I truly loved HOTWORX when I first signed up with Megan. The building was always so welcoming, and I was seeing changes that I wanted to see from the workouts. However, about a year later, I don’t enjoy it as much anymore. The staffing at this studio has done a complete turnover since I signed up, and the current girls are super sweet, but it’s just not as inviting as when I first signed up. The workouts rarely change, and it’s only a few workouts that change every 3 months. I’m bored of the workouts, and no longer motivated to keep going, but they make it so difficult to cancel your membership. I will still have to pay for two more months before I am “officially” canceled, which just seems like a big scam to me. Do your research before signing up!

Why is it so difficult to cancel! I've called and they refuse to cancel my membership. They always say I have to come in during hours but the hours aren't normal hours and I live to far away to just cancel it. I've been trying for a month to cancel. Careful what you sign up for

Lizzie was amazing, I’m on medical leave and forgot to freeze my last month like I had done the prior two months (I had spinal surgery) not only was she extremely helpful but she was so sweet and understanding even though it was my fault! The girls there are super helpful can’t wait to get back in the studio!

I have attended HotWorx @ 144th & Center for 6 sessions now and have loved every second. Lizzy, the GM, is amazing and such an enthusiastic spirit to greet you as you walk in. She is very knowledgable, as shes been with HotWorx for awhile now. The other two gals I've met at the desk are amazing and always putting in hard work around the facility. Cant wait to continue my fitness journey here with them! They are so encouraging.

I demand a full refund since at this point in time- this is a federal law you are breaking and I hope you are aware of this.

The studio itself is nice and I enjoy the workouts. What upsets me is the price and the scammy way they lock you into keep paying. It’s $60/month, which really isn’t reasonable for a place with a total of 3 types of cardio machines. There are other classes, but get this, you have to pay even MORE to participate in those classes.
When I signed up, or rather, AFTER I SIGNED UP, I was informed that even if I end my membership, I’ll be paying for an additional 2 months! 2 months?! It takes 2 months for you to stop taking my money?? If you’re locking people in for 5 months just say that! Don’t say it’s a 3 month membership and then scam people out of 5 months of membership dues.

I've been a member at another HotWorx studio for over a year and I will be HotWorx for life. I changed to 144th and Center because it is closer. If you don't like to sweat and detox, this isn't the gym for you. I love the infrared sauna and the virtual trainers and appointment-based system keep the members flowing smoothly and efficiently. There is a section of free weights called the FX Zone where you can either follow along with the workout on the TV or you can do your own thing. My flexibility, stamina, and energy levels are up and my chronic pain levels are down. It works for me.

This HOTWORX Studio is BEAUTIFUL! It’s always clean and the staff is enthusiastic to help with anything I need! I love the big weight zone to complete my fitness routine along with the sauna workouts. Since working out at HOTWORX, I have YET to get sick (as someone who used to catch everything). I truly credit the infrared for detoxing sickness I might be catching. I can’t brag about HOTWORX enough!
