I have been exercising most of my life, but I am really impressed with The Exercise Coach! Its equipment and trainers have surpassed my expectations! Incredible experience every time I go. As opposed to spending an hour in the gym at least three times a week, I now spend 20 minutes twice a week at the Exercise Coach. I have seen excellent results. In the group class the coach provides excellent monitoring and encouragement. The equipment monitors your progress so you see your personal growth. Before joining, I researched the program. I Was impressed by the science behind the program. Now having attended for several months, I can say that my strength has improved greatly. I’m very satisfied with the program.

I’ve been going to the Exercise Coach for a year and a few months. Blessed in seeing my body change from size 16 to now wearing a medium 10-12. I’m amazed how great I feel with building strength and tightness within my body. I’m 66 years mature but I have more energy and strength than I have felt in years. Flexibility has returned. But it’s not just important to just show up, it’s the consistency in doing the work out and putting the right nutrition in your body. I may be blessed in turning another year of life. Twenty minutes. That's all it takes to get a full body strength training session guided by a private professional trainer! I didn't believe it either, but over a year later, I am amazed at the definition in parts I thought were long gone! 😂 they will give you a few sessions, free just to try it out, so you should - especially if you hate going to the big box gyms with all that complicated equipment and loud music. Come over to the quiet side, where they're just there to help you feel, and yeah, even look better. You'll be hooked before you know it. ☺️

Jeff, the other coaches and staff have impressed me. They are client oriented, professional and welcoming. This was exactly the kind of program I needed. Due to a medical issue I can only use resistance equipment. The information you are provided after each set really helps you see your progress and there is a graph for each rep showing how you are performing in real time.
