Horrible experience, communication was awful. We attempted to take our child to her first class and there are multiple buildings which would be fine IF they informed parents which building to go to. We stood up at the desk waiting for anyone to help us for almost half an hour and the staff that did was extremely rude when I asked where her class was so I could take her to it. The response was “well you should know” I’m a lot of things but clairvoyant is not one of them. I asked again thinking maybe she has misheard me and the response that time was “ well she can just go with these other kids”. Those kids had been in a class the whole time we were there so I knew that wasn’t the right group and when I said that the girl got irate and found another instructor. The other instructor seemed decent enough as a person but with how terrible their communication about locations and telling us to just let her go with kids who were 5+ years older and almost done seems crazy.
