They just stole my entire check for me For a subscription, I don’t use and yes, I understand the term subscription, but I don’t understand why if I’m not using that subscription which they also keep track of the app clearly of when I clock in and clock out Why their system is not better to help those who clearly don’t use it. I know I’m not the only person who is ever forget to cancel This company is absurd and disgusting and money hungry it’s a gym. It’s never been that serious. I wish they were open 24 hours. Weekends should be open 24 hours and thats when they close early. Clean and friendly staff. Good equipment they just don't have a pool or heavy bags. They do have tanning beds and hydro chairs. And always the cheapest memberships around. Ok. With the reply. I am a black card member. I did state there was the hydro beds and chairs and tanning booths and beds. I do use those. I do pay for the extra amenities. Just saying. The pools would be awesome. But I get it. Cheap prices. Still a member for 2 years

Not the best not the worst. Showers barely got lukewarm, not nearly hot enough water. Also the “stretching” area is seriously lacking some foam rollers and yoga balls. 3 stars because at least there are soap holders in the showers, the locker room is clean, and it’s a large gym. But other than that they don’t really have don’t really have much going for them in this location

This is a very nice gym with plenty of equipment and it’s rarely crowded, which I really appreciate. My only complaint is the lack of window shades. In the mornings, the sun reflects off the cars in the parking lot and creates a harsh glare, especially for anyone using the ellipticals and treadmills. It’s uncomfortable enough that I’ve had to adjust the time I come in. I’m surprised this hasn’t been addressed yet, as it seems like a relatively simple fix that would make a big difference.

I am a truck driver. This location has signs stating trucks can't park in the lot.

Also, the inside of a shower curtain in the men's locker room had not been cleaned for a long time. There was a white substance (old soap?) and some sort of black substance (mold?) on the curtain.

I wish more people would share that gym memberships are a scam. The machinery available at PF may seem like a lot, but most of them are repetitive or impossible to figure out. I would love to ask staff members how to use equipment but they are usually no where to be found! The membership process is ran like the navy, god forbid you are struggling and they want $50 from you immediately. No matter what situation you share with them, they have no sympathy for people who aren’t lining their pockets with money!

Nice basic gym. Open 24 hours most days. Cheaper than most places. Two membership levels. Lowest level covers the weight machines and free weights. In front of the tread mills and other machines are a bank of flat screen TVs.

Second level covers the Total Body Experience. It is a horizontal tube with a vibration platform with red light therapy. That level also includes a water massage flat bed and lounge chair. They also have a traditional massage chair. The second level also includes tanning booths.

The Total Body Experience is not used by many people. It has been removed by other Planet Fitness location. The current plan is to remove it from this location in a year.

I have used it hundreds of times. I don't understand why it is not more popular. Apparently the vibration platform was developed by the Russians for the space program to help with recovery. The United States supposedly picked it up also for their space program.

The red light therapy may have been developed by the US space program. There is no UV in the red light.

I think the Total Body Experience helps with bone density. I have osteopenia and I like to think it has been helping. The red light therapy I think helps with collagen.

Recently they received new exercise station equipment. Many of them are similar to what they replaced. One that has been replaced the person sat on a seat and rotated one direction and then rotated the other direction. I liked it. It basically was replaced by a station were you put your lower legs flat on a platform and rotate one direction then the other direction. I don't like it as much.

My husband, son and I went to tryout PF. We are not new to working out but clearly new to PF. We asked if we could use a free day pass to try it out, that location doesn’t do those so we paid 15 dollars.

We didn’t get a tour or anything. We didn’t even get a welcome to PF, the bathrooms are located here and here and the drinking fountain is located here. We didn’t even get a enjoy your workout, or do you have any questions.

We just got, fill out this form and that was it. We walked around searching for everything.

I have to admit it wasn’t very welcoming and made me and my family not want to go back.

Perception is a lot and my perception was not the best in regards to my visit today.

Ils ont fait une erreur et comme je ne parle pas encore très bien l'anglais, voyant que j'avais difficile de parler ils ne m'ont pas aidé a répondre à leur "interrogatoire de police" en parlant moins vite ou en FAISANT DES PHRASES COMPLETES!!!!!! The cancellation policy at this place is just RIDICULOUS. So I moved away and forgot to cancel my membership before I left. Called in to cancel and was told there's no way to cancel my membership without me coming in ?? NICE! I ended up paying for a long time without using their gym at all. Last week, I had a chance to go back to Lincoln to come in and cancel it. Turns out there's another clause in the policy saying you have to cancel 7 days before the payment date otherwise you will still be charged for the next billing cycle. All in all, they try SO HARD to take money from you even when you DON'T use the service at all. Stay away from this gym!

This is the last planet fitness off of I 80 before you get to Denver Colorado. Bathrooms are nice and large and the shower actually has a nice built-in shelf. You’d be surprised how many planet fitnesses I run into that do not have shelves in the bathroom.

This Planet Fitness is a nice place to workout and has a great culture. The staff is attentive and they always hi to me. I am giving three stars because the WiFi only works 10% of the time and Verizon only gets service on the very north side of the building which makes it hard for me to listen to music while I workout. Also, you can tell some of the machines have been used for years and they should be replaced.

Excellent atmosphere....very inclusive and unintimidating. I am a big lady and I felt none of those "pings" that tend to come with a new gym, new equipment, etc. The staff was super friendly and led me through my first time there, perfectly...answering all my questions almost before I even thought of them. My one "gripe" would be the showers...and there are some definite issues there (so much so that I left feeling like they were intentional...maybe to discourage showering on site?). The water pressure was barely a trickle, the water got cold after a ridiculously short time, and the floors (once wet by my water droplets) were terrifyingly slippery. The shower facilities are honestly the only reason my score is 4 stars instead of 5, but truly, it was such a drastic contrast to the perfect gym experience I had up to that point, that it needed said. Needless to say, the equipment, the staff, and the atmosphere are top notch and I signed on for a full membership.

My membership was cancelled without my permission after they accused me of allowing my friend in the tanning bed which I didn’t do… the only reason I can think of as to why they would think she was tanning instead of me is the fact that she is white and I am brown… after speaking to the manager about this situation he banned me because I was upset that his employees not only racially stereotyped me and her but then illegally signed my cancellation as a “curtesy” because they didn’t want to deal with me.
