I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! I have a really hard time with sticking to a workout routine, but I have been going here for almost a year now and have no plans of stopping! The instructors are all incredible, they each have their own techniques and moves that they teach us so its always fresh. I nailed a move last night that was so much fun and my strength and flexibility has improved immensely! Lyndi (the owner) is the sweetest, and she keeps the place so clean and decorated so cute! She's so knowledgeable and helpful and everyone who works here knows their stuff. You never feel like you can't do something because they help you work through it. There's a class for everyone! My confidence has soared since starting here. I can't recommend coming here enough!

A truly lovely studio space. Poles are spaced apart nicely, and there are spaces for your stuff outside of the dance space. There are a lot of nice touches too. The owner and instructors are fantastic, and I would recommend working with them to anyone as a student or traveling instructor.

I celebrated my birthday with a pole party at Aerial Bombshell, and it was SO FUN!! Lyndi was such a great teacher and made everyone feel so comfortable.

I'd taken classes there before, and I'd been wanting to get my friends to try pole for quite some time. This was honestly the best way to do it. The time just flew by, and everyone had a good time, even those who were initially nervous. I was so glad we got to have a dance party at the end to show off what we'd learned! Thanks for an amazing experience, I would totally do this again!

I discovered this studio through a group party my friend did for a bachelorette party. I enjoyed it so much, I decided to take classes regularly. I was a little apprehensive at first, to go by myself. I didn’t know anyone, but I didn’t want that to stop me from doing something that I may end up loving. I was relieved to find everyone so welcoming and kind. All of the instructors rock!
I have come a long way from where I started and I am so glad to have found aerial bombshell. These classes have not only helped me become more fit, but they have helped me tremendously with self love as well. I have more confidence and am so much happier because of pole fitness/dance.
My biggest regret is not finding it sooner!! I’ve been coming here for over a year now and it is ALWAYS the highlight of my day! If you’re considering it, just do it. You won’t regret it. If anything, you’ll wish you had done it sooner!

Update- I’ve now been taking classes at this studio for 5 years and I still love it. This has become such a huge passion in my life and the days that I have classes are still the highlight of my week!

I finally got to visit Aerial Bombshell after hearing about it a few years ago. We signed up for a private chair dance lesson as part of my friend's bachelorette party. Susan was our instructor and she made the experience so enjoyable, judgement-free, and liberating! 🪑 Now I wanna try both their pole and hammock classes. I’ve been going here for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it!!!! I’ve had the opportunity to work with Jazzy, Nat, Susan, and Chris and they have made every class amazing! The classes are so accommodating to every skill level and the instructors do an amazing job of making you feel safe and comfortable in the studio and in your own skin. The environment is always welcoming and every class everyone has such a good time. I was a little nervous when I first started doing pole and now I find myself in the studio 2-3 times a week! Do it! We had a group of nine (seven participating and two observers) go for a bachelorette pole party and had an absolute blast! I was the only one in the group with any experience on the pole but we left with three more wanting to take classes in the future. Johnna explained and demonstrated the moves in a way that everyone understood and all were able to execute, and she made it fun! I highly recommend Aerial Bombshell! It's worth the drive to Omaha, now that there isn't a studio in Lincoln anymore.

I have been attending Aerial Bombshell, since August 2022!

A friend of mine always wanted to try pole classes to overall better her health, have fun, and increase her activity level and asked me to attend a private class with her, and our coach, Lyndi. That one class has turned into two or more private sessions monthly!!!

I never thought to do an activity like this before but, I am sure glad I did!! Lyndi and the studio have overall increased my confidence, happiness, activity level, and more. Every time I leave a class, I feel so much more confident and happy! So, if you’re reading this and you have ever thought about giving Aerial Bombshell a try... the answer is YES!!!!! I have attended a class at aerial bombshell back in 2017. I went with my now wife and really enjoyed experiencing my wife’s hobby. The lead instructor, Lyndi, was nice and welcoming and helped me through some difficult stretches. Since then, I’ve attended several aerial and burlesque shows at Aerial Bombshell which are the most fun performances I've ever witnessed in person. I’ve found all the instructors at these shows to be inviting, warm, and encouraging to their students. The studio has always been clean and full of welcoming faces. If you’re interested in pole fitness or attending an aerial or burlesque show - this is the place for you!

