My only regret is waiting so long to try PLNK! What started as a group bonding for my team turned into a new newfound obsession and love for lagree. I absolutely love these classes. I leave feeling so accomplished, challenged and strong. I am seeing great results already! All of the teachers here are great. My faves are Sunny, Tonya, Paige and Meghan. Appreciate that they are helpful to the beginner and to the most advanced. I love the music playlists, I love that they change up the lessons and have been meeting familiar faces every week and it’s such a great community!

A friend introduced me to PLNK and I’ve been hooked ever since. The Lagree classes are incredibly challenging but so rewarding — I always leave feeling stronger, accomplished, and motivated to come back. The instructors are amazing at pushing you while still being supportive, and every class feels different so it never gets boring. I love how much it pushes me both physically and mentally. I even signed up for the unlimited membership because I can’t get enough! If you’re looking for a workout that will transform you and keep you coming back for more, I highly recommend PLNK.

Wow - I love PLNK. These classes are very challenging and the instructors are welcoming, encouraging, and really know how to motivate their students! I always leave class with a sense of accomplishment and strangely energized - even though the workout is tough as nails! I was told to take a class with Liv and it did not disappoint so I did a drop in class, Liv was the instructor I did not want to be there or even know what I was doing but she was so sweet and informative yet extremely motivating while still multitasking the entire flow of the class she is truly so talented will be signing up because of her (after I become less sore)

Yes, everything you've heard is true! PLNK is a killer workout. While some shakes make me never want to come back and put my muscles through that again, I always do end up coming back. Targeting, strengthening, and fatiguing those small muscles is what makes me a better runner. I'm always able to run faster, stronger, and longer when I'm cross-training with lagree. Try it out! I betcha you won't regret it.

I switched to PLNK last year from another pilates studio that wasn't giving me the results I wanted. I needed something with cardio to help control my weight. PLNK nailed it! I have done over 100 classes and my body is ultra firm and I have tons of energy. Also, the studio is insanely clean (like my level of OCD clean). Bathrooms, reformers, everything! Staff and instructors are fantastic and always make sure you're doing the moves properly, which I very much appreciate.

PLNK is the workout I didn’t know I needed. I went anticipating I would try it and move on with my consistent at home workouts, but I am hooked. The workout is something you can’t recreate at home and I genuinely look forward to attending class and seeing my favorite instructors. The staff is friendly and provides corrections and modifications to accommodate everyone, and I can tell a difference in my tone and core strength. A great addition to any cross-training program. So glad I found PLNK OMA a year ago! Lagree is the most incredible full body workout! Using a megaformer, in positions where you’re barely moving, it’s low impact on your body but high impact on your muscles - which you’ll feel start to burn and shake as you hold each pose. Lauren, Kayla, Olivia, and Claire are some of my favorite instructors and great for first timers. They clearly explain each transition so you know the next position before you need to be in it. They’re also great at giving clear verbal cues on correcting your form and choose awesome playlists for class. Go check it out!

I LOVE the workout here. I even make an extra 40+ min commute round trip to go here since I moved to a different area. The workout is low impact but high intensity. It’s practically perfect. They have great discounts for some groups of people such as pre-wedding, post-baby, and students.

The problem is the no show and cancellation policies here.

You have a 12 hour cancellation policy and there is only forgiveness for even one cancellation for having life issues such as being sick if you email them and they accept it. You lose your workout session credit as well as have a $20 fee. The no show fee was changed without major notice too. They have a website, app, and when you book a session there is an email. On the bottom of the email there was a notice that the no show fee went from $15 to $20. It’s not marked on the app or the website, so it feels like a “gotcha” for customers who have been regulars. This should have been an email sent out to everyone.

Honestly, memberships should add benefits more than earlier access to class dates, 10% off purchases of their apparel, and discounted additional sessions. It doesn’t seem difficult to include some free late cancels and have a shorter cancellation time for the policy or one that incentivize any type of cancellation especially since when you cancel they keep your session credit, your $15/$20, and another person can use their session credit so they can make over double on one mega machine.

There needs to be some revamping of the cancellation and no show policies for members.

Working with their customer service was a pleasant experience and they did resolve my case.

I had the most flattering compliment the other day from my massage therapist of all people... they told me how strong and lean my back muscles have become! It was in that moment that I realized most of my neck and back pain had diminished over the past few months too. It sounds cliche but PLNK/Lagree Fitness is literally the best workout. As a former ballerina, I am telling you these past few months with PLNK have strengthened muscles and toned areas I did not think were possible anymore. If you're new to Lagree, do not get discouraged. We all had our first class and felt confused as hell too. Stick with it! It never gets easier, it just gets more familiar and you get so much stronger!

I was a lover of reformer pilates years ago. I saw an add that PLNK was making a new home in Omaha and was intrigued by the mega-reformer. Holy smokes this work out is no joke and quite possible some of the hardest I've done. The instructors are wonderful and each workout is unique in sequence and flow. The first workout I was shaking and sweating within the first minute. The next day I hurt in places I didn't know I had muscles. Give PLNK a try it's been a wonderful addition to my weekly workout routines.

I joined PLNK in October 2020 when they opened in Omaha. I was looking to switch up my fitness routine, and never having done a Lagree workout, I thought I’d try it out. I had no idea what I was in for but the instructors are fantastic about talking you through the different positions of each exercise before you transition. I do think it takes a couple of classes to really figure things out, but after that you’ll start to feel more comfortable. All of the instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and sincerely want you to enjoy the classes. I look forward to each class and am glad to be a PLNK member!
