The swimming lessons are a complete waste of time. The instructors make little effort to engage the kids and the whole thing seems pointless.

I have been taking my kids here for years and I have always been impressed with their dedication. The staff is incredible and care so greatly about the youth in their programs. Thank you for all you do everyday for our kids!

I took three of my children to experience their ninja course. They loved it! No matter the kid's skill level, they each went through the entire course multiple times. The way that they went through as well as the length of time it took may have been very different for each of them, but all three want to go back soon!

Beautiful new facility. So far, so good on the class and instructors. You can sit mat level or go up the stairs for a view above. They have seating spaced out and sanitizer throughout (smells like a freshly cracked open orange, it is WONDERFUL!).

This location does mostly the team training it looks like and the Ninja course classes. Good bang for the buck too for my little girl to go be a Ninja for an hour! Much Love Lone Mountain!