I was really disappointed in my experience here. I’ve been to quite a few different pole studios in other cities and had such fun classes and positive experiences with the teachers and the other attendees, so I had high hopes to find the same thing here. Instead, the teacher (who is the owner of the studio) was so condescending and spent more time nitpicking about studio rules than helping build a safe space and positive community. It’s a beautiful studio and a fun sport so I hope in the future they can figure out how to create an inviting space instead of one that made me feel uncomfy and belittled.

If you're even thinking about take a class here, just do it already! As a plus size individual, I had serious doubts about my ability and wasn't sure if pole was for me. I have never been more confident and proud of my strong body in my life. It's definitely a process, but this journey has been amazing. So disappointed - have done pole classes in Arizona and we just moved here a few months ago. The instructor was sadly not good. She used a lot of foul language - which, sure, it's fine. However, on the first class, no real introduction of herself, no meeting the other students. NO pole instruction - no positivity - just working out. I could have gone to my gym for that. I went to 1 class (paid for all 6) and never returned.

Upon walking in, being TOLD where all of my stuff goes - which makes no sense anyway, have to get a basket and put all my things in there - but I cant be near it - it has to be pushed to the back wall. Just very stern, and formal - no fun and positivity.

I traveled from Dallas to this establishment for a class with friends. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from instructor , who was late opening the door. Our money was taken , but no service was rendered. What your website says about drinking inside your establishment and being intoxicated has nothing to do with what we did. No alcohol was inside nor was anyone intoxicated in our group. Half of us where still in the vehicle . We encountered a rude young lady with no communication skills. It saddens me to think I’m these economic times you would take the money and not do your job. This is theft. Most of us held onto our Jell-O shots. Not consumed!! You owe us our money back . ASAP!! I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. You should refund our money! I’ll take this further if need be

My friend was having her birthday at this location. I was incited and really looking forward to the pole dancing class. When we arrived the doors were closed and some of our guest were standing outside waiting for the birthday girl to arrive. The lady behind the counter thought that someone was drinking and canceled the class ti our disappointment. I tried to speak to the lady and see since the class wasn't going to happen that maybe we could just rent the space. She made it a point to say that she doesn't drink and since she believes we were drinking there would be no class.
Now i lived most of my life away from narrow minded people and this interaction only highlights why it took me so long to return. I will not be recommending her establishment ever!!!

Everyone should go! I felt included and fun! Your body size doesn't matter and they are so encouraging to help. I'm almost 40/mom and I have tried a lot of sports and classes but this one actually made me feel that deep muscle soreness while having fun. Just make sure to wear short shorts and bring a yoga mat!

I’ve been attending Aerial Bombshell for nearly 4 years now and it’s one of my favorite places in the world. The staff is incredible, they’re so knowledgeable on technique and even the history of pole dancing. I always feel safe, comfortable and confident at the studio. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, and the space is always spotless, which I VERY much appreciate. When I’ve thought that I can’t do a trick, an instructor is always there for hands on spotting and assisting and I always feel safe trying new tricks. They have been very cautious during COVID, masks have been required for every class (which has had no hinderance on my breathing for exercising, I promise 😉), they sweep and mop after every class, poles and other apparatuses are sanitized with care so I never feel at risk when I’ve come here during the pandemic.

The other people that I’ve been dancing with have become some of my very best friends and I love them all. Everyone is welcome, and you’ll make some great friends right away.

The studio is also LGBTQIA+ friendly and is keen on using your correct pronouns, and gender neutral pronouns in class as well!!

