We came here with a recommendation from a friend. Our previous gymnastics facility wasn’t up to our standards for learning or teaching our daughter confidence building skills. After the first day she really enjoyed it and my wife and I were very impressed with the instructors. It was a lot more 1 on 1 which is what she has needed to teach her basic gymnastic skills for her age.

We had a birthday party for my 7 year old son at Solid Rock Gymnastics and wow it was so great! We really appreciated the ease of set up and clean up. We were able to bring in our own decorations, pizza and cookies for the kids. The staff was very friendly and explained the timeline of the party. The staff member with us during our party helped maintain a safe environment while having so much fun! The kids all really had a blast and there is plenty to do for all 20 kids. I would highly recommend Solid Rock as a birthday party venue for kids of all ages. Thank you for such a great party, he is already asking to have his party next year there as well!

I really love the environment here. Feels safe and supportive for my little girls (3 and 7).
Coach AVA is my 7 year olds coach and gives her absolute ALL! She runs from girl to girl and gives incredible attention to all of them! Every other staff member has been great as well, just have to give AVA a shout out! The girls who coach my 3 year old are so patient as well! All around nothing but good to say! Great communication from the coaches means a lot!!!!

We had my daughter's 5th birthday party this past weekend at Solid Rock! Everything was awesome! I brought in the decorations and treats and they had everything else done. Tables and chairs were set up. We had a great space to sit, open gifts and then play. The staff member was great as well and super patient with the kids!

10/10! We started here a month ago and have been impressed from the start. Izzy is always very helpful and responsive. It was very easy and comfortable to get started. All of the coaches have seemed great! They have fun while always pushing the kids to focus and better themselves. Most importantly, my daughter loves it and is progressing so quickly. 🤸🏼

A great facility for birthday parties. The division between the party room and the gym are great for older relatives that don't like the loud noises of children. SRG has been such a great fit for our 7 year old gymnast. We came to SRG from another gym and her skills have advanced so much in the six months she’s been there. The instructors are great and the communication regarding progress is very straightforward and open and put right in the portal for you to look at. It’s been an excellent experience and our gymnast loves it there.

We have been coming to Solid Rock for 3 years now and definitely don't think we will stop anytime soon. The coaches do amazing making sure my child is learning the appropriate skills to be at successful gymnastics if they choose this path... The owner is personable and nice to chat with when you can catch her! The office manager is amazing as well and always makes sure we have what we need and communicates with us very well.

We love SRG! My daughter started in a rec class then progressed to pre team and then team. She has really loved all of her coaches and teammates. It really feels like a family. I love it because your gymnast's wellbeing and safety are their number one priority. We have tried other gyms. I would recommend this gym over any other in area because of the small class size and one on one attention.

This facility is one of the best in Lincoln. It’s clean and well-run. Staff are friendly and answered all of our questions relating to the birthday party we held there for our son’s 5th birthday. They were accommodating in the scheduling process and when we arrived, had tables set to and ready to go with table covers. They helped facilitate the party by keeping things in schedule, offering suggestions, and actively supervising activities. The kids loved the zip line, and our son loved the culmination of the party when his friends all tossed the foam blocks into the air as our son flew down the line into the pit! Highly recommended!

Jessica Andrewson has many years of experience with training gymnasts. She is very concerned that the youth in her care do the right things and don't cause injury due to bad technique and overuse. Not only are the instructors great, but they also take the time to write personalized letters to each student monthly. My kids get so excited to receive their postcard in the mail! Amazing staff and facility!

I moved to Nebraska recently from the Chicagoland area, and have a 16 year background in gymnastics. I came upon Solid Rock whilst searching for a gymnastics gym for my daughter, though she won't start for some time. I then started working for Solid Rock and in the short time I've been here I've learned so much. The owner has an extensive background in gymnastics and is extremely passionate. The programs are organized and small, so each child receives adequate attention. Students class enrollments are adjusted to their skill level and Solid Rock strives to give each child exactly what they need. I'm really impressed with the program and am proud to work for such a top notch facility.

We have been a part of the Solid Rock family for the past 8 years. Our children have fun while learning the sport. I'm writing this as a former gymnast and current employee. I started at solid rock when I was 2 and since day one I've been loved and respected by the entire SRG family. I love the encouraging and positive environment and this gym has changed my life. One of the coaching aspects of this particular gym that I love is we meet you where you want your child to go. If they want to be fit and have fun, it's a relaxed and friendly environment. If they want to compete and be pushed we have a great team program. I would think twice before sending your child to this facility especially if they have any physical limitation or disability! I wouldn't want any other child to have an experience like my child had -

My son attended a birthday party this past weekend at this facility. I'm writing this review due to the horrible experience he had to go through and how heartbroken and disappointed I am that a facility like is for children would treat a child with a disability so poorly. While at the party, during the time when the children use the trampoline, the lady supervising said to the mom of the birthday child that my son needed to remove his socks. The mom tried to explain to the lady supervising my son's situation and why he needed to keep the one with the brace on. My son has cerebral palsy. He is very high functioning but does require a soft athletic brace for extra support. The lady still would not let my child use the trampoline with out removing his socks. So the mom took my child's socks off and put his brace back on him, he was then allowed to use the trampoline with his friends. I can't understand how the brace is okay but not the sock? But due to wearing the brace with out the sock he now has a rash that bothers him and will take a very long time to go away. The supervising lady was very rude during this exchange. The lady supervising also said that if my child has to wear something like that he shouldn't be there. What??? Why not?? I signed the waiver, my child might have a disability but if I say he is physically able to participate, then he should be entitled to the same opportunities as any other child free of discriminating comments. The birthday brochure states: "We can't promise to wear them out but we can guarantee they'll have a GREAT TIME". The guarantee is false advertising. My son did not have a GREAT TIME he had a VERY BAD TIME, he was embarrassed and belittled. He is a good kid that just wanted to have fun with his friends at a birthday party and as his mom I just want him to be treated in a fair way. When I talked to my son about his experience his take away was that the supervising lady was mean. I am at least thankful he can understand an adult should not treat anyone let alone a child that way. I will never send my kids to Solid Rock Gymnastics, Inc. for any reason ever again. I won't do business with anyone that would leave out any child due to a disability or physical limitation!! If I felt my child would injure himself there, I would not have let him go. It was a birthday party not a gymnastics competition!

Good place for your little gymnast of any age. Used to go there but not anymore. Did have a couple of birthday parties here that were fun a couple years back. The gym is fairly nice but sometimes can get crowded and a little smelly. The price is a little high for my taste but good if your child loves gymnastics. The class that my daughter took a few years when she was about 10-11, was almost 2 hours from 7-8:45! I think that's a little long for I think that's a little long for a 10-11 year old especially on a school night. I guess that may explain the price but still.... If your child loves gymnastics and does competitive or just loves the concept of it all, then this is the place for you. If your child likes to tumblr more, maybe a different would be better.
