Kayla is not only incredibly knowledgeable and super sweet, but she is the reason I chose to become a trainer myself.
She taught me so much in the beginning of my journey, and still is!

If you are looking for a fun, educated, reasonably-priced, custom to your body, goals and life, unconventional but cutting edge, amazing, caring, knowledgeable, funny and not a cookie cutter trainer who is focused on you as a person and not on her phone ignoring you as you lunge and lift and squat, then look no further!!! Kayla is your person. She goes the extra mile, she changes up the workouts every time, she sees the big picture.

I have been training with Kayla for a couple of years now. For the past 10 years I have suffered from chronic back pain and sciatica from two herniated discs in my lower back. I have always been hesitant to do much strength training because of this. Kayla has completely changed my attitude about exercise, and I am feeling better than I have in years despite my injuries. Kayla is extremely knowledgeable and helps me find new ways to improve my strength and mobility while also reducing everyday pain. I am able to run again for the first time in years as well as continue to improve my hiking and backpacking adventures throughout the year. I would highly recommend Kayla to anyone!

I have been working with Kayla twice a week since November, Kayla is a wealth of knowledge and makes staying consistent with working out fun!. She is always demonstrating exercises, even if you have done the exercise once of a hundred times before. She is constantly adding new exercises to our program which makes the 50 minutes really go by fast. You can tell that she is really passionate about what she does, She really takes the guess work out of exercising, which I really appreciate. I would recommend Kayla to anyone!

Love working with Kayla! I’ve been with her for almost a year and I’m constantly amazed at her knowledge and expertise. I’m 69 years old with various aches and pains that Kayla has helped to alleviate. I love feeling stronger and confident. Don’t hesitate to call her if you want or need to begin strength training for your health and well being or if you’ve strength trained before and just want to get back into shape. She is professional, patient, fun and knows how to work with all levels of fitness. I can’t recommend her highly enough! She’s really great!
