My daughter has been doing gymnastics for a few years and we recently switched to Cahoys. It was a breath of fresh air. The family atmosphere, the way they invest in EVERY single gymnast, the intense workout, and even with needed corrections the kids get positive feedback as well. You can tell they care about helping your child reach their goals and they care about your kid's mental and physical health. Everyone is easy to communicate with, easy to ask questions or clarify what's going on. Because of all this, our daughter has gained so much more confidence as well as quite a few new skills in the 5 months we have been there.

Our daughter has found her home away from home and is happy to be embraced and part of the Cahoys family.

I highly recommend cahoy's gymnastics. They use safe coaching methods and are understanding of all situations. While the gym it self may not be as pretty as other gyms or air-conditioned cahoy's is family owned and operated since the beginning and still owned by the original Cahoy's. The recreational classes are taught by girls and boys who are part of the cahoy's family one way or another rather they where a gymnast at cahoy's and retired or are still a gymnast at cahoy's the coaches for rec truly love gymnastics and love educating and teaching kids about the sport they love. The competitive boys team is coached by a retired cahoy's gymnast and the girls team and Xcel team are coached by a range of coaches from retired Gymnasts to the daughter of the owner her son and his wife. When you join cahoy's you join a family who values safety and respect of you your child and your family as well as the sport of gymnastics it self. Cahoy's Provides a safe learning environment for kids if all ages. Cahoy's gymnastics is truly the best gym I've have ever been to and the coaches are like my second parents. I can confidently say cahoy's is my second home and an amazing Gym family.

I have two children that participate at Cahoy's. We tried a couple different places before we settled in here. I can't say enough about the staff and the training. My boy has grown leaps and bounds. His confidence and work ethic have been molded and encouraged by the entire staff. The team around him is filled with friends. I could not ask for a better experience.
