The coffee is to die for! It is so tasty and freshly made. JLS does a great job at making substitutes for your preference. As a Type One diabetic, all the sugar free flavors are incredible.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience here! From the moment our daughter started gymnastics Ms. Jessica made us feel so welcome and cared for. Our daughter absolutely loved every minute of her session! Ms. Jessica is incredibly patient, kind, and truly knows how to engage little ones. She made learning fun! The facility is clean, safe, and filled with colorful, age-appropriate equipment that kept her active and smiling.

The protein coffee is so yummy! There are so many different flavors and combinations to choose. The food is good, energy mixers are also super good. Truly something for everyone!! The new order ahead app has been smooth and very convenient! Also love that they focus on protein and healthy food items! Highly recommend!!!

We’ve been attending JLT Gymnastics for several years, and it’s been such a great experience. Jessica, the owner and coach, is amazing—she truly cares about each child and creates such a positive, supportive environment. When our daughter broke her arm, Jessica went above and beyond to make sure she eased back in safely and that we felt comfortable with her return. That kind of personal attention means so much. My daughter been a gymnast here with Couch Jessica since she was 2 and now will be returning at almost 8!! Jessica has been patient and understanding to all the different learning levels of each her students!!

The owner, Jess, is most knowledgeable gal on gymnastics, workouts, and nutrition and my girls have been going here for almost 4 years now! My husband and I also use the 24 hour gym and it’s easy and convenient! And then Jess started the cafe it’s been such a blessing to the town with the coffee and the healthy options! We are so thankful for Jess!

I have not been inside yet so I can not help with the equipment/cleaniness etc .. BUT they just painted an awesome logo on their building and I ALWAYS see this place have people there at all times of day ! I feel this place is super clean, super nice inside, and they are extremely prideful in their facility ! This is the place to go to get your fitness needs without having to travel if you are local or close by !
