Where do I even start? This place is beyond amazing for so many different reasons. My son and myself have grown so much in just the short time we have been at the gym because of the knowledge and dedication all the coaches have. It does not matter if you have never stepped foot on a mat or if you compete they will have a class that fits what you are looking for. Whether you are an adult or have kids looking to get involved this is the perfect place.

Great gym and great staff. James the coach/ part owner is extremely professional and has a lot of knowledge. He's a great coach. They take their time up there to make sure you're understanding everything they teach you. I definitely would recommend this Gym to anyone who would like to better themselves physically and mentally all while enjoying a family atmosphere.
