I signed up for Meaghan's meditation class and it was just what I needed! My mind was chaotic and racing when I walked in, but by the time I walked out I felt I could breathe again! She brought me right back into the present moment. My mind felt calm, my breathing felt calm, and my entire being was at peace again. I would highly recommend any class from her!

I love Meaghan’s classes! She’s so welcoming and the atmosphere of the new studio is very relaxed. You don’t need to bring any equipment of your own, she sets it up for you and breaks it down after you leave. It’s a sanctuary!

Meaghan cultivates her yoga practice with the intention to serve for the greater good. Her skills and knowledge are without question. Meaghan listens and learns the needs of her clients. She then develops a customized approach enabling everyone the opportunity to stretch toward their goals, either in group or private sessions. Meaghan brings love and gratitude to our wellness community each time we gather. Meaghan’s yoga classes are amazing. I have had chronic hip and low back pain. I am no longer having this pain. An ache now and then but getting better day by day. Her classes are for everyone, from the beginner to the master who has studied Yoga.
