Each workout day is new, fun, challenging and flies by. The trainers are amazing. We always have two trainers walking the floor, challenging us, correcting form, etc. Nicole, Prissylla, Nivea, Amy, Mike, Jeralee, and the entire crew are awesome.

I have only had great experiences at BFT. I was looking to be in better shape and try something new. The HYROX classes are exactly what I was needing in my fitness routine. I also go to other classes and am surprised by how much I enjoy them. The instructors are friendly and never leave you feeling like an outcast or you don’t fit in there. If you’re looking for more cardio, strength or overall health benefits, they have different classes and packages to fit your needs.

I love the day to day variety. I haven't produced endorphins like this since I was a runner. Clean and the staff is great with modifications if I feel like I need one. We work hard and still have fun. There is a real sense of comradery and the coaches make it fun!

I travel from Hastings to Lincoln to train on Sundays. Bft is welcoming, even though I am not a weekday member I always feel like I belong. The class I take is preparing me for an upcoming Hyrox race. If I lived in Lincoln I would attend full time!

"50. 100. 250. 500 Classes! Since joining BFT Lincoln as a founding member in May 2023, my life has truly changed. The local owners are world-class, and the coaches and staff are incredible. BFT has a fantastic program that helps you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be.
But it's more than just a great workout. The community here is amazing! I've found so much support and inspiration from the people who train at BFT Lincoln. It's had such a positive impact on my mental well-being.
When I first started, my goal was simply to lose weight. BFT Lincoln helped me see the bigger picture: I'm building muscle, burning fat, and transforming my body composition. I've learned how to lift weights correctly and push myself through their progressive workouts, which constantly challenge me. My heart health has dramatically improved – my recent blood test results were the best I've ever had! As I approach 50, I'm in better shape and more muscular than I was in my 20s. BFT is truly the fountain of youth!"

"I gotta get in shape before I do something like this" - This was in my mind, at first, I was afraid, I was petrified. I will attend my 40th class tomorrow. It's like OTF + CrossFit + Traditional Strength training had a baby. It's owned by cool people right here in Lincoln. Ya know them, ya love them. Come support them by taking a free class!
Personally, I'm up +50lbs deadlift, +40 bench, +50lb on squat since I started. Inches lost, pounds lost. Averaging like 800+ calories a class. I don't wait for machines/racks, it's clean, it's different every class. I don't have to research any work out plans. Coaches are there every class to make I do it right and push when I need it. I show up for 50 minutes, and I push it, real good. And those Coaches, they rock!
That's just my journey. Since I joined BFT Lincoln, I've worked out with athletes, to middle age folk (ME!) to retirees. It's very inclusive and welcoming, you can start wherever you are in your personal health journey. All just super cool people. You are super cool.

It’s been a year since I joined BFT I’ve seen lots of improvement in my strength, which is exactly what I was looking for. Coaches do a great job watching to be sure we are using correct form when lifting, using kettle bells or any movement. The classes are ever changing which is why I still enjoy them a year later!

The energy in the classes are amazing - great trainers, awesome people. I can focus on what type of exercise I want to do that week, or you can jump in and do them ALL!
