As someone who always disliked working out in gyms, I really enjoy coming here. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean environment with well maintained equipment. I like the variety of people that workout here. Nobody is out of place. Their app and training programs have been very helpful as a beginner. Very affordable membership without a contract!

Would be a higher rating if there was more free weights (dumbbells to be more specific). There's only one set for each dumbbells and during busy times this causes significant waiting to get what you need to finish your routine. My other issue is the fact that it feels like NOBODY re-racks their weights and management doesn't seem to do anything about it (although I'm not really sure what can be done other than having staff make sure it happens).

Very nice gym. Wasn't too busy when I went and the equipment is in nice shape. They keep it very clean. Good price, too. I was a member for over a year before I moved. Recently visited it again while in town and could not believe how much they updated some equipment and squat racks. It is a very nice gym for a great price.

I've been going here for a few years now and I can't stress enough how much I love it. They have the best prices in town, best variety of equipment, and they're always upgrading. They keep it clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They also sell healthy food and drinks. I love this gym!!

Love this gym. It has a little bit of everything from crossfit to weights with trainers always available. Owner is a great dude that truely cares about peoples health. Highly recommend for anyone. With UNBEATABLE prices!

They have locker/changing rooms, two bathrooms, and an amazing selection of equipment. I love the variety and the price is just as good too! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and encouraging. It's a great gym and I regularly recommend it to people I know. Definitely the best gym in Lebanon

What can I say about this place? It is an amazing Gym and they also own The Field. They provide a huge variety of classes, youth cross-train and high school cross train/weight liftimg. The gym has Yoga classes and even private trainers. The Gym is very clean and welcoming. They also make the best protein shakes at a reasonable price.
