I signed up for the 2 week unlimited trial to get back into yoga after years away, and the experience has been incredible. I made a point to take classes from as many instructors as I could, and all 6 of them were amazing. Classes offered cover all skill levels of yoga, from beginners to advanced, and each instructor has their unique style. I will be signing up for an entire year of classes once the trial is over. I fully recommend coming to the studio and practicing. With classes throughout the day, there are enough classes offered to fit into anyone's schedule, and regardless of who the instructor is, the class will be top notch.

I’m a yoga teacher in Texas and can’t tell you how wonderful it was to find this studio while traveling through Bozeman! I took two Power classes with Kathleen and she was absolutely amazing!!!! Challenging creative flows with room to explore and great alignment cues. She even BEAUTIFULLY SANG a Sanskrit mantra to close out one of the classes. Truly transcendent!!!! You can tell she deeply cares about teaching.

Separately - The studio is conveniently located downtown with ample free parking nearby. It has wifi and two clean showers with towels and other amenities, which I found to be a nice thoughtful touch as someone on the road!

Thank you, Ekam and Kathleen! Will be back!!

I arrived two minutes late for my first class due to construction and closed roads downtown, and the door was locked and no one was available to talk to about rescheduling. To make a bad experience worse, I was then charged for missing the class.

I have been going to Ekam for close to 8 years now, and I absolutely love this studio! They offer a wide variety of yoga classes, including prenatal, which I recently have been taking advantage of. The studio is clean and all of the instructors are welcoming, creating an inviting and comfortable space to practice. I can't recommend this place enough <3

In from out of town and delighted to find a slow flow with Hannah. Perfect vibe, pacing and so cozy! Highly recommend before of after skiing ⛷️ Edited to add I went back for Kathleen’s vinyasa class and it was just amazing! Pushed me into strengthening balance poses and supported me when I needed to do extra stretching/resting. If I lived in Bozeman, this would be my studio. So welcoming with a lovely community.

I work in a physical career and was looking for something I could do for stretching and relaxing and took a class with Amanda, she was great. Had an awesome first experience and was definitely challenging for me for not having stretched regularly ever. Will definitely be taking more classes.

Hoping she will add some more time slots!!πŸ™ƒ If you haven’t had the opportunity to take her class make it a priority. She is special! Namaste.

Athletic, fun, beautiful.

I've been to three classes here now - always after running a lap of two of the M Trails, so muscles are in need of a good stretch, resistance, and recovery, which is exactly what they get here.

Classes are super challenging, but instructors encourage you to modify as needed.

All levels are present, all body types, all ages. Laughter and grace encourage folks to try new things. It's a welcoming place to explore your edge.

The sound, flow, and lighting create a profound sensory experience. I find myself smiling from time to time at the beauty and eclectic flow of human energy. Sublime.

I will definitely be adding more Ekam classes to my schedule.

Suggestion: If you're new to yoga, you might want to start with a studio that has mirrors and small class sizes for establishing foundational poses. Vandana, Sara, Tammy, and Rocco at the Ridge and everyone at Your Yoga come to mind as fantastic resources.

The studio is beautiful in its simplicity. The classes work you, but each instructor does a great job of suggesting modifications for those who need them. I've been quite a few times over the years, and while each instructor is unique in their own ways, they still manage to offer a consistent experience.

With access to mats and showers or anything else we might have needed, we felt included and comfortable in the studio. One of my best yoga experiences yet! False advertising. Showed up for a class to try out the studio after reading on their website that the first class was free. I am a montana resident and was told without a local I'd, I had to pay the $15 drop in fee. Left due to the ridiculous policy. Update your website and put what you are really advertising. I will go elsewhere!

Loved my first, and second class at Ekam Yoga! (I promptly signed up for a month of classes.) The studio space is so unique with the exposed brick wall and I love the challenge of not practicing in front of a mirror. Bailey is warm and welcoming and I instantly felt comfortable. The classes are creative and challenging. I look forward to exploring additional classes and instructors at Ekam!

A week and a half ago I called Ekam to see what classes would be a good fit for me as I was looking to get back into yoga after not doing it for a long time and was looking to utilize it to counter the tightness and soreness I was having after going back to working out at 9Round. I got a call back from the owner, Bailey, who was really fun and friendly on the phone. She told me her and Meesh probably wouldn't be good instructors for what I was looking for as their classes tend to be really intense and suggested that Marie, Margaret and Caitlin's classes would be a good fit for my needs.

The next day I went to Marie's 7 am heated Rise class, which was free since it was my first ever. I liked it so much I signed up for their discounted I to month the next day.

