If you are looking to build strength and improve your overall health then Paul Johnson is the coach you're looking for. I have been working with him for only 2 weeks and already feel much stronger and my overall health has improved. He's very knowledgeable with fitness and teaches you exercises that strengthen different muscles simultaneously. He's always got a positive energy about him and you can tell he truly cares about helping others achieve their fitness goals. Highly recommend!

Joined a 6 week weight loss challenge offered here with Paul. The facility is great as well as the trainer Paul. The workouts are challenging but are tailored for all fitness levels. Paul keeps it flowing smoothly and is such a positive motivator. My daughter (who is doing it with me) and I are so happy we decided to try it out!
