This location is decent and the owner(s) seem nice, however they often close for week(s) at a time despite advertising 24/7 access. The equipment is dated and bathrooms could use regular cleaning but all in all its not a bad gym, just no communicationt to club members for random closings.

Due to the random closings, I would not recommend personal training at this location. What good is it to pay in advance only to never utilize the services? Decent gym, decent area, but due to on-going issues, I would not recommend.

As another reviewer mentioned, they seem to fully lock the gym outside staffed hours so scanning the pass won't open the door. That despite having a 24h sign in the window and all lights and tv opened.
Edit: this location has not opened in at least a week day or night all lights/music/tv are on but nobody's there no one opening it.

Anytime Fitness Desert Inn is an excellent gym that’s both convenient and comfortable. Parking is a breeze, with ample spaces available, making it hassle-free to get in and out. I PAID 302 DOLLARS AND THEY DONT LET ME IN. Don’t get this gym. I think they just robbed me, I will wait till tomorrow to see if I can get my money back or at least get inside the gym. They said they would let me in and they left me outside. So far it’s been a bad experience.

Last week I called to put a freeze in my membership. I haven’t been going to this location but my membership is still located at it. They said it would be for the 3rd…just tried going to the gym and it was already frozen. So now I’m at EOS having paid $20 for a day pass.

Worked out at this location for the first time today. Bill and Mario were very welcoming and we had a great conversation with them.

As for the gym itself, I absolutely loved the open layout. Has all the necessary equipment - multiple squat racks, deadlift platforms with bumper plates, multiple racks of dumbbells, kettlebells and a large turf area.

Gym was clean and smelled great, despite what other reviews said. It was a beautiful day out today and the back door was propped open to let in a nice breeze.

I have been to several other Anytime Fitness locations around the Las Vegas (some good, some bad) and I would put this one up there at the top. I would definitely make this my go to gym if I lived on this side of town.

Thanks again to Bill, Mario and the rest of the staff for a great experience! They're doing great things here! Only suggestion I would make is to provide chalk - would've helped my grip during my deadlifts today.

Extremely Disappointed with Lack of Responsiveness. I have been a member of Anytime Fitness since 2018 and absolutely love it but don’t need a membership anymore. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION, you will be doing yourself a favor.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the lack of initiative and responsiveness demonstrated by Anytime Fitness. I have been attempting to cancel my membership for quite some time now since March, but the gym’s unresponsiveness and failure to answer phone calls have left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their service.

First and foremost, the lack of communication from the gym is utterly frustrating. I have called multiple times to cancel my membership as per their instructions, but each time I am greeted with an automated message or an unanswered phone, or someone saying they will pass the info to the manager to get it handled. It is incredibly disheartening to be met with silence when attempting to resolve an issue. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and promptness, which is regrettably absent in this situation.

Moreover, the gym’s failure to keep its promised commitment to address my cancellation request is inexcusable. During my previous calls, I was assured that my membership cancellation would be taken care of promptly. However, several weeks and months have passed,
With several calls and a lot of runarounds and there has been no progress in resolving the matter. This lack of follow-through is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the gym’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

The absence of a reliable customer service hotline and the gym’s inability to remain open during regular hours further compound the problem. It is essential for a business to be accessible to its customers, especially when it comes to managing membership issues. Unfortunately, Anytime Fitness appears to lack the necessary infrastructure and dedication to fulfill such basic expectations.

The equipment in the gym is 4/5. There are some decisions that are incredibly questionable, particularly by the deadlift platforms. The plastic step used to fill the gap between the rack is a safety risk.

Most of the members are friendly or mind their own business, but there are a few who will do everything to disrupt you or annoy you. I stopped coming because every night at 8pm, there is someone who screams at the top of their lungs just to barely lift any weight properly and to slam the equipment. The management does not seem to care that many other members are annoyed by his behavior or that their equipment is being abused and may eventually be broken by his behavior.