I've now gone to Rise 5 times since that first Thursday class and had Marie, Margaret and David as instructors. They all have very different styles and tones to their classes but I really enjoy them all. Marie is such a warm, sweet personality whose classes start very calm and almost meditatively and which ramp up gradually in intensely. It's a little challenging but very comfortable for me.

Margaret was very philosophical, which may have just been her mood that day, but I really liked her focus on trying to relax into poses even when it felt hard to do so and trying to embody the Yogi you wanted to be. Fake it til you make it.

David seems like a sort of quietly intense personality as an instructor. His classes are the most challenging and there are poses he incorporates that are well above my current skill level but I never feel that I don't belong. There's never pressure to do the more advanced versions. I also love the way he explains form while performing a pose so you can usually adjust yourself adequately and be mindful of your body's placement. It's been wildly helpful for me and I find myself reminding myself to tick my tailbone or press through certain parts of my feet even when he's not reminding us all.

I feel most focused on my breath in Marie's classes, most focused on a calm mind in Margaret's and most in my body in David's. It's been a really great way to start my workday and worth waking up earlier for. Plus, it's definitely mitigated most of my soreness and tightness from 9Round workouts!

I look forward to taking some other classes in the coming weeks and highly recommend this studio to anyone of any skill or experience level. The studio is beautiful, clean and quiet with lovely, welcoming instructors. I'm a pretty intense personality but Ekam helps me find a greater measure of peace and stillness.

I went to Saturday morning yoga with Joni and the class was nothing short of EXCELLENT. Far and away the best class I have taken since yoga teacher training. Her class offered a well rounded compliment of many aspects of yoga. It was a healthy alignment based asana practice with attention to the breath throughout class. The class was crafted and presented so that we warmed up relevant muscle groups working toward a peak pose. The class not only invited us into a state of mindfulness with an intentional theme but carried that mindful theme though class in an ever so graceful way. The class brought forth a deep inward focus while also creating a sense of community. It was obvious that Joni puts time and energy into creating a very well rounded yoga class that can be a workout and stretch for the body while truly bringing the mind body component of yoga to class. I have been to many many yoga classes and this was, without question, one of the most skillfully crafted classes I have ever attended at any studio. I love Ekam and highly recommend Joni's class...or, maybe more accurately, I love Joni and highly recommend her class at Ekam, or anywhere else!

I have gone to two classes now at Ekham yoga now. One time I took my Dad who has a lot of back problems and he was still able to do the core power yoga class, modified to his ability. My second class was Power Hour. Both instructors had great energy and made the class fun. Sometimes I can be bored in Yoga, but I liked the fast pace of these classes. Please offer more classes during the day (late morning and early afternoon?). More people are working from home and like to break up the day with excersize.

I am 65 years old and joined class "off the street". Had not been taking yoga recently. I felt very comfortable in David's class. I liked the no mirrored studio as it helped me with an internal focus. Generally the space was calm and quiet. David helped when needed while letting learners find their own strength balance and calm. My body felt great after the session. I felt grateful. The physical space is attractive and clean. Decor is upscale and spa like and I felt a bit pampered.Thank you

Ekam is my yoga home. I love the diversity of classes and instructors I find here in this beautiful space. Bailey, the studio owner, is down to earth and always so welcoming. As a seasoned yoga practitioner, I appreciate that I can find anything from a gentle beginners class to more advanced offerings. This is a special place with something for everyone. Highly recommend getting a month pass and checking out all the teachers and classes to find what suits you BEST. Keep it up Ekam!

A place to practice being where you are, which is pretty easy considering it’s so darn beautiful. Instructors who are authentic, motivating, and concerned primarily with making sure you’re doing what works for you - whether that be just focusing on breathing for an hour or challenging your body to do things you didn’t think it could. A true sanctuary.

I chose Ekam for my introduction into the world of yoga and could not have been more pleased with my first experience in what is a beautiful, modern studio. What really impressed me was the attention to detail the teachers pay to each person, tailoring classes to cater for individual needs. Also, the personal, in class adjustments were invaluable, they allowed me to learn quickly and get the most out of my practice. The facilities are first class and the owner, Bailey, has done an incredible job in creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere that will challenge all abilities.

Ekam is without a doubt one of the nicest studios I've ever been too. Its clean and comfortable aesthetic along with its excellent amenities place it in a league of it's own in Bozeman. However, what really set my experience at this studio apart was interacting with Bailey, the studios owner and, in my opinion, it's best teacher. The first visit to any studio can be a little uncomfortable, but Bailey's warm and authentic demeanor was instantly welcoming; it was almost as if I had been in the studio before. Furthermore, her in class approach and hands-on adjustments made my class with her the most effective I've ever had. Whether you are a beginner like me or a seasoned practitioner, if you are looking for the best yoga experience in Bozeman, look no further than Ekam.
