Great workouts with variety to keep you on your toes! I love the mix of cardio and strength training. The coaches and instructors are always ready to help with any questions or just to keep you feeling like you matter, you are not just a keychain that gets scanned!!

FXB offers a welcoming gym environment for all ages and abilities to get a workout in at your own pace while providing opportunities to push your limits to get stronger and foster a healthier lifestyle. With guided strength training, kickboxing, and personalized meal planning, the owners (Jeff and Nicole) and gym members want to see you succeed. I have tried tons of fitness programs and can say that FXB has been my preferred gym for the past 5 years. There are 2 gyms in Lincoln with multiple class times to fit busy schedules AND options for at-home workouts. FXB is a great gym and fitness program.

If you are at all considering the next step on your fitness journey, you need to make Farrell's that step. Awesome instructors, great support system, and no pressure. Very flexible for any schedule. It can quickly become habit forming - and that's not a bad thing! I would highly recommend Farrell's Lincoln!

Farrell's has a fantastic atmosphere that is both fun and supportive of whatever fitness/health goals you may have!
The owners truly care and the workouts vary keeping it interesting. They 6+ classes a day/5 days a week plus Saturday classes to fit your schedule what do you have to lose?

In January 2023, I was looking for something for my 13 year old son. Middle school years are rough. Jeff and Nicole were willing to welcome him into their space as a teen. My original plan was to just drop him off and bring a book to read while he worked out. At 49 years old, I was seriously done with gyms. I always felt self conscious and it seemed my body was always telling me I was too old and out of shape. But something told me to give this a try and I'm so glad that I did. 8 months later I feel healthier, stronger, more confident and what an amazing gift it's been to work out side by side with my son. Even if you feel like you've tried everything and you haven't tried Farrell's, I encourage you to come try them out. I'm so thankful we did!

I have been a fit member for about a year and a half now. Love the gym, love the people. I am in the best shape I have been in for quite some time. Before Farrell’s I had extreme hypertension and elevated cholesterol levels. With some advice on better eating, making good choices and making the effort to stay dedicated to my health, my doctor has been impressed with the turnaround. I would highly recommend joining to everyone!

Great place to work out. The owners are super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The instructors and fit members are always willing to help you with your form or offer alternative moves to fit YOUR needs. The accountability they offer and the friendships formed you will not find anywhere else.

The best gym in Lincoln. The workouts are invigorating, and I actually look forward to my daily class. But the people are what sets it apart. The owners have succeeded at making this a place you can actually enjoy going to everyday.

10/10 Farrell’s is life-changing mentally and physically. You come to get fit and end up reducing anxiety and depression because you feel so much better. I joined Farrell’s for the 10 week program, it was supposed to be only 10 weeks but I got hooked and decided to stay, yes, I signed up for another year 😍.
Instructors are so kind and encouraging. Owners are very personable, they will check on you if they haven’t seen you in the gym for awhile. You don’t get these kind of services these days. If you are on a fence about joining, just do it!!!! You won’t regret it!!!! Members are very welcoming as well, I’ve made a ton of friends!!!!

I don't always give 5 stars, but when I do the business has earned it. The owners of the Jamie Ln. and the Pioneers location absolutley care about each and every one of their members and it shows.
