We do take SilverSneakers and offer SilverSneakers classes.

The gym is nice and new. Smells clean. HOWEVER, they allow high schoolers to sneak in and just sit on the equipment watching videos and their phones. Not using the equipment. I shouldn't have to ask someone to use equipment when they are just using it as a seat. Please do better. I pay too much to have to deal with this.

Was in town for a weekend and let me sign up for a week pass that included 24-hour access. Solid gym for the size of the building with decent equipment

I joined the weight room and started attending the morning classes. It's helped my overall mental/emotional/physical health, It's the part of my day I look forward to the most now. I am thankful for all the support I've received from Bailey and all the ladies in the morning classes.

Overall a very nice gym. I only get to go once in a while but I always enjoy it. Very nice equipment and is possibly the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. It is a bit smaller of a gym, but it has never been very busy when I’ve gone so that’s a plus. Highly recommended.

Very nice facility. Always clean. Awesome equipment and free weights selection. No one will pressure you to push yourself harder than you need to. The staff are awesome as well, always ready to answer questions and help however they can. They also have several work out programs, so go by and see the folks at The Weight Room.
