“Pilates: 1, Electrocution Aftermath: 0”
Pilates has genuinely changed my life. A few years ago I was electrocuted (10/10 do not recommend), and I’ve spent years dealing with the physical mess it left behind. But over the last year of doing Pilates here, I’ve gotten stronger, more flexible, and have worked past issues I didn’t think I’d ever shake.
The instructors? Absolute gems. They somehow manage to push you, support you, and modify moves so you don’t accidentally snap yourself in half trying to be a hero. They meet you exactly where your body is at—limitations, quirks, and all.
If you’re considering it: do it. If Pilates can help me, post-electrical-fried-human edition, it can help anyone. Highly recommend!

Jenna’s classes never disappoint! She reminds us of muscle groups we need to activate for maximum benefit along with variations for making workouts more or less difficult, or “juicy” as she says!
Jenna has a pulse on individual limitations and often shares modifications for those “icky” areas of the body. Her, “yes you can” cheerleading of the class leaves students feeling inspired and ready to tackle the day!

I am new to pilates. The Club Pilates staff have been very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful to this newbie. I am so excited and happy I joined, and can't wait to watch my progression into fitness. I am over 60 and really appreciate the low impact, core, and joint strengthening exercises. Come check it out. You will be glad you did:).
