Hotworx is a GREAT option for going to the gym with a busy schedule. Being open 24 hours and a constant rotation of different types/lengths of workouts allows me to tailor my sessions to what works best for me. This specific location has amazing staff and is always incredibly clean even when they are super busy! I would highly recommend this Hotworx!!!

HOTWORX has became such an essential part of my life in the short time I’ve been a member. I love the ease of being able to schedule my workout sessions whenever I want and burning so many calories in a shorter amount of time! So many great choices for classes, and I never leave feeling like I didn’t get a great workout in. The studio is also very clean. You can tell the staff takes good care of the facility and machines. Speaking of the staff they are all so kind. I went into HOTWORX being self conscious about working out but they’ve made it so easy to adjust to it with how welcoming, and nice they all are. I have been going to Hotworx West Omaha since they first opened and I absolutely love this studio. The sales associates are always SO friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. The studio is always clean, organized, and welcoming, and a big part of that is their studio manager, Leanna. She does such a great job keeping the environment friendly and encouraging. Every time I walk in, she greets me with a smile and makes the space feel open and comfortable. It really makes a difference. I highly recommend this studio!!

The infrared sauna benefits are numerous, physically I’m getting in better shape every day, and my mental health is the BEST it has been in years! One of the very best cared for HotWorx locations in the area. I stop in here on the weekends for a warm-up before my full workout at another fitness studio nearby. Nothing like a good Hot Stretch session when it's freezing outside! Kudos to the staff for the cleanliness, even when this studio gets super busy.

My wife and two of my kids have had memberships for nearly two years, spent over $2,000 and yet the end result is a terrible experience. Cancelling a membership is made nearly impossible, but I understand to some extent with all gym memberships. However, we just purchased a sauna for home and my wife called to provide notice of cancellation on 3/31. No one was working during the day at the time of call, but regardless there was not even a callback the next day. She followed up on 4/2 and was told “there is nothing we can do and you will be charged for May in addition to April (we understand why April is being charged).

She spoke to a manager in person today and was still told there is “nothing she can do and May will be charged”. This is an unacceptable business practice as more than 30 days notice was given for cancellation prior to May.

So, I signed up and received an add-on special. My wife signed up as an add-on for $20/month on my account. We got bored and stopped using it. I stopped in and canceled the membership at the beginning of March. They have an extended cancellation to squeeze extra money out of you. So, I was told I would be still charged in April before the would stop charging me. I assumed it was taken care of as I wasn't told otherwise. On May 1st, they still charged me the $20 add-on fee. I called and asked and was told that my wife would have to come in to cancel that add-on or upgrade to a full membership. If she didn't we would keep getting charged the $20 perpetually without getting access to the facility … Predatory bad business practice...

Paid the 3 month $80+ dollar each month for signing up. Called on the 1st to cancel since never used used it. They will not cancel unless go in the studio to sign when never been to the studio, will be charged for a 4th month even with canceling on the first of the month like contract stated, even though never used one service one time! Asked to be refunded only for the which today would be the start of a forth month since will not use it, haven’t used any and manager will not. This facility needs better management for people when they followed the contract and paid 3 months. The lack of professionalism here I will be telling anyone and everyone to go else where than this location! If you join I would stay away from this location!!! Join the other ones since they are independently owned.

I have been coming to Hotworx since May 9th 2021 with my workout friend. We have both feel we are losing slowly but we can see we are building fat into muscle each class we go to. Having 24 hours to pick classes helps me being a mom of 4 kids have options to fit a quick class in. The classes all have modifications for whatever strength level you are currently at when you start and have options to challenge yourself each class you go into. It's an amazing workout group to try.

I LOVE this place. I can't put into words how much I love it. First of all, the workouts and science behind it has absolutely changed my life. I am the healthiest I've ever been and I never get tired of them! They cycle the videos so you don't get tired of the same ole same ole. And don't get me started about Grace. Their contracting language is confusing and communication was poor. I signed the contract and was told there was a 3 month minimum and 30 day cancellation policy. When I went to cancel, I was told that you have to pay at least 3 months before you can cancel and THEN you have to give 30 days and pay the last month. That isn’t a 3 month minimum, it’s 4. They have drilled the same canned response into their staff - I know they are just doing their job, but damn is that annoying when you question it & you then get 3 people all saying the same thing. I wanted to quit because the scheduling is difficult (unless you are online when they open it up, it’s impossible to get a time that isn’t during the work day or at 10pm.) But their shady business of it’s all about the money, makes me not even want to finish out the time I have to pay for it.

During hours of 6 am and 6 pm, I had an impossible time to be alone for a workout (I am 6’5” so I also take up a lot of space). I love the Hot Blast HIIT sessions! 15 minutes of intense workout on a bike. I do back to back sessions to really earn the burn. I know I am burning calories for at least an hour afterwards and I feel great after each workout.

Do not sign up for this place. My wife signed up for a “3 month trial”. We ended up being charged for 5 months. We were told the first month didn’t count because it wasn’t a whole month long. Then we tried to cancel after 4 months and we were told we could only cancel on the first of the month and had to pay for that month! Highly expensive and terribly hard to cancel. Was lied to about length of contract multiple times. Had to go visit place to cancel.

We were told it would be canceled after the “3rd full month” but then we were charged another months worth. Due to my profession and COVID, I had to cancel and unfortunately did so by phone. Due to no documentation of such on their end, I am now out of an additional monthly due that they’re not willing to credit back.
