Amy was SO kind to me! I was like 5 min before 10am and had no supplies she gave me a pad, water bottle and Towel and was so welcoming, I cried alittle inside, the flow of her class was perfect balance of movement and rest as well as her affirmations and guidance, she ended up being such an anchor for us all. The room smelt great and the cold towels at the end had essential oils in them. I sweated so much and released so much i even cried happy tears which is not something ive ever done EVER. I will ALWAYS be coming back to this hot house yoga everytime im in town religiously.

I can't say enough good things about this hot yoga studio - it is truly my sanctuary. I drive in from Hamilton just to do classes with Amy. She is one of the most gifted instructors I have ever had the privilege of practicing with.

Such a wonderful yoga studio. The entire staff is wonderful with good energy. Amy M. Classes particularly speak to my soul. Whether you are getting your heart rate up in hot sculpt or grounding yourself in corepower, her energy surrounds you and you know you can do anything. Itβs life changing.

The owner Crystal was gracious enough to work with me through extenuating circumstances that prevented me from attending a Sunday class. Her hospitality was what I've come to love about living in small towns.
To top it off the studio is clean, the temperature of the room is challenging but not too hot, and the instructor (Nick) brought depth to the lesson outside of just the physical movements.

HHY is a wonderful studio with amazing teachers, and I've thoroughly enjoyed every class I've had there. It's a small room and they really pack people in. Half the time I'm avoiding bumping folks. Still a good studio, just cramped.

Yoga sculpt was great! And they were nice to give me a mat to borrow as Iβm visiting from out of town. Only downsideβ- it wasnβt advertised in the class description on MindBody as heated. Turned out to be 100+ degree class. Just hope that gets fixed, otherwise cool spot!

Yogis - this is such a special studio.
I recently moved away from Missoula after living there for only a year. Since continuing my travels, I have yet to find anywhere that can compare to this space: the lighting, the music, the sense of community, the intention to make yoga accessible to all...it's beautiful. This is the kind of studio that you can find a 'home' at - somewhere that makes you excited to regularly participate in collective practice... Jennifer's paddle board yoga, Nick's Thirsty Thursdays, Amy's powerful Sunday morning Hot Fusion, Glenn's grounding weekend classes, Katrina's attentive sculpt classes...
Hot House is a gift that I wholeheartedly recommend embracing.

I had a great class here when I was visiting from out of state! It was definitely a little more challenging than my normal gentle yoga but I never felt any pressure to overdo it or any judgement about my abilities. It was really fun to push myself a little bit. The instructor was very kind. I was really impressed with her ability to guide a large class so intuitively.
They do have mats and towels for rent. I couldnβt find that info on the website so for anyone else traveling through, donβt worry about supplies!

A friend convinced me to try this class today. I was a little nervous. Thankfully, Glenn gave me a tour of the studio prior to the class. He also gave me tips and pointers to get the most out of the experience. The room was beautiful, ambient, and clean. Glenn was a wondeful instructor and explained each pose in a way I was able to understand, even as a first-timer. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and will be attending again in the future.

I love coming to hot house! Yoga has completely transformed my life. Itβs helped me manage my mental health, gain healthier perspectives in my relationships, be more mindful, and get amazing workout. My favorite class is the Ashtanga, but all the classes are great.

I love the instructors and culture of the studio. They make an effort to learn your name and make you feel welcome no matter your level. I never thought I would like hot yoga (I have this strong dislike of being around sweaty people), but you feel so good (strong, relaxed, centered) that nothing else matters.

The physical space is nice, and I liked all the teachers I had during my five classes there. However, it's just too crowded. The staff should control the number of students they allow per class, particularly during "peak" times (i.e. weekends and weeknights). Signing up for classes in advance seems to mean nothing, as I've never seen their staff turn away a walk-in, no matter how stuffed the studio already is.
I appreciate their spirit of inclusivity, but the last time I was there, the class had about 7-too-many students; I was legitimately concerned about evacuation should there have been a fire. To make room, I was gradually pushed all the way to the back corner: right in front of the dressing room door with a pole in front of me, my mat up against a wall on one side and another student within arm's reach on the other side. Add to that the 5 or 6 people who didn't want to stay for shavasana, and instead loudly collected their things, rolled up their mats and stomped between people to get out the door while the rest of us were trying to relax. (This was not the staff's fault, per se, but the teacher could've shushed these folks, or ensured before class that any newbies understood proper yoga etiquette.)
I support the idea of "building a community" and "making space for others." I am generally good natured about accommodating a large class. I realize that in the winter time, everyone wants hot yoga! But I won't be back to Hot House until they create (and stick to) class size limits. $15 and the hassle of downtown parking is too much to spend on a class where you don't even have enough space to fully participate in the moves.

Easily the best place in Missoula and at an affordable price. Kind, professional, empathetic, and courteous yoga teachers who all share their unique styles and individual voices. Every single one of them. This little community has impacted my life here in Missoula so deeply. I am so, so grateful for Hot House and for the ways that Jen goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and seen.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least!! I have never felt more NEGATIVE ENEGRY! Staff confronting clients over personal issues is NOT acceptable. Furthermore the owner Jen needs to check herself and staff and be professional when a client literally has done nothing wrong to deserve such deprivation of character and discrimination! Being harassed and intimidated Over credits for services rendered is something that will be disclosed to the Montana Office of Consumer Protection. No ZEN HERE! Just a DEN! Wish I could give ZERO STARS!

Hot House Yoga is hands down the best studio in town. The community we have within hot house is amazing, we are a family. Jen, the owner would break her back bending over backwards to make sure EVERYONE within the studio feels safe and welcome and to keep harmony. This is a place to come for some serious peace and love. Itβs truly my home away from home. Iβm thankful every day for this studio and all the the people/teachers here. Truly one of a kind! β₯οΈ

Telling clients which classes they can and cannot go to based on one employeeβs personal differences is completely unprofessional. Making clients feel uncomfortable due to hearsay is beyond childish. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I had always wanted to try paddleboard yoga but was a little apprehensive. I'm so glad I got to experience it with Jennifer from Hot House Yoga! All 4 of us in the class had some experience with a stand up paddleboard and all of us had done yoga, but none of us had ever tried paddleboard yoga. Jennifer was great at explaining everything thoroughly and putting us at ease. I appreciated her giving us modifications if a particular pose was not right for us. We all had a great time! I highly recommend Jennifer and this class!

Not worth the drop in rate. Facility and rental mats were not worth what I spent. Instructor didn't give instructions in a sufficient way to a true 'mind's eye' centered focus. Basically spoke too fast and was seemed new to teaching.

It took me two years to finally decide to try yoga, after my first class I had one of those moments and said to myself, "I wish I would've started doing this a long time ago". Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!
