I absolutely love this gym! It’s such an inclusive and welcoming environment. The coaches make you feel comfortable no matter your experience level. The classes are fantastic (lagree style Pilates is my favorite). I always leave feeling stronger and happier. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive fitness community!

Fly has truly become my happy place! I love the variety of classes they offer, with a style of workout to fit all types of movement. The Fly community in Lincoln is awesome, and the south studio allows for an extended community, outside of downtown (with more parking haha). I’ve been going to Fly for 5 years and have found wonderful friends in both the north and south locations. The feeling at both studios is the same: motivating, uplifting and my favorite place to start or end my day. I’d recommend taking the chance and trying out something new, because you’ll feel welcome right when you walk through the door!

I was on the hunt for a new gym to call home after moving to Lincoln and instantly fell in love with Fly! The atmosphere is absolutely UNMATCHED. I've been to several boutique-style studios across the country and have never experienced a more genuine, welcoming, and supportive community than this one. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. Not to mention the classes are a killer workout... I am obsessed. 100000/5 stars from me!

I am experienced in HIIT, powerlifting, and olympic lifting. Jenna was an amazing instructor and it was VERY difficult to keep up with the class - but I never felt discouraged! I would recommend Fly Fitness (and specifically Jenna) to anyone!

Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I've made. I've lost a significant amount of weight and feel healthier and more energetic than I have in years.
The entire atmosphere is incredibly supportive and motivating, but I have to give a special shoutout to Jenna and Jenny. Their cycling classes were a game-changer for me. They pushed me to my limits, but always with a smile and enthusiasm. They have a knack for making even the most challenging workouts fun and engaging. Their encouragement was instrumental in helping me stay consistent and achieve my weight loss goals. They genuinely care for each person coming in and they went out of their way to encourage us during and after the workouts.
The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and there's a wide variety of classes and equipment to choose from.

Fly is my favorite place in town. It never matters what class I go to, I always find myself taking a deep breath and forgetting about everything else the minute I get there.

The Fly crew and instructors are the most kind and genuine people I know, and I've come to know and befriend many of the other clients that show up on the same schedule. I even used to only frequent HIIT classes (which are great, btw!!) until another client asked me to come with them to cycle too. There's 0 judgement on anyone's experience level - we're all there to listen to good music and move our bodies and have fun. I always feel so taken care of when I'm there, and this is all why I will talk to anyone and everyone about Fly who will listen.

Downtown location is my go-to during the week because it's close to where I live, work and go to school. But I love going south on the weekends, especially for lift 45 on Saturday mornings. Great class--super challening. Lots of parking. Near rock'n'joe for afters! Awesome place!

Fly is the perfect place for all skill levels and offers a great variety of classes and times to accommodate all people. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you feel welcome. I absolutely love Fly and you will too! I live in Omaha, NE (about an hour away) and drive down at least once every week to attend class because IT IS THAT GOOD. No other cycling + strength + sculpt studio in the state compares! The instructors are truly the best at what they do and the community is so supportive and welcoming, especially to new clients. The classes are always challenging but so much fun! Plus they offer tons of class formats (cycle, strength training, barre, yoga, reformer pilates) that I promise you will find a class to love. The only negative is that the clientele, at least at the North location, seem to be mostly college students. As someone who a few years older than that demographic it’s hard to feel like I belong there or fit in.

Fly has become my favorite place to workout. Just walking in the door gets you pumped up! Every workout feels different but is always challenging. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and is extremely helpful.
