I came from genesis. They were always dirty and the locker rooms were stinky and disgusting. Weights all over. Planet fitness is clean and friendly. A little different than I'm used to, in a good way.

Staff is friendly. Equipment is clean. I've never ran into faulty equipment or had a negative experience. Being a bigger guy, sometimes the "one size fits all" ideology of the equipment and simplicity of adjustment can be frustrating, but that's hardly something I can hold against PF.

After another change in management this place is finally clean !! Manager is VERY NICE !! New regional manager has really stepped up on putting the right people in place . My review went from a 2 star to 5 star . Thank you for listening to the complaints and making a great change ..
I would have to say this place has went down hill after the last management and crew changeover. Bathrooms are often very nasty and not clean. Equipment is often broken. 😠
Thank God school is back in because there free summer program for all teenagers is a joke to the paying customers. I get what they are trying to do but there should be time restrictions that are not during peak times when paying customers are getting off work. My workouts take an extra hour waiting on groups of kids standing around a machine and talking. Or just flat out abusing something till it breaks.

It’s not a bad gym, but the staff does not enforce any rules. They stand at the desk the majority of the time.
There are people slamming weights, walking around in socks, singing out loud, talking on their phones, and there is even someone vaping inbetween sets.
I said something about it, yet nothing changed.
So if you’re looking for a gym that you can do whatever you want, this is the place for you!

Ever since theres been new staff there have been several instances of the front desk unattended for long petiods of time, thus having to wait a long time to get someone to give access to black card areas. This is happening very often with the new staff and is unacceptable.

There are a few machines I hope this location gets soon that are featured in ads and commercials. Would love to see the hip thrust and weighted squat machine added soon.

This is my favorite planet fitness in the city. Good service, always clean, smooth lighting and all working machines. Been coming here for the past 3 years and if I haven’t left yet i doubt I will anytime soon! (However I do wish we had a hack squat machine and a Lateral raise machine).

Love this location. I constantly go here , about 5 times a week. Gym is very clean. Staff is great and always nice. I love the personalized attention you get. After coming to this gym for a few months you become a regular and the staff remembers you. The hydro beds are awesome. I try to use it after every workout , sometimes I’ll walk up to the front desk and they already know what I’m about to ask for ! Shout out to Carley , Natalie M and Natalie B , the manager and the rest of the staff. Check out this PF it’s worth it.

Every time that I visit the staff is nice. I'm usually there on Saturday mornings when Dave and Carley are working. They are each personable and provide great customer service. When I've gone at other times the rest of the staff has been nice as well.
I wish there were heavier dumbells and a couple off regular bench press options, but I'm so able to get a solid workout. I'm about to go there now on a Sunday to add a leg day. 🙂

I love this gym! It is very clean and the sanitation stations are very accessible for people to clean the machine when they are done using it. They have huge fans for air circulation which is important! The employees are very professional and welcoming!! (I would be thrilled if hot tubs were available. 😁😁)
