This place is great for anyone interested in the ninja sport. Our family started as beginners here and after years now we have found a sport and gym that the whole family loves. The staff are ALWAYS great and upbeat and keep up the positive energy whether during practice, open gym, and certainly birthday parties—which are also a blast here and well attended by invitees. My child loves coming here and has a great time. Have been attending and don’t plan to cancel or leave. I just wanted to mention(in hopes it will be corrected) there seems to be some blatant favoritism for certain kids by multiple coaches. While I’m glad they have good relationships with some families but sometimes I’ll see my child needing some aid but they are more focused on specific kids. Also I wish they would tell parents not to yell during sessions. Some parents be doing too much. Let the coaches coach.

I can’t say enough about this place it is wonderful. Every time my (4year old) son comes in for class the staff is happy to see us and make my kid feel like a million bucks. My son was preemie and has low muscle tone and I think this is a great way for him to work on his overall strength and I am already seeing improvement in his balance and strength after five classes. They come up with new and engaging activities every class it’s really a great experience for kids at any skill/strength level. It’s my son’s favorite thing to do and he looks forward to it every week.

Went to a birthday party here recently. They overcharged for the party and it didn't even last 2 hours!!! Birthday boys weren't even able to open their presents...they kicked them out of party room and the kids couldn't continue playing either. Not worth the hundreds of dollars spent! The Ultifit classes are outstanding and enable a wide range of workouts for first-timers, beginners, or advanced with the great feeling of accomplishment regardless of skill or fitness level. I had my 6 year olds birthday party at this location and I am completely blown away at how awesome it was! We had never been here before so I had no clue what to expect but this place is hands down the best. I will start with the fact that I am a procrastinator so booking a party a couple weeks out was accommodated, then it was considerably cheaper than anywhere else. We had the floor to ourselves, so you aren't trying to party with the general public. The host we had was absolutely incredible. Alex, thank you so much for your patience and your energetic party spirit! He was racing with the kids and getting them pumped up. This was a night and day difference than the host and party we had at Urban Air for a much more affordable price. Also the kids get a free pass to come back! Absolutely the best. That goes for the gyms, the equipment and the trainers/coaches/staff. For kids, in addition to physical fitness it builds confidence, comradery, striving for success, and accepting little failures along the way. My son started for years as a diehard ninja, and then spent more time with baseball and basketball. The skills, strengths and mental confidence he gained at Ninjas put him leaps and bounds ahead of where he would have been. And his friends who continued with Ninjas as their primary sport are crushing it.

For adults, I've been doing Ultifit for quite a while. I'm in my 50's and have never been in better shape. Same thing as the kids - the instructors are awesome at every level. If you're a beginner or a gym rat, they'll tailor the program to what you need. And I've made so many new friends in the classes.

I’m writing a detailed review for parents interested in Lil Ninjas: I took my 3 y/o son for a trial class on a Sunday. The building opens at 9am and class was scheduled to start at 9, which confused me a little. We arrived at 9:04 and class was already in full swing (no pun intended! so make sure you’re early/on time). We didn’t get much instruction, just a wrist band and told to join the group (possibly because we were late?). Initially we were placed with “big kids” (4/5 year olds) so my kiddo was overwhelmed and shy- and so was Mom. The teacher picked up on that and was very patient with him and gave him extra attention. He also allowed me to stay nearby. We eventually joined the group of smaller kids which was a much better fit.

I’m giving 5 stars because I was impressed and pleased with the teachers. While young, they were great with the kiddos; patient, attentive, and kept them focused. My son has participated in other activities where the young teachers weren’t as great.

The activities and equipment were age appropriate and clean. Balance beams, soft crash mats, a climbing ramp thing, climbing wall and ropes. The teachers taught my son to hold his arms out “like an airplane” to help balance so they actually do instruct. They took water breaks, stretched, and did a ninja hands in cheer at the end. So while an individual sport, it had a team feel.

The place appeared clean and didn’t have that “gym” smell. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to sign up for classes.

We had a birthday party there yesterday which was also our first time there in general and I cannot praise it enough. The employees were wonderful! Inclusive, energetic, and willing to teach both children and the parents. The facility was very clean. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the equipment and how everything is presented, even the way the merchandise is displayed upon entrance. The place appeared to be ran by young adults (kids really). The one adult I saw that looked like he may have been in charge, did not seem to wanna be there at all. Highly recommend. I thought I was in shape before I started coming to the gym about 6 months ago but this place continues to kick my butt 6 days a week. Liv and Logan are the best trainers out there. They do such a good job of teaching you the basics and then continue pushing you as you get more advanced. Best part about the gym is the atmosphere that these two have created. ULTIFIT is awesome! I basically live at this gym. I come 6x a week and stay for two classes each morning. The workouts are fun and have a lot of variety. The coaches are great and will always help to correct your form and modify as needed.

Logan and Liv are happy to demonstrate exercises as much as you need. No, like, really, as much as you need. Form is important and if you have to see that ab exercise 5 or 6 times to get it right, Logan and Liv will happily demo with a smile. Especially important for burpees. 😀

I always loved Ultimate Ninjas but during Covid I love it even more. If you’re looking for a place where they truly clean after each group, wipe off everything anybody could have touched, this is the place to go. Instructors are professional, kid loves it, our favorite place to go.

Amazing place to have a BLAST while getting fit at the same time. The staff is great, and I look forward to every time I get to go here. It’s a place that’s great for kids as well as adults. HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Ninjas!

I came in from Kansas City and brought me two children to the ninja course. We had the best time. There was a boy there named Nick who is so helpful and made it so much fun for my kids. He taught us how to do many of the obstacles and was amazing ! We would come back for sure next time we are in town.

Great place, my kids love it. They offer a flexible class schedule and also offer camps! All instructors are fun and encouraging. Coach Nick was awesome, all four kids loved working with him during camp. He was energetic, positive and fun while keeping obstacles safe.

My kiddo has enjoyed every class. She is super excited to complete an obstacle! The instructors are great, and interact with the kids in such a positive way. The kids really work hard. 💪👊 We love everything about ultimate ninjas.

I took 4 twelve year olds there for open gym night and they LOVED it (so did I... they were exhausted afterwards!!!). They kept talking about how awesome one of the staff members was. Thank you Justin Moss for making the night awesome for these boys!!!

All of the instructors are fantastic. They do a great job at pushing the kids to work hard and try for more while keeping them safe and helping them set realistic goals. And they are just as excited as the young person when a goal is met.

- Are a parent and want to give your child/children a place to be physically active in a new, exciting and safe way
- Are an adult and have a desire to challenge yourself
- Are searching for family fun opportunities that don't involve a screen
- Are an aspiring Ninja and need to get the feel for obstacles replicating the specs and finish seen on the show

Ultimate Ninjas St. Louis has friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. The facility is clean, has ample parking and the obstacles are professionally constructed and well maintained.

The aspect I like most about this gym versus other obstacle-focused gyms I've visited is the wide open feel of the space. Ultimate Ninjas St. Louis doesn't feel crowded and hasn't tried to pack too many obstacles into a tiny space, which is something I've experienced at other "Ninja" gyms across the country.

I haven't attended any of the adult or child classes they offer, only the open gym sessions.

My kids absolutely love this gym! They did the opening weekend open play, the first Pro Camp and we can't wait for the next one! We just had my oldest's birthday party there and it was fabulous! All the kids had a great time and the employees were awesome with them! It was nice rotating through the sections of the gym where it was just our party and the kids were able to continuously do the obstacles. They went home tired that evening! Great job Kirsti, Matt and Christian!
