenty of equipment to get a kickass workout in with an old school gym feel. Will definitely be back whenever we visit the lake.
