This is a very good place to do hot yoga: it’s because of the AMAZING INSTRUCTORS! Mary Pat and Ryan are sooo great at coaching you to do your best yet with such kindness.

Only thing about this place, it does not have luxury and amenities: no change room or showers— just changing stalls and restroom which is common to other businesses in the building. But convenient location and easy parking!

From the moment I walked into the studio for the first time to every day since, I have been greeted at the door by name, welcomed into the studio and felt a sense of peace. The instructors are great at what they do. The studio (West) is warm and serene. Love my classes here❤️

Wonderful instructors!!!!! They KNOW what they are doing. I went to several Omaha studios before finally deciding to make One Tree Yoga my "home". Very friendly place and prices are reasonable. They even have a special "new student" deal where you can attend unlimited sessions for (I think it's 2 weeks) for around $30.There are many different types of students, too, which I appreciate. Older, younger, beginners, advanced, round, sharp, anything & everything. Convenient hours and locations. Different types of yoga are offered - hot, Yin, Yinyasa, Hatha, Align & Flow, along with wall ropes and meditation.

Experienced Teachers, beautiful facilities, and so many different styles of yoga—plus thoughtfully chosen and aesthetically pleasing equipment! I can't praise this studio enough. My personal fav teacher is Gabe Hopp, she is amazing. She really knows everything about yoga and takes the time to really explain a posture and how to do it correctly. She even made special recommendations during a class when I pregnant to adapt each pose.

Alison and Gabe (and One Tree Yoga as a whole!) are incredibly thorough and wise. They teach with an understanding of anatomy, alignment, sequencing, philosophy, modifications for different body types and levels, and community. Some favorite classes are Hatha, Yinyasa, and Monday’s Yoga Hour. I love this studio and its teachers. Be sure to give it a try! You should make One Tree Yoga part of your routine for greater health, wellness, awareness, and ease.

Love this community! I've been going to One Tree for over 20 years. It's kept me healthy physically and mentally throughout my career as a firefighter.
As one of the only guys in classes years ago, I always felt welcome. And now in some classes there have been more men than women. The teachers always make you feel welcome and are helpful with any questions.
As one of my favorite teachers always says, " You can't win at yoga, it isn't a competition, it about you and your body."

This was the first time we had attended a class at the east facility. We were standing their chatting in a whisper tone while people were settling in and the yoga instructor, in front of everyone, said "would you like to teach the class?" It was so bizarre, inappropriate, and unprofessional. There were no indications that the class was beginning to which is why we were still whisper chatting. People went as far as to apologize to us after the instructor left the room. I do not leave reviews but this was so unwelcoming after we paid to be there. Will not be returning. Do not talk at all if you visit.

This place is amazing! I started here about a week ago using their two week beginner plan because I wanted to increase flexibility this year. I've gone to three sessions of hot yoga with instructors Bernie, Crystal, and Lynsi, and each one of them is absolutely incredible!! I plan to extend my plan for the foreseeable future.

If you're looking for a place to start your fitness journey, I highly recommend OTY. They are very friendly and helpful throughout the sessions and they always meet you at your level of capability. Nobody is there to judge you, only to help you make it to your goal. I can't wait to see how much progress I make with them over the year, and probably beyond!!

OTY is simply the best. The owners, Gabe & Alison, have created a truly amazing yoga culture and it is reflected in every single class. I especially love the yin, hatha, and hot yoga classes. Also, I have found that the OTY teachers are all really great humans in addition to being top notch yogis. It's an all around great experience and a really special studio.

Can I just say, these guys are Superb! in my opinion. This studio has been my home for 8 yrs. The Co-Owners are passionate about Yoga and it shows in every way. They are active practitioners/teachers themselves and have a vast array of classes from Hot to Hatha, Yinyasa up to Seniors, as well as offering online and/or in person.. The classes are very accessible for everyone, just find your style! All the teachers are Excellent and participate in continuing their education/teaching to offer you, hands down, the best classes around! Check them out, you won't be disappointed! This is truly a unique and special place 🙏

I live in California. When I travel to visit family and friends, I like to go to a local yoga studio. On my last trip, I went to yoga sessions in Syracuse, NY; Omaha, NE; and Telluride, CO. The best one was at One Tree Yoga in Omaha. I wasn’t expecting much. I mean, Omaha, really? But what better place to get centered than in the center of the U.S.? I’ve had some wonderful sessions and instructors in California, but if I lived 22 hours closer to Omaha, I’d be at One Tree a lot. Thank you, Gabe, for the great session!

