I just joined Krave and am excited to start my fitness journey with them! I love that they have weights, cardio, and boxing. I come from a boxing background so I love that aspect. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I love the small feel and community the gym brings. I definitely recommend! The workouts are pretty challenging, but you always feel accomplished when you’re done.

Krave provides a comprehensive and varied workout. This includes strength training for both your upper and lower body, a cardio segment every workout and a segment to improve your agility.
The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They assist me with my technique and work-arounds when I’m injured.
Classes are relatively small. You will get to know and become friends with your teammates.

So I was in the area looking for a place to satisfy my hunger so I checked google maps to see what eateries were around. To my delight I saw this place called Krave and instantly thought of the Kellogs cereal that is known by few but loved by all.
I put my phone away, immediately committed several traffic infractions and found my way to this location, which is located on the main floor of the Dalmore apartments. I walk in and realize that no scrumptious bowls of cereals are offered here but only plates labeled in kgs and lbs in a wide variety. I'm greeted by one of the trainers who gives me the bad news that the only edible things on location are the proteins powders and supplements that they sell to their athletes. My tummy rumbles in disappointment but I get roped into trying a week of workouts free so I think why not, the more calories I burn the more Krave I can consume without guilt.
Fast forward 6 months and I here I am, in some of the best shape of life always doing a double check when I walk by my full length mirror. Not because my body looks great but because there is a new mole on my body that I should probably get checked out but that's a story for another time.
On a more serious note if you are interested in what the gym is about let me break it down to you real quick: It's a group fitness class that is comprised of 5 different sections that you rotate between. Endurance, agility, power blocks, weight racks and striking and depending on the season you will repeat one of the sections. Each season last approximately 2 months and rotates usually between a strength section followed by endurance/agility/striking. Each section last 7 minutes, that is usually 4 minutes of nonstop work followed by a 1.5 min break then another 1.5 min workout session, then you rotate and rinse and repeat. They offer classes Monday through Saturday but classes are only offered at certain times. Depending on the membership that you choose, you do have the option to come in whenever you want outside of the scheduled classes. Class times at the time of this review are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 430pm, 530pm, and 630pm. Tuesday and Thursday 5am, 6am, 430pm, 530pm. Saturday 8am and 9am.
As for pricing it depends on the membership you choose. I believe it ranges from around $115 to $170+ a month with more options for personalized sessions. The cheaper membership allows for only two group fitness classes a week while the more pricey membership allows for three group fitness classes a week and unlimited access to the gym when you can come anytime. With membership comes an app which has access to all the workouts with videos to show you how to complete the exercises. If you have anymore questions, don't ask me I'm still searching for a place to eat, but I'm sure Krave will be willing to answer any questions you may have.

Do yourself a favor, and give Krave Gym a try! It’s always clean, the coaches are motivating, and the programming is well planned out and the workouts fly by. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, with great people all around. The manager and owners are focused creating an environment that’s both motivating and encouraging. Highly recommend!

Just completed my 52nd class at Krave, it’s such a great mixture of training styles that keep me motivated. I’m just starting my first endurance season which is very challenging for me, but the staff and coaches are very helpful and encouraging I will make it through the session.

My wife and I I recently joined Krave Gym, and it’s been the best decision. From the moment you walk into the space you’ll notice it’s clean and modern and welcoming. The coaches are incredibly supportive and willing to modify movements to best suit you. They are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in helping each member achieve their fitness goals.
The full-body workouts are designed to be completed in 1 hr as you rotate through 6 stations, making it easy to burn 400-500 calories in a single class. The classes change by seasons to keep it interesting, challenging and engaging to ensure that we get the most out of our time at the gym. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, the workouts are adaptable to fit your fitness level.

I’m glad they have barbell lifting for strength, that is important to me. The heavy bag has been really fun to learn and is a huge stress reliever. I have been challenged everyday but I find myself looking forward to coming.
