I signed up for Ferrell’s Extreme Body Workout, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. The 10-week program keeps me accountable and motivated while giving me a set routine that makes working out something I actually look forward to! I love that I don’t have to overthink my workouts everything is already in place, from the structure to the support.

Farrell's is the best fitness fam you'll find. Glad I discovered this place 6 months ago! Farrell's helped change my life through their strength training, kickboxing and nutrition program.
They give you a coach for their 10 week challenge, insight on nutrition, keep you motivated and have unique workout sessions. There's also theme days and fun events/challenges frequently going on. The people there are supportive and friendly. Instructors help you understand moves during workout and don't leave you confused. If you have a period of time you're struggling, they show support and motivate you to keep going.
So many positive changes physically and mentally. I can't recommend them enough!

Wow I have so many things to say about this place. I have been going to FXB Northwest for just over a year now and this is truly my haooy place. The owners Melissa and Andye are awesome and work with you every step of the way. There is kickboxing on Mon, Weds and Fri and then Tues, Thurs and Sat are strengh training. The instructors help to make sure you have the right form and work well with you. If you have bad knees or hips like me they have modifications for almost every exercise. If you want a gym where you are more then a number and become part of a family come join us. I will always brag about this place.

I absolutely love this place and the people. It's more than just a gym, you get a community that becomes your family. I have never been good at working out before. I would join a gym and only go for a brief period, not with farrells though. I have never felt unwelcome or judged. I have a whole community of people pushing me to succeed and hold me accountable. They do kickboxing classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Then on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday they have strength training. They have multiple class times ro fit into your schedule 5am, 6am, 9am, 430pm, and 6pm. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Farrells’ Northwest has changed my life! I have always struggled with working out and nutrition. I could never seem to find workouts that stuck. I might enjoy one for a few weeks, but eventually I started to dread it. From day 1 at Farrells, it felt different. Workouts were fun! The atmosphere and people are amazing and encouraging. Just what I needed! I was SO nervous to start (I almost stood them up first meeting!) but loved it immediately.
Workouts are structured together—3 days of strength and 3 days of kickboxing each week. Everything works together in a full body program. I just have to show up—the rest takes care of itself! No guesswork.
Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and everyone is on their own personal journey. I thought it would be really intimidating—but it’s just the opposite. Such a great community.

By far the best decision I have made in a long time. I have been to every class time due to work schedule and no matter what class you go to, everyone is amazing. Melissa and Andye are both amazing and truly care about everyone there. I love this gym and the people that are a part of it. I’ve been at this location for many years now and haven’t once questioned my decision. Even now that I live in CA, I still take daily classes through zoom! Kickboxing, strength training, and help with nutrition are the key facets but the owners provide so much more. They truly care about their members and strive to help everyone become the best version of themselves. I transferred to the Northwest Omaha Farrells location and love it. Instructors are motivating and workout with you. I watch them even greet those who are working out from home with our class. 8-25-23 the family at I get to see at 5am is the best kind! They see you when your still half asleep, and they see you when you’ve had a monster workout! They get to share in joys as well! I am forever grateful for all of them!

I came to Farrell's 1 year postpartum. I was out of shape and really intimated, but I quickly fell in love with it. The coaches are so hands on, everyone in the classes are on different levels, and there are modified moves for just about everything. Fun, small gym atmosphere. Structured 6 day (Mon-Sat) workouts with multiple attendance options each day. 3 days of kickboxing and 3 days of strength training. Plenty of friendly people to help keep you motivated and hold you accountable. Zoom option if you cannot make it in. Session (10 weeks) long contests and competitions that are optional. Working out is only part of the culture, nutrition is the other part. Several small meals a day, high protein low carb. When you join you will get macros that show how much your intake should be for each meal. Classes are for everyone, no matter how coordinated or uncoordinated you are.

FXBNW is a game-changer!
First and foremost, it is a true community of fantastic supportive people. I never felt intimidated or out of place (like you may sometimes feel in a big gym). The workouts are challenging and vary daily so you aren't bored... and they are so easy to modify if needed.
Stop by or contact them about trying out a free class or two. You’ll see that this is nothing like any other group fitness class you’ve ever tried!

I was so scared when I first signed up for my ten weeks, like hands shaking almost bolted out the door. Thank goodness I stayed! I learned how to work out in a healthy way without worrying about judgments from others. I love that you can walk in to any class and see all ages and body types. One of my favorite people to work out next to is almost 71 and she kills it daily! Over time FXB Northwest (Omaha, NE) has changed my mindset from just wanting to lose weight to wanting to be strong, happy, and to love my body more because I work so hard for it! Also I haven’t found a single thing better for battling this crazy world and all it’s emotions than hitting the punching bag with all my might 💪🏼

This place is one of a kind! From my very first night trying it out the people were so friendly and helpful. I’ve tried a few different conventional gyms in the past, and nothing has ever stuck. FXBNW was a bit out of my comfort zone but I decided to give it a shot. This is so much more than just a gym though, the support system and accountability you get here is life changing. I’ve been with this location just over a year, and It has improved my physical and mental health tremendously. Best 45 minutes of my day! After delivering my 10lb daughter via C-section my stomach and back we're a mess. I hadn't worked out since before my pregnancy and my daughter was four months old. I pulled my back swiffering the kitchen floor leaving unable to do basic activities for weeks. That's when I knew something needed to change. I joined the 10-week program and each day I've gotten a little bit stronger. My back pain is gone, I no longer feel weak in the abs, I've gained muscle and I'm down about 10 lbs. I have been a member at a few gyms of various types and sizes and I always go for a while and then I stop going for one reason or another. I have now been going to this Farrell's location for a while now and am still loving it. This is not an open gym style place. This is classes only, which I need, and everybody there motivates each other to keep coming and to keep pushing yourself. They preach that they guarantee results...well that's a real thing. In the first 3 months, I lost 5 inches off my chest, 5 inches off my waist and dropped 3 minutes off my 1 mile. That's crazy! I will definitely continue to improve myself at this gym. Great people! I LOVE this location for many reasons!! Many of the people that attend are very laid back, warm, welcoming, and super non-judgmental!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard encouragement from coaches, staff, instructors, and fellow students. The atmosphere is uplifting and extremely supportive. There are people of all ages that attend- from the retired community to the teenager. All our welcome and you can feel it right when you walk through the front door :)

I could go on for days about how much I love FXB.. this has been the most rewarding program I've ever done for myself. Two years after my 10 week session, I'm still seeing improvements in my body, I'm still getting the SAME encouragement and motivation from my peers and coaches and I'm still loving it!! I've been in a gym member since I was 15 years old and this is by far the best.
