Madison the GM was strikingly kind, funny and personable. She truly cares about the members and maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming atmosphere for all. In my experience in the service industry, the GM sets the tone for the team and I can tell they have a great team. She made my first time so comfortable and walked me through in a way that made me feel more confident as I’ve just started trying to get back into exercising. I’m looking forward to trying all the classes and meeting the rest of the team!

Hotworx - Bellevue has been nothing short of a refreshing start to a healthier life and lifestyle. I joined along side my wife a few weeks ago, and we continue to find accomplishments every day we show up. The staff was very friendly, educating, and encouraging. Scheduling a trial class was not overwhelming. We showed up to the appointment, and we were given a tour of the whole facility. Everything is clean and well taken care of with a variety of amenities. Everyone is respectful, and everyone cleans up after themselves. Scheduling classes on the app is very convenient and user-friendly. The 24/7 accessibility is very convenient for working out whenever you find the time during your busy day. The sauna has been very beneficial to my body and mind. I look forward to each visit and leave feeling like I received a great workout.

I will always be a Hotworx member! The Bellevue location takes pride in keeping the entire place clean and functioning well. The staff is super kind and always welcoming. I love the variety of workouts that are available 24/7 in a sauna that is adjustable to the heat that I want. The virtual instructors are knowledgeable and talk you through every move, allowing for modifications. Most of the time I choose to work out alone, but have the option to workout with two others in a sauna. I am never bored as there are 9 different isometric workouts, 3 different HIIT workouts, and a gym section full of weights and other equipment. The membership fee is absolutely worth every penny.

I started going to Bellevue Hotworx about 3 weeks ago and I LOVE it!! All of the staff is super friendly and they are always working on keeping the place clean!! This is the first gym I’ve ever felt comfortable at, definitely my favorite place!

We're fairly new to Omaha, and this place has been nothing short of phenomenal. It's been instrumental in getting me back into a fitness routine after moving, and I love the variety of classes. I never enjoyed "hot fitness" (yoga, pilates, etc) before Hotworx, but I don't think I can ever go back! Even - or especially - on days when I have a headache, I can head in for a workout and leave feeling better. I'm getting stronger than I ever was before guided workouts, and the staff is fantastic. I was considering getting a membership here one evening when I witnessed something that completely changed my mind. A delivery driver arrived, and the employee who answered the door (a blonde woman with a ponytail and cap, I think her name was Rainbow) was unnecessarily rude. The driver politely said thank you, but she didn’t respond and mumbled something disrespectful instead. Later, I overheard her telling the delivery company that she never received her order—even though she clearly did. It made me question the integrity of the business. I decided not to sign up and wouldn’t recommend this place based on what I experienced

While I really enjoyed my time using the facility, the issue came when I needed to cancel. I had been a member of Hotworx for a year and having to cancel my membership due to family financial hardship sucked enough but when I went in to cancel I was told I would need to pay for 2 more mos as a "notice" which not even a career would force you to give that type of notice when you quit a job or pay $99 up front. This feels like extortion and it was not discussed when signing up, I was only told that I had to sign up for 3 mos before I could cancel. Be aware when signing up that when you want to cancel, this will be a thing. I did have intentions on rejoining in the future, but this has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. ✌️

These are things I look for when I am looking to join a gym.

KINDNESS: The owners at Hotworx, Bellevue location are wonderful. These ladies have a heart to serve their clients to ensure that they have a safe and clean space to work out. Every interaction is always pleasant, and I look forward to my next visit. CLEANLINESS: I am impressed with the clients that attend this location; they are committed to cleaning after their classes, and it shows. The studio, bathrooms, and saunas have always been in mint condition. CHANGE: Already, I am noticing a change in my muscle composition! I have noticed less and less low back pain and always leave, knowing I got a great workout.

I highly recommend Hotwox in Bellevue, it meets all my desired qualities for a gym; the people are kind, the studio/saunas are clean, and I am seeing the changes in my body.

The gym I found to be clean and nice. My issue is when you try and cancel. This is probably standard for everyone so be aware.

