My gym home for almost 2 years! I've been to 3 Crossfit gyms in St. Louis. At Share the Burden they focus on your mobility and warm-up, scaling options for your weakness or injury, and they really care about your workout readiness for the day - did you sleep well? how is your stress? are you sore from a recent workout? Don't be afraid to try it because it's Crossfit - every movement is scalable & the coaches are very knowledgeable and caring. Great gym, even better community.

STB is the best of the best! The coaches are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and encouraging. They care about fitness, but more than that how you are truly doing. Everyone who attends is kind and cheers each other on. I have fun and find myself wanting to go to not just get a great work out, but build my community too. It is a terrific gym!

I have been a member for 8 years and there is no limit to the wonderful things that can be said about STB.
Justinβs programming is well thought out and the coaching is the best I have experienced in my 12 years of CrossFit. They will always find modifications for movements to fit your needs.
The culture and community Justin and the other coaches have built is friendly, inspiring, and welcoming.

I joined STB in June of 2024, and Iβm so glad to have found such a great gym. The coaches are helpful and kind, giving encouragement and useful tips while also challenging athletes to rise to their full potential. Since joining, Iβve made huge strides in my strength, endurance, and mobility. The workouts are always fun and have appropriate scaling for those of us that are still learning. STB is not only a CrossFit gym, itβs a community of people who will cheer you on as you reach your goals.

This place really shines with its programming. Justin does a really good job of it. I spent a long time going to several different gyms looking for something that suited my needs. As a physical therapist, I have all the knowledge I need to train myself, but doing that is like asking the carpenter to finish his own home DIY.
CrossFit and Justin's coaching/programming checked all the boxes for me.
1. Knowledgeable and active coaches that give good critiques.
2. Modifiable Programming that helps me work towards my goals.
3. Group workout setting.
4. The ability to learn a new skillset.
5. Coaches that know when to push and when to pull.
Worth it. Come Share the Burden!

This gym is awesome! Iβve been going for 8 months now. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. The coaches get to know you, instill confidence in you, and provide constructive feedback to help you improve your form and techniques. The programming is well thought out and provides you with the ability to develop your skills week after week. If youβre even considering joining this gym or dropping in, you should! You wonβt be disappointed.

The coaches are sincere and very knowledgeable. They actually "coach" you in class, not workout with you. I've learned so much about CrossFit and life in general while being a member. The community is the best part. No egos. My wife and I both go here and have made some our best friends! Very kid friendly. The most up-to-date equipment and the programming is top-notch!

Justin is an amazing fitness coach and has a great team around him. I have never felt more welcome at a gym than when i started coming to Share the Burden Crossfit. The people and atmosphere are fantastic. If you havent tried Crossfit or are looking to diversify your fitness routine you absolutely have to give this box a shot!
