We (myself, hubby, and a good friend) did a few 8-10 month stints at Kosama, really enjoyed it. 5:30 am class is the most popular by far. Good coaching, nice environment, clean and friendly. Thanks Jeff and team, keep up the great work!

Typical gym workout...run on the treadmill until you quickly realize running on the treadmill is boring and you'd have to run four half a day to get a decent workout. Move to the weights. Lift a little. Check Facebook. Lift a little. Check Facebook. Get bored. Go home and don't go back for a month.
Kosama workout...show up. Get pumped up by the music. Do the exercises the instructor demonstrates and displayed on big screen (as little or as much as you can do). Sweat. Before you know it, 50 minutes is up and you've burned 500 to 1,000 calories. Feel great when you leave. Can't wait to come back the next day because the workout is always different (cardio, kettlebells (weights), kickboxing and more.

I was terrified of group classes, but Kosama allowed me to feel good about working out in a class setting. It's a culture of healthy mindsets and everyone encourages one another. The instructors and coaches help you with form and technique and motivate you to be a better version of yourself. I really like the variety of workouts and how they work all muscle groups to give you a balance. If you haven't tried Kosama then you are missing out!!

I tried Kosama out after purchasing a Groupon back in February and I have since been hooked! I absolutely love working out and has become an addiction. The instructors and coaches are awesome! They are always willing to help and push you to your fullest. The best part about Kosama is that you don't do the same routine over and over. Everyday is different and every workout is a written differently. Great atmosphere and highly recommended if you are bored with your daily gym routine.

I absolutely love Kosama!!! I have tried different gyms and I could never find anything that could push me or give me a workout that made me feel like I worked out until I started at Kosama. All the staff is amazing, they push you, encourage you, and motivate you through each workout. Anytime I walk in feeling like not working out, they always find a way to get me working out and giving it my all. I am doing things I never thought I could and this place is so amazing I even made my little sister join!!

I've been a member for 2 years and would never go anywhere else! The instructors and coaches all truly care about your success! I love the variety, the wide range of class times and that someone is always available if you have questions. I was concerned about fitting in as I'm in my 40's but that is a non-issue! I feel completely comfortable there! No high pressure sales--they simply give you the info, answer questions and let you make the decision.

I have struggled with finding a workout that fit me my entire life. Running didn't do it, and just joining a gym did not motivate me enough to ever see any results. I joined Kosama when my second baby was 5 months old. In only a few weeks, I started seeing results. Six months later the abs I never thought my body was capable of, started to peek through. I've now been going for a year and a half and I'm in the best shape I've been in since I was a kid. I'm now a better mom, not only because I'm in incredible shape and can keep up with my wild toddlers, but because I have a confidence in myself I've never had in my past 32 years. I tell everyone I meet about Kosama in hopes that just one person gets to feel the sense of accomplishment I feel now. Do it!!