At 64 years of age one might ask the question, “Am I too old to start practicing yoga?” After 35 years of intense self exploration and deepening spiritual practice, what came to me was, “Let’s find out. JUMP!” My spirit needed a temple in which it could reside and my body has become that place. The answer turned out to be, “No, it’s never too late to come home to fully and mindfully inhabit the body.”

It’s been just under 4 months since I first reached out to One Tree Yoga. Gabe, one of the owners, responded and listened as I described my physical and mental limitations (ie. age, shoulder injury, cranky knee, fear) and offered a starting point for me. Amazingly, it worked!

I started out with Jamie’s Slow and Low, Senior’s Gentle, and Abigail’s Beginner’s Series. I went from dipping my toes into the waters of yoga to my eventual belly flop initiation into Hatha, Yinyasa, and Yin. Although these forms have been challenging, I’m finding that my body is thriving on them.

There’s been a definite benefit for me with One Tree’s varied class format offerings of in studio, live Zoom, and the recorded version. I live locally but my preference has been the recorded version. I’m able to pause as needed to fully visualize the shapes and assess my own physical orientation at my own pace. The time and convenience factor are huge for me. Another added benefit for me has been to be able to communicate directly with a One Tree teacher, something you don’t have with random YouTube videos.

I wanted to acknowledge several teachers that have had an impact on me personally. The first is, Jamie. The first class I took was in studio with her. It was also the very first Slow and Low class, one of my favorites. Her acceptance and understanding of my initial limitations set the tone and trajectory of my connection with yoga. I am so grateful for her kindness, gentle guidance and positive affirmation. They are my foundation.

I find the readings that Jamie and Gabe share during class to be quite meaningful for me. More than once I’ve paused the recording because their timeliness and content touched me in a way that my body understood and needed to savor. When body, mind and spirit come together it is absolute bliss for me.

I wanted to mention Maygon and Dana. Their soft and grounding energy is absolutely palpable even through recorded version. I’m finding Yin to be vital in my yoga practice. Letting go of resistance and allowing, yielding to the physical sensations that come with growth and expansion can be challenging sometimes. Maygon and Dana’s soothing voices and grounded energetic presence help my body to find ease and are slowly helping to transform rocky and rigid fascia into an ever softening clay. Unbelievable!

And lastly, I want to express my sincerest gratitude for Abigail. Her ability to anticipate the areas of confusion for the uninitiated and to utilize the camera to demonstrate technique are matched by her invaluable skill to clearly articulate the necessary steps into a pose. She is also a part of my foundation.

I hope by now it’s apparent that I’m a fan of One Tree Yoga and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

One Tree Yoga is such a grounding studio. I knew the second I stepped in the door of their East studio that this place was where I belonged. Gabe and Alison have created such a welcoming community. All the classes at One Tree Yoga are extremely helpful and the teachers know what they are doing. I love the different style of yoga they bring in from Hatha, Yin, Hot and much more. I wish I lived closer so I could attend class more!

A top tier studio with 2 great locations in the Omaha metro area! They also have online classes available through zoom. I first came to OTY to complete a 200 HR yoga teaching certification. Alison & Gabe are both very knowledgeable & dedicated to keeping their teaching rooted in the yogic traditions. Constantly deepening my practice & learning new techniques/cues from these ladies! The studios are inviting, warm, clean & always inclusive. Can’t say enough positive things about OTY, check them out!

My favorite studio in Omaha. I particularly love their hot yoga classes; the teachers are instructive and helpful, and I enjoy the fact that they don’t yell at you like drill sergeants (something I’d previously encountered at other studios). The environment is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Awhile back, I attended a hot yoga class there and I have to admit I loved it. I then decided I wanted to join the teacher training program to become more educated in yoga all around. I'm still in the program and overall the experience has been nothing but educational. I recommend it to anyone willing to take the jump. If you're not sure if you want to pursue teaching, try some of their classes. It's worth your time.

Great experience at this facility. The instructors are knowledgeable and do not make you feel inferior if you are a beginner. I am planning on taking more classes once I get back into the swing of thing after an accident. Great place to do yoga as a couple as well.
