I have participated in a few classes and events at Yoga Now. I love that they have so many ways to support the community including a meditation every month. The classes are unique and gentle and I look forward to attending some of the teacher trainings in the future.

Hello lovlies! I took yoga teacher training in 2024-2025. The experience was life changing. The owner, Susi and the teachers and mentors all amplify love and acceptance. They hold space lovingly in their classes. The studio itself is so comfy and the energy is welcoming. I highly recomment checking out their classes and events they have monthly.

✨ Yoga Now is so much more than a studio, it’s a sanctuary. For over 10 years, it’s been the place I come home to myself. The energy inside those walls is sacred, grounded in deep tradition, lineage, and love. Every class holds space for both stillness and transformation, and every teacher honors yoga as the living, breathing practice that it is.
Going through teacher training here and continuing to study, especially under Susi, has been nothing short of life-changing. I’ve learned to truly trust myself, to rewire my nervous system, and to expand my capacity to hold presence for myself, for those I love, and for others.
There is something intangible yet profoundly beautiful about Yoga Now and the community that’s been created here. It’s a place where I feel seen, accepted, and completely at peace. This is, and always will be, the space I return to — again and again — to be on my mat, breathe deeply, and remember who I am. 🕉️💛

Yoga classes focused on relaxation, breathing, Ayurveda, and meditation. Susi Amendola opened Yoga Now in 1983, so it’s the longest running yoga center in Nebraska. Susi is amazing and the center feels so comfortable and relaxing.

I highly recommend Yoga Now on Maple Street in Omaha. The founder and Director of Yoga Now , Susie Amendola, is the real deal. She will gently guide you on your path. Her teachers and the staff are so supportive. I have been attending yoga classes since the early 90s and have just completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training. It is a truly beautiful experience. Be kind to yourself and check out Yoga Now you will not be disappointed.

I can't even begin to tell you just how amazing this place is! It feels like home to me and everyone is so kind and inviting. I'm just about to finish up yoga teacher training and I can't wait to see where I go from here! I love the many classes that are offered as well as the knowledge I've gained from the teacher training. The instructors are all so inclusive and always remind everyone that each class is to be made your own and to do what feels right to each individual in their own bodies. It's gentle or challenging and it's up to you! Highly recommend, I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Love, love, love the atmosphere. The instructors are all so kind and caring. This is the place to learn all about the yoga tradition - not only the postures in a very comfortable setting. Thank you, Yoga Now!

Yoga Now is a genuine treasure! The classes are taught by phenomenal teachers with immense experience, skill, heart and knowledge.
In addition, Yoga Now has a trauma-informed, medical dimension that most studios do not. That’s nice for those of us not young, fit and Insta-appearance focused.
After a hip replacement surgery, i quit yoga but through the Teacher Training “Yoga through the Seasons” I’m slowly gathering my confidence again to move and relearn how to listen to my body with respect and gratitude.
What a gem! And right in Benson neighborhood! Thank you Susi, Taylor and Missy!

I have been going to Yoga Now for years. It is such a caring, calming and peaceful atmosphere from the space to the staff. I most recently went though their teaching training program. Every part of the Yoga Now program was comprehensive and well put together for students, mentors, and teachers to expand and grow with one another. Coming here continues to be a beautiful experience and I am deeply grateful for it.

Yoga Now is an amazing place for self care. I have attended several different sessions and have found healing in every one. One time it was a safe place to give my thoughts a rest. Another time I was able to open my heart and mind. Every time I feel safe and confident that the instructor will have my best interest in mind. Thank you for being so great Yoga Now instructors.

Friendly instructors, very knowledgeable, both starter classes and challenging, neighborhood involvement, clean colorful space that is very relaxing, finally - reasonable prices. I recommended it to my sister even though she is whole state away. There is no judgement for skill level or ability. Mantra do what you can. Don’t do if it is painful.

Where do I even begin ... This studio has helped me grow and heal in so many ways! I am so grateful for the welcoming and inclusive nature they show to each and every student that walks through their door. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this amazing space and the teachers that are a part of it set a wonderful tone for you to take time to go inward and really connect with yourself while connecting with the community at the same time! I would highly recommend this studio and am forever grateful for this safe space!

I love everything about this studio. So much so, that I volunteer my time at the studio as a karma yogi. The teachers and classes are amazing! I went through yoga teacher training in 2012-13 and it reshaped so many aspects of my life for the better, health being the big one. Additionally, I love being able to dive into more education opportunities that the studio offers, such as learning about the yoga sutras or Ayurveda.

Welcoming instructors and soothing atmosphere. Very clean and nice-looking studios. They provide you with all you need to practice. This place has become one of my favorites. Community classes by donation are worth the price of a drop-in class. Very highly recommended!
