I worked out in Tori’s Brittney spears themed class. It was a blast and Tori did an amazing job showing me how to do the workouts, I am a beginner to working out and it is all new to me. Her taking the time to show me the correct way, was extremely helpful.

We brought our entire team in for a group event, and Tianna and the crew went above and beyond! None of us had ever done a cycling class before, but they made us feel totally welcome and got us set up with everything we needed. Tianna even surprised us with handwritten thank you notes, which was such a thoughtful touch. The ride was definitely a challenge, but it was fun, high energy, and an awesome workout. Can’t recommend this team enough!

I adore Studio Sweat! As someone with “gym anxiety” I have a hard time finding a space to workout where I feel comfortable to push myself. Studio Sweat is accessible, welcoming and friendly with movement options for all different bodies & capabilities. I’m so glad I started going!

Studio Sweat is the best cycling studio in Missoula! BOOK A RIDE! Getting an annual membership was the best thing I could’ve done for my physical health and mental well being. Every instructor is so welcoming and kind. The beats make me work harder because I love riding to the beat of some FUN music! I couldn’t be more grateful for my sweat fam 🫶🏼

My experience at Studio Sweat was a bit different than what I was expecting. To begin , class pass clearly states that your first class and your first shoes are free. After arriving , it became clear they don’t have proper sizing to accommodate people of my demographic. I was given the largest size available which is a women’s size 14 (men’s 12 ) I wear a 13 which is not uncommon. But considering they are sized for women were much too narrow for my feet. I Chinese foot binded them on and proceeded to the class. After the class I was asked to pay for the shoes. Which I gladly did. In spite of bait and switch marketing. I was also invited to check out there following weight training class. I checked it out and politely told the instructor it wasn’t for me and left. The following day I was called and asked to pay for the class. In my experience it was disorganized, not transparent. I recommend hype house to people interested in a spin class.

My experience with Studio Sweat has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I found myself in a situation where I had been paying for a membership for over a year without my knowledge or being contacted, all the while assuming that I had terminated my membership. What's even more disheartening is the lack of understanding and compassion I encountered when I reached out to address this issue.
For over a year, I was unknowingly billed for services I never used, totaling around $1,000. Not once did Studio Sweat reach out to inform me of this or check in on my well-being; it seemed as if they were all too happy to cash in a check however it came. When I finally realized what had happened and contacted Studio Sweat to discuss the situation, I was met with hostility and a distinct lack of kindness. I would have expected a local business to approach this scenario with more compassion and understanding, especially when dealing with a local member of our community.
It's disheartening to see a business that operates in such an impersonal and unfriendly manner, especially in Missoula. I hope that in the future, they can approach similar situations with more humanity and compassion.

I hate to leave a negative review because I truly enjoyed the classes and teachers here but the business model is made to purposely scam people. I didn't realize I had signed up for a re-occurring membership but my card expired so I wasn't being charged and thought nothing of it UNTIL I received a bill for over $400 that stated it would be sent to collections. I hadn't been to class in almost a year at this point due to injury. I had never received ANY communication that I owed or was still being charged for almost a year. NOTHING. Not one phone call, text, email, nada. I did still receive the spam "come to our shop' emails. They state you have to cancel in person (Even though i called and cancelled) which screws anyone who moves away without canceling or can't be there during business hours. When I went in to handle this in person, no one that could take care if it was even in town, and the girls working didn't even know where a cancellation form was. I had to stay there while on the phone with someone from who knows where and get it handled. We came to an 'agreement' (I had no choice other the pay or collections) and I ended up settling with paying 1/2 and never returning. I had to pay over $200 for classes that I never attended. TERRIBLE SLIMY BUSINESS PRACTICE meant to take money from people who don't even attend your classes. If you can't afford it with just the people who actually take your classes then maybe you need to rethink your business.

The Sweat Shop has become a second home to me since moving to Missoula! I was new to beat based spin, but the instructors take their time to help you and make sure you are safe.

Special thank you to Lene, Rosie, Elle, Izzi, Alyssa, and Megan for being incredibly welcoming to the new girl in town!

No cancelation allowed. Poor parking. Over priced. Do not fall for this trick. I have two friends who went here and moved but were unable to cancel their memberships despite repeated requests. There is no possibility of a cancelation fee or any circumstances where they will allow you to cancel your membership.

I was first introduced to cycling by some friends a few months after I had my son. It was intimidating at first but the team at Sweatshop had been supportive from my first ride to present. They have adapted to changes well from Covid and always keep things fresh and positive. I feel it is a great place for all types of individuals no matter their current physical level.

The Sweat Shop has changed my fitness journey through all of 2020. I’ve loved growing and learning with all of the other instructions and push myself every single class. The clients and instructors here are so amazing and welcoming. I truly feel I be completely myself inside these walls. Let’s SWEAT through 2021 together!!

I love cycling at the Sweat Shop, in 2020 I worked out there until I was 37 weeks pregnant. The instructors were super supportive, helped me modified my workout and each class I was able to ride to my own ability and leave feeling great!

After tirelessly trying a number of different gyms around Missoula, trying to find the place that "fit" for me, I finally came upon The Sweat Shop. They've expanded quite a bit since I joined a few months ago, but the awesome boutique fitness vibe remains.

Their trainers are fun, energetic, and exceptional at motivating you to keep pushing and do your best. The variety of classes offers a little something for everyone from sport yoga, to cycling, to HIIT every class is like a party. The location is UNMATCHED, nestled right in the heart of Downtown Missoula!

So happy to have finally found MY FAVORITE PLACE to sweat in MISSOULA!

I and 2 friends were some of Bonnie's first clients. I am much stronger because of Bonnie's encouragement and workouts. Now I attend boot camps and yoga classes at the studio. I have enjoyed every class.
