I have been trying to receive the rest of the money in my daughters account for over 6 months now. And I spoken to Kendra on the phone 6 months ago promising to refund my money but I never received it. Since then no one will answer my phone calls or my voicemails I have left. I have even gone to the gym and told the front desk which wasn’t Kendra at the time that I needed a refund on the balance and the lady took my name and number promising Kendra would call me back. Well Kendra hasn’t done so! This place is a scam when it comes to lying about refunding account balances back to the parents. Im so fed up with this! It’s not right that you do this to people! If I could they would receive zero stars.

Spirits has become our second home! The staff and coaches are so caring and welcoming. They not only teach solid gymnastics skills and techniques, they also focus on core values including self esteem and supporting each other. My daughter has grown so much from being a part of this family! My son also participates at Spirits through their ninja program that pushes him physically while having a great time!

I’ve had 2 kids at Spirits for years. Today I checked the FaceBook group on my lunch break and saw a post from the owner (I think) thanking members for essentially attacking a man for having concerns with the gym. The comments accused him of many things, but I couldn’t find his post because they deleted it. I know this man and his wife and others in his family have posted asking for cameras to be turned on for a live stream, a common pain point for the gym.

I couldn’t believe the gaslighting they did to this man who was just trying to see his child(ren) perform while he works from home.

My husband and I are now looking for another gym because of this incident as we feel it’s very important to have standards and this gross over reach is a violation of our values.

If I could give a 0 i would! Professionalism is non existent. There is no structure on leveling up and the owner's behavior is atrocious. If you care about the fundamentals and having your child grow in the sport this place isn't for you. If you need a babysitting service for an hour while you run errands then this place (I almost said establishment but that would insinuate they have an actual smooth running business) may suffice.

When Spirits offered a 2 week trial, we signed up our then 3 year old daughter for classes. The gym as nice, the coaches were good, staff was pretty friendly. Our main concern was that we wanted a gym that offered live streams so that I and other members of my family could watch my daughter. I was assured that this service was provided for each and every class.
Not a week has gone by that we haven't had to call, post in their private group, or go to the front desk to have the cameras turned on.
After 4 months and repeated instances of politely asking the service that was most important to us be followed up on, we decided to ask for a refund since we paid for a yearly membership in full.
I made a post in their private group about the cameras and was promptly told to give my daughter space and to chill. When the comments turned to personal attacks on me by some other members, the owner deleted the post and then made a post thanking other members for coming to the defense of the gym.
However, the gym wasn't attacked in any way. Spirits Gymnastics took my money for a yearly membership and promptly stopped providing one of the key services we sought and then sicced the dogs on us when expressing frustration.
Though the fix was easy (turn on the camera for hte live stream), we were given every excuse and told we shouldn't expect it, though again, it was the key reason we chose Spirits in the first place.
Additionally, there is no structure for graduating from one class to the next. There are no progress reports or individual practice regimens to do from home to graduate to a more advanced class, something many other local gyms do in order to progress its students.
If you're looking for a budget gym that will watch your kids for an hour while you go do errands, I suppose this'll do, but if you truly care about the development of your children into competitive athletes and being able to support them through their journeys, this isn't the gym for you.

Payton started back in March 2019 and she has had the best coach's ever. Her 1st coach in her sparklers class was very helpful. As Payton moved up we needed a coach that would keep Challenging her and Coach Chanda introduced us to coach Xia. We have adored coach Xia as well. She has pushed her to be the best she can be and has noticed all of her potential. When I Express my concerns they listen and communicate back with me. Since March she has leveled up 2 times in just in one class. Kendra is also so sweet and understanding when I have to change my schedules around. Everyone is very positive, energetic and active with all the kids! Couldn't ask for a better place for my daughter to start.
Now my son has started in beginner Tumbling and Coach Chanda has all the Patience in the world. Not only do they teach the little ones gymnastics but they teach the responsibility, respect, determination and accountability. my son has only been going for 1 month and I can already see a change in his behavior and he is so happy when he has accomplished a goal.

This is a great organization and gives the kids all the tools to learn and grow. Our girls have flourished and worked hard in every level so far. My daughter has been going for a couples months now. I love how they teach more then just gymnastics. My daughter is learning how to be a better person for her community too. They have lessons every month and come home with a paper to help them understand that lesson. Last month they learned about responsibly and this month is about respect.
I have noticed they do not skip steps with teaching. When my daughter joined she was a hot mess. They took the time to correct her in everything. They do not move on till it's done right. If you come and watch you will see all instructors help each other out when needed. If a group doesn't understand what to do and a club team member can show them they will pull a team member to help demonstrate.
My shy child loves going every week and her coach is amazing with her.

A high quality gymnastics studio with fair pricing and outstanding teachers. One of our daughters takes cheerleading lessons and the other gymnastics classes.
