Let me start by saying all AnyTime Fitnesses are not created equal. This location is by far one of the best I've been to. The equipment is nice and it's very clean inside. The new owners really take pride in it and the patrons that come in, and they are always available to help and listen to feedback. It's a very nice, safe and friendly environment. I wish more locations would took a page out of their book and try to emulate the environment that they have created.

The new management has been amazing to work with. They rearranged the main area and added new machines. You always have something to work on. They added bonus things like bringing a guest for $5 after notifying staff (anytime, any day). Management spends time asking for feedback and being available. The place is clean. I also LOVE the added TVs! Place has seen a nice uptake in business.

Anytime fitness in Plattsmouth is a great place, very clean and well-maintained. The new owners have made a significant difference in the atmosphere, equipment, amenities and overall surroundings. Plenty of great equipment with many new additions with the new owners. The new owners are friendly, engaged and informative and are present daily. This is a great place to work out.

Some machines have visible rust, sauna is broken, they will not let you try the place out for a few days to see if it’s a good fit or not, they do not allow monthly memberships, you can only buy a year at a time and they will wreck your credit if you don’t stay on the full year... just across the river glenwood has some very very clean professional gyms, private showers locking doors, full sauna, basketball court, cross fit court, and all machines are brand new with someone always walking around disinfecting, fit 4 life is the best gym in the price range

Just began at this gym a few months ago. Georgia is a spectacular manager. She runs a tight ship there. Machines and equipment is religiously cleaned, maintained, organized and trains here customers with respect. If someone has issues they probably do not know what standards are. I will keep returning as long as she is running the show.

Had a year long contract. Contract ended. Got charged for 2 extra months. Called in and the older lady was extremely rude and wouldn’t even work with me on possible reimbursement. Didn’t even entertain the idea. She’s also all up on you when you go in to workout. There is zero trust, respect, or professionalism from the manager.

I've been to many AF and as a guest none the less. I would say that I will never get a membership here because... I don't believe they know how to treat a customer. Very rude was every experience I have ever gotten. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED. Very disappointing.
