My granddaughter loves Villa West. She has been taking acro and dance for 3 years. She has learned so much and made lots of friends. She loves Miss Alley, Miss Jenny Miss Patience, Miss Cali and Miss Megan. Villa West teaches little girls so much, strength, courage, confidence and so much more. Definitely recommend

Toddler Social Integration Practices should highly be vetted before signing your toddler up! I do not recommend Villa West Performing Arts if you're toddler needs your support before adventuring.

We have a very shy, introverted 2 year old who absolutely loves dance and talks all the time about being a ballerina. We took her to the open house which she absolutely loved and we decided to sign her up for the tiny twos. Shame on us for thinking that it would be just as fun and we would be able to stop class if things didn't work out since children develop differently in social settings.

She absolutely despises attending class. 1. Her mom can't be in there with her. 2. She gets scared by the other outgoing rambunctious tots, and 3. she does not like people touching her. At least, not in this class. We hoped that exposing her to more social environments would help her come out of her shell but not here. So, we wanted to withdraw her. Well, we can certainly do that as long as we pay for the entire season! That includes the recitals too, btw, that our child won't be fitted for or participate in! I attempted to unenroll from Auto-Pay and am not able to do that because I agreed to the terms... I did not agree to the terms of poor child social integration practices. Also, when we informed the studio to withdraw, the first reasons wasn't, "How can we help you stay?" It was, "How would you like to pay for the entire commitment? Monthly or all at once?"

The classroom is also way in the back where the toddlers are led through other classrooms and then shoved into a far back room that appears to be headed to a utility closet. The helper does not know how to work with toddlers and the instructor did her best but is not equipped to work with new toddlers with poor help or inability to have parents involved until the child is acclimated.

We can't say that it is only the child that has a problem because my granddaughter has been doing Gymnastics for a couple of weeks and is blossoming. But, they have a great social integration practice.

Villa West is simply the best. Madeline has been attending classes since she was 3 and we have never felt more at home (she’s 9 now!). The teachers are all wonderful and welcoming and the atmosphere is delightful. This is our first year on the competition team and it has been nothing short of amazing. Watching her confidence and skill grow each week makes this mommas heart so happy! Thank you to the staff for making our experience the best. Can’t wait to see the competition team in action in the spring!

This was my daughter Amelia’s first year with Villa West and it has been AWESOME! She has loved every minute of it and has grown so much in her dancing! The teachers and owners are so wonderful. They go above and beyond with the dancers. They are so patient and kind. My daughter looks forward to coming to dance every week and has gained so much confidence over the year. She is 7 years old and this was her first year dancing and she has truly found her love of visual arts.

Villa West continues to exceed my expectations that I had when I initially enrolled my super shy, very quiet 4 year old into their Acro classes over a year ago. Every single instructor and coach has been more than accommodating to my sweet girl. They are patient, kind, happy, joyful and always welcoming. They have been so energetic and encouraging that my daughter has requested to enroll into dance so she can perform ON HER OWN at recital! AMAZING! The confidence they build up in each athlete is something that they should feel so proud of!! They make every athlete (and this momma!) want to achieve their highest potential while keeping safety and everyday life obstacles at the forefront of minds and allowing these kids to be kids! Villa West is, hands down, the best gym and I’d recommend it to anyone and everyone!!!

We have been with Villa West for 5 years and counting. I initially chose the studio based on the credentials and experience of the instructors but have since learned this studio is so much more. The owner prides herself on making sure that Villa West teaches more than dancing. These kids are learning teamwork, character, and the value of hard work. All of the instructors make sure that the music, choreography, and costumes are age appropriate and that makes this studio stand out. This studio helps to reinforce values that are important to me. While we love to earn high scores and trophies, the instructors make sure that the dancers work to achieve their personal best and keep pushing to become better. This studio also allows dancers to participate in the level they are comfortable with from regular classes with a recital in the spring, to performance groups which go to a couple competitions, to dance company with accelerated classes and competitions. Miss Jenny continues to bring new talented instructors in and they have all become like family. She also continues to try new things and finds new ways to give kids opportunities to try new things out. We even love how involved she makes the parents feel. My girls love their Villa West family.

We have been at Villa West for 4 years since my daughter was 3. I expressed some concerns with the program directorJenny Haberberger
about the poor quality of dance photos the last 2 years and the annual dance recital venues. We were supposed to set up a meeting to discuss my concerns, but instead Jenny just kicked us out of her dance studio and un-enrolled my daughter from her 3 dance classes! The owner lacks professionalism and doesn't allow the parents who pay for services to have a voice. I cannot believe how she handled the problem. I have spoken with many other Villa West dance parents who feel the same.

Unfortunately I have to give Jen the Director, a 1 star rated review. I enrolled my children at this facility based on a recommendation, and my kids loved it. Unfortunately someone put in the wrong contact information under my name (wrong email, was totally someone else's name in the email address, wrong phone number etc.) so I was not being informed of when classes were being canceled due to weather, or studio breaks as so forth causing us to make a pretty long drive on more than one occasion only to get there and the facility be closed. We were billed for a costume that we weren't given information for cost or details. One of my children only had a 30 min class, but the class was ended 10 mins short due to other obligations of the staff instead of having someone step in. My son needed to change classes due to a scheduling conflict but I decided at this point I would just withdraw him, and only let my daughter participate since we spent a good chunk of money on her costume and there was only a couple months left.. I emailed them to let them know of all of our concerns and issues, and they withdrew both of my children in response to me withdrawing my son. I wrote back thinking they misread, and sent my daughter to class the following week, only for her to be embarrassed and not allowed to participate even for that one class, her friend was also in the same class and wanted to leave after my daughter was treated so poorly but unfortunately her instructor wouldn't allow for her to leave with her mom and my daughter, which of course was equally as upsetting for that child and my daughter. I was not offered a refund for a useless expensive costume and when I pointed out that I only was taking my son out, Jen the director didn't even bother to respond, which probably would have saved my 10 year old from a HUMILIATING experience. It was highly unprofessional and uncalled for, the least the could have done was respond, and offer a refund on their costume, or since they didn't bother to respond, let the child participate in one last class and had a private conversation with the adult who brought her. I have waited a couple weeks to post my review, because my heart hurt for my child, and my frustration was through the roof especially at the lack of response and feeling misunderstood.
