We had the best workout of our life at pure barre Lincoln. Our instructor, Bob, took the time to explain how to engage our muscles correctly and it was a game changer! Unfortunately we don’t live in NE, otherwise we would be regulars! We live in Los Angeles, where there is a pretty vibrant fitness scene but honestly nothing has come close to this class. On top of it, everyone was kind and friendly.

I tried one free class and I loved it! Almost 6 months later I'm still loving it and going 4-5 times a week. The instructors are all great and super motivating. I thoroughly enjoy these classes, and as one who has taken multiple fitness classes I can say the workout, the instructors and the attendees are all inclusive, uplifting and wonderful! The atmosphere of the class is positive and the class is challenging but fun. The enthusiasm is also encouraging. I was reluctant about going- a friend talked me into it but now I love it! Been going for a few months- always feel great after I leave. And love the feeling the next day of a hard earned workout! Are there things I would change? It can get loud and also gets hot (no fans) but that could just be my age :). The teachers make up for that -they are great and encouraging. Thanks PB-LNK for a great workout option!

2 years ago I was diagnosed with Parkinsons at the age of 40. Parkinsons effects many things but one of my main symptoms is a tremor in my left arm and muscle spasticity in my left leg. This makes working out very hard and incredibly frustrating. A great friend introduced me to Pure Barre because of the small focused movements thinking this might work for me. I attended my first class and felt so welcomed. The staff worked with my limitations and I never felt frustrated. It was an emotional night because I had finally found a place that worked for me both physically and mentally. Thank you Pure Barre for giving me a safe place to focus on me.

I am so happy that I stumbled upon this Company! The quality of fitness classes is through the roof :) After each class I discover the muscles in my body that I had no idea they've existed! I absolutely love the studio and all the instructors. They are so encouraging. I was a bit hesitant about starting out. I had a 40 pound weight gain since having my son 8 months ago and am very out of shape. I've been coming for a month now and it's doing wonders for my body. I feel stronger and more energetic and every class is a great workout! Its never the same and it doesn't get boring! Highly, highly recommend it!

The workout is a great compliment to my other workouts (running, kickboxing, and weightlifting)! It targets my hamstrings, outer and inner thighs, and bum more than my other workouts. Plus, I continue to feel the burn and shake for quite awhile after the class, which really makes me feel like my body is changing. All the instructors are great, so there is not a disparity between classes. They are all tough! I highly recommend it!

I had taken Barre and pilates classes in NYC and loved them, so when Pure Barre opened I tried it out. I love Pure Barre Lincoln because of the whole body workout I get and because of how great I feel when I am finished! After seeing the Pure Barre Lincoln Facebook page and a free class for newbies, I became intrigued but thought I have no ballet experience so it's not for me, but thought I'll give it try anyway and am I happy I did. I started in February 2017 and became quickly addicted! I attend class 5-6 times a week and the classes are the same format but never the same workout! When they first tell you that you will see results around 10 classes if you attend 3-4 times a week, who would believe that. Not me! But that changed after I started seeing results around class #8! I am more toned and stronger than I have been since back in high school playing sports! If you want a great place to workout with great people and great staff try Pure Barre Lincoln! Plus you're first week is free, so nothing to lose!