I’ve been going to this gym almost every day for the last four or so years and have been an AF member for about 6-7 years. It’s spacious, rarely crowded, and has fantastic equipment. Worth the price!

Me and my husband were trying to find a place to work out when I stated to her we're looking for a fitness studio she got very nasty Joy was her name and basically didn't give me any information and was asking if I was trying to hold classes? Wanted to try this gym out signed up online for the trial and received an email to reach out and set up an appointment. Called literally 5-6 times during “staffed hours” and even went to the gym to try and set up in person and no one answered the door during “staffed hours” shame I just moved to this part of town but I guess I’ll stick with my gym a little further away.

I stayed on vegas strip for my 5th time this past week, but 1st time during covid. The fitness rooms in casinos are strict with masks (yet let you roam without one if your on casino floor giving them your $$.. hypocrites) i believe in masks and was fine with it in casinos but being a big runner I can't run with a mask and doubt they're protecting well anyways, so this anytime fitness like other reviewers said is usually not crowded and you don't have to wear a mask. I was in at 9pm the past few days only a couple in there and I felt safe as the place is clean and nice. Much better than the anytime fitness on Windmill (south of strip) that I tried the first time.

If you want to join Anytime Fitness I recommend joining this location as its simply the best. I’ve been to dozens of Anytime Fitness locations and I’ve never had a bad experience here.

The staff is always super friendly. I usually deal with Sierra and she’s a sweetheart. The gym is squeaky clean and they have all the equipment you need for a good work out.

Unfortunately I’ve moved farther away from this gym and have had to visit other locations that are far from ideal. This Anytime Fitness location is where it’s at.

Great gym for #vanlife #snowbirds. Parked here two nights and climbed at Red Rocks during the day. The gym staff were friendly, the WiFi was fast and the facilities we're clean. Showers we're closed due to covid. Would recommend and hope to return.

I cannot go to this gym any longer because 75% of people don't wear masks over their faces. Even while the manager is there, most of the trainers do not wear masks. The manager conveniently looks the other way, and the trainers set a very poor example. This gym is not safe. Also, if you are allergic to dogs, watch out for the emotional support animal that will lick you when you walk by.

The only thing good about this gym is that the equipment is new ! The staff would rather sit in their offices and play on their cellphones than greet or in gage with the members ! I was a member for 6 months there and the lead trainer NEVER said, “Good morning, Hello or How are Your workouts going”, NOT ONCE ! I also watched the lead trainer give a workout to a 70yr old man to the point the member threw up and he looked to be in distress and afterwards the trainer was laughing about it, it was totally UNPROFESSIONAL ! In the 6 months that I was a member they Overcharged me 4 out 6 months ! I’ve seen many people not using the equipment properly and the trainer just walks by without offering any help or advice ! If I could give a negative star rating, I would ! I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE !

Haven't been coming too long but I enjoy coming to this gym. Every time I've come in there's around 5 people at the most working out. I don't have to wait for any machines or equipment. The last few times it's felt like my own personal gym with only 2 other people there and away from me. The staff is friendly and the equipment is new and it's clean inside. The only thing I don't like is the lack of some equipment that I like to use. Oh and the music. I don't like using headphones so the music kills me. Other than that, compared to what other gyms charge, this place works for me. I can get in and out without having to waste time waiting for anything.

This is actually a really nice gym! Everything in here is super clean. Looks like all brand new equipment. The staff here is all cool and very friendly. I met Steve and he was very professional. This location has lots of free weights, squat rack, treadmills, and the stepper machines. There wasn’t very many people in here which is perfect. Not like the other gyms around town! I high recommended this gym!

Very clean and safe location, located in the west side on Desert Inn. I love how members need to use their key fob to come in and that there are cameras and sensors to make sure that people aren't sneaking in and tailgating. It makes me feel very safe.

This is one of the smaller gyms I've been to, but it's extremely clean and the staff is great! Tania is my fitness instructor, and she has a pretty flexible schedule. One thing I love about this place is how the staff doesn't pressure me into anything and are always helpful!
