I just turned 53 and have been working out at the gym since it opened. My squat and deadlift PRs are in the 200s and I am benching in the triple digits, which I never thought would happen. This is the place to come for strength. I started with Brandon with no barbell experience and started by doing body weight squats, with the knowledge that I have gained I have surpassed what I thought was possible with doing my heaviest squat at 340lbs.