My first experience at Aerial Bombshell was at a bachelorette party pre-COVID. It was such a great experience! Very fun and inviting! I decided to purchase a pack right there and then.

I've continued to go since I feel so empowered while dancing. I get to improve upon my strength, endurance, flexibility & coordination all while being sensual and I love it! I truly feel like I can express myself there and not worry about anything else.

The instructors & students are all super welcoming and amazing to be around. Also the instructors are super knowledgable and have years of experience that really shows. I love that the studio feels like home and one huge family.

It's also a safe place to go right now during COVID since everything that is used gets sanitized, wipe downed, and cleaned and also everyone is required to wear a mask.

I have been taking classes at Aerial Bombshell since June. Lyndi and all of the instructors have been very conscious of safety since the pandemic started, and they have taken all the precautions possible to ensure that everyone stays healthy and safe. Aerial Bombshell is the only place I leave my house to go these days, and every day that I have class makes me happier. Pole and aerial have boosted my self-esteem and confidence, as well as gotten me physically stronger. I've also bonded with so many of the people I have met through these classes. I had started coming here at the beginning of the summer as a means to find my way back to a healthier lifestyle. I was very uncomfortable in my own skin, but as I started dancing here I started seeing that my body is beautiful and amazing even before I started losing weight. Our instructor was amazing!!!!!!! This was my bachelorette and her attitude and her energy were all our contagious! She took great pride in her business but also paid great detail on the level of her students. If you asked her a question she would help you or show you it again. Although the class was very informative, this was not a welcoming experience. The instructor didn’t seem to care much that it was me and my friends first time there, and wasn’t very welcome at all. In fact, was incredibly rude at times. This is NOT a place for someone’s first time taking a pole class or someone very new. If you’re already a member, you’ll be welcomed just fine but if you are new, do not come here because you will be lost and will receive no assistance. The instructor will only acknowledge regulars at the studio and didn’t answer any questions even though hands were raised. It felt like a “show off” class instead of an educational class and I’m very disappointed in the experience. The website stated all levels and this was absolutely not an all levels course. I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend this place if you’re new.

The variety of classes throughout the week makes it easy to find what suits you best as you learn, while keeping things fun and interesting. The owner, Lyndi, and her teachers create a learning environment that is just a dream. If you're looking for a place that does pole dancing right, you've found it.

Amazing place! I've never tried pole dancing before but I've wanted to fora while now. They have great beginners classes as well as much harder ones for those that have done this before. I'm really excited to go back again.

I attend Aerial Bombshell on a regular basis and love it!!♡♡
I have been able to take classes with all the instructors!
Lyndi (owner), Mac, & Leah are all amazing instructors who teach you different aspects of pole and always encourage you along the way! The atmosphere is great and you're sure to have fun!!
If you are even thinking about taking a pole class at Aerial Bombshell ....DO IT! You will be hooked from the 1st class! It's a great way to be fit and make friends!!

Beautiful studio!! The set up is nice. The women that were there were very sweet & welcoming. But the owner Lyndi was very rude, arrogant, & unwelcoming. The only reason I stayed the amount of time I did was because of how nice the other women were. If it wasn't for them I would've left immediately after encountering Lyndi's unprofessionalism. Overall I would've given the business 5 stars if it wasn't for Lyndi.

Went to the pole dancing class for a bachellorette party and had a blast. Lyndi was amazing and worked with our abilities and the different types of moves we wanted to learn. So so much fun

I love the way Lyndi spreads her time and attention evenly through the entire class. She takes time to watch and help each student with every new spin or trick. She explains and demonstrates everything thoroughly making it easy to learn from her. The pole fitness classes are so much fun that it doesn't even seem like a work out.

I take weekly pole fitness classes here and I can not say enough good things about it!!!! Lyndi is an amazing teacher! The classes are full of supportive and fun women! I love the full body work out we get and the challenge of learning new spins and tricks each week! Best place to pole dance in Omaha!
