Been lifting here on and off through my sports career for 6 years. Awesome gym and owner. Works well for my college football lifts and now my body building style type lifting. Owner has even allowed me to come back occasionally when I didn’t have a membership, when I was back in town for school breaks but still needed to get a lift in. Very comfortable for a gym environment!

Great gym! Has all the equipment that I need. Spacious layout, clean, music isn’t obnoxious, overall great facility. Open 24/7, I go late at night and there’s hardly anyone there. I usually never wait on equipment. I would highly recommend!

This fitness center is the only gym located on the northwest side of Lincoln. My wife and I are very greatful to have a gym so close to our house. All of the equipment is new and clean. We like this place because it's never crowded and its open 24 hours 7 days a week.