1. The require you cancel your account IN PERSON. This is done so they can try and talk you into staying or offer to put your account on hold for $9 a month. $9 a month to just pause your account was hilarious.

2. They notify you that if you cancel you are to pay a two month cancelation "fee". They call it a two month notice but it's basically a fee.

I haven't used the place in 6 months and when I finally tried to cancel they said I needed a two month notice. I could pay the "cancelation fee" now or continue to use the place while they debited my account for two months. Considering I paid six months while not using the place, I found this to be absurd. I thought about coming back in the winter but not now. They could of done the right thing and let me cancel without the two mouth notice. A typical gym money grab.

I love Hotworks and the Bellevue location!
First about me: I am coming off my second knee scope in November. (Both knees were scoped in 2021) I was still suffering with daily pain, stiffness, swelling and locking of that inhibited movement. But not anymore! The non-impact workouts and infrared heat have changed my life! Literally! I can walk again and not in constant pain and no swelling. I haven’t experienced this since before my knees were bad!
Location: The facility is always clean. When the owners or GM are there (which seems to be all the time) they are constantly cleaning. The clients all seem to do their part as well. I never see anyone leaving a room without cleaning it. And if they do, we should all be giving a friendly reminder to do their part.
Staff: So friendly and so encouraging. Always quick to help and always giving a good job or other words of encouragement after you are done.
Ease of booking: The app is great for scheduling your workouts. There is always something available at the time I want to be there. Even if the specific class you want is full at the time you want to be there, there are other classes available. I encourage people to try them all!
10/10 would recommend!

I've been attending Hotworx Bellevue for just shy of a month. The location is clean and friendly. I absolutely love the workouts- in just 4 weeks I have noticed a drastic increase in core strength. The infared heat has decreased my back pain. And for the first time in my life my muscles are tired after a workout but I don't HURT. I love that it is 24 hrs and I can book classes easily from the app. I am hooked!

I have never in all my life been an exerciser. I have dealt with many health issues that made me feel defeated anytime I tried to join a gym or start working out. Comparison to others comes easily to me, but this place immediately made me feel comfortable and like I belonged no matter my body type or level of ability. I’ve only completed 9 sessions and already feel such a difference in my mind, body & soul. For the first time in my life, I look forward to going to workout. It most definitely helps that the owners are super kind, knowledgeable and available when you have any questions or concerns. Also, during this time of COVID, I also very much appreciate how clean they are keeping the space. You see the owners themselves walking around spraying down surfaces and cleaning spaces often as well as many cleaning supplies available to members at all times. I can not say enough positive things about this place!

I joined the Bellevue location 6 weeks ago and have enjoyed every second. I do not usually post reviews but feel I must respond after reading a negative review that was left.

I take offense to the reviewer that stated this location is dirty and does not take cleaning measures. As I am a member that uses this facility every day, I can attest to the cleanliness of this location. I personally always clean after myself, wiping down equipment and door handles, and have never witnessed someone walking away without cleaning. Though this location does not limit to 2 per sauna, with the use of the app, I have the ability to choose whether or not I want to work out with two other people.

As far as limited supplies, I do not know what the reviewer is writing about. There are always gym wipes, sauna spray, and mat spray available. The owners, when not working with customers at the front desk, are mopping and vacuuming.

Hotworx is a franchise, but every location is run by individuals who have chosen to become a small business owner. Steph and Sharon have invested their time and money to bring something to the Bellevue community that benefits others. I highly recommend this location, and Hotworx itself, if you are looking to improve your health and well being.

This is a great place to workout! 24/7 access, easy to use app for class sign ups, clean facilities, and classes are easy to follow.

I have finished every class feeling energized, even after I sweat so hard! And no muscle soreness! The infrared heat warms up those stiff muscles so I feel amazing when I'm done.

The owners are very personable and helpful. During onboarding they answered all of my questions and they are always there to greet me with a smile and words of encouragement!

Definitely check this place out! I thought I wouldn't like being hot while working out but Hotworx proved me wrong. I love it here!
