The staff here make you feel seen and known! The are genuine and truly care! Fit body bootcamp is for everyone because it’s only 30 minutes. You will be sore everyday and the workouts are never the same. Each person works and modifies at their own pace. Come try it, you will be hooked!

This place was just what I needed to get in better shape. The trainers plan a different workout everyday. The coaches create an environment that people of all fitness levels can reach their goals. The members are all pulling for each other and really help motivate and has helped me stay accountable to my goals. So I have been going to Fit Body Boot Camp for almost 2 years. I have never stuck with a program this long. There is a reason for that… FBBC is fun, coaches know you and your “why”, the people in the classes are supportive and genuine and I don’t have to think about what I need to do. Every work out is different and the coaches make sure that you are hitting all the muscle groups safely all while improving your cardio as well. 30 minutes…. In and out!

Ah-maz-ing! I’ve never enjoyed getting my butt kicked more. Seriously - for a busy working mom, the intensity in a condensed format makes it so very doable. And the trainers make it enjoyable while pushing you along. So glad my friend encouraged me to come through the door.

I’ve been a regular at this gym for about 3 years and I keep coming back because it never gets old! Every workout is different so I never feel like I’m doing the same routine over and over again. That keeps things exciting and challenging, which is exactly what I need to stay motivated.
The workouts are only 30 minutes. I get in, give it my all, and before I know it, the session is done. No time wasted, just results!

Absolutely love this place, I think 30 min work outs a great and love now there are so many morning options so if you miss the 5:15, 6 or 6:45, it’s easy to make the 8:15 or 9.
Love the family environment and of the coaches are so helpful and encouraging. There is a sense of community as you keep going and see the same people through your week.

LIFE CHANGING. I have tried everything (burn boot camp, F45, CrossFit, OrangeTheory)...I've never stuck to anything for more than 1-3 months. Ten months in and I can wholeheartedly say --- this gym is incredible. It has the trifecta - great workouts, incredible community, hilarious/inspiring coaches. My only regret with FBBC is not finding it sooner. DONT HESITATE - SIGN UP!!!!!!!!!

As a working mom with 3 young kids, I was looking for a gym that was close to home and offered achievable, challenging workouts. The 30 minute sessions at FitBody are PERFECT! The variety is exactly what I was looking for - circuits that change daily, rotating through cardio, strength, metabolic conditioning, etc. The coaches are incredible and make the experience that much more enjoyable!! FBBC is the best! I walked through the doors 4 months ago as a way to push myself outside of my comfort zone.
My fitness plan for the past 10 years had largely consisted of only running, and my body was telling me it was time for a change. While I have been active all of my life, I have never been a “workout class” type of person. Until Fit Body.
The coaches and members are all friendly and accepting. The coaches are attentive, knowledgeable , motivational, and GENUINE. The sessions are 30 minutes of impactful cardio, weights, and body weight exercises. I’m in and out before my family wakes up (morning) or home in time to get dinner ready (evening). As a working mom of two kids, putting myself first felt foreign but I am SO glad I did!

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I’m relatively fit and for most of my adult life was self motivated to go to the gym and achieve my fitness goals. The pandemic definitely put a damper on that routine. I didn’t think I’d enjoy a structured workout class, but this has really exceeded my expectations. The staff really care about each and every client. They work with you based on any limitations or variations you need. The workouts are surprisingly well balanced to work on strength, cardio, and coordination. I’m also impressed by how well the workouts scale to accommodate all ages, fitness levels, and body types. After a few weeks of consistent workouts here, I feel stronger than I have in a long time.

Not only does this gym offer amazing HITT workouts, the coaches also help with nutrition. This gym gives frequent challenges that are all attainable and push anyone to work towards & even exceed goals. This gym even has taken us outside of the gym on hikes. It has also offered a behavioral class that has helped me tremendously. They have the best protein and other supplements that they have researched and stand by, with Tasty Tuesdays so that we can taste before we buy with a great discount! This gym and all of the coaches are life changing! I love that they challenge us and every day is different. I encourage anyone to come join!
