I've been coming to this gym for many years now. Matter of fact I have been using anytime fitness or quite some time. I even traveled through the United States and a couple locations outside of America. But this is hands down probably one of the greatest locations that I've been to. Not just because of its convenience and location. But simply because of the people who run it. Andrew and Bethany pointer are by far one of the generous,kind-hearted,loving,caring people that I have ever met. They are anything but selfish. Not only are they great people but they are great business owners and it shows with their gym. This place is immaculate and top-notch and always up to date. They are willing to bend over backwards for each and every single one of their club members. They keep this club up to date and clean at all times. They always start the refrigerators and the shelves with product. They have great trainers. They also have great admin personal.

I took this photo at around 4:50. I wanted to check out this gym and used credits from ClassPass to book time for an advertised open gym that was supposed to run from 3:30- 5:30. I was a bit frustrated seeing this sign and that the guest entrance was locked when I arrived to this location at 4:30. But I understand that employees need to take breaks so I waited in my car until 4:46, then waited at the door until 4:53, calling twice with no answer. Again, I understand that employees need to take their lunches. However, they should not be selling/ advertising time online when guests can try out this gym, if there is no way for a guest to come in. Then to ignore calls and fail to unlock the guest entrance once the lunch time was over is just really unprofessional and disappointing. A member who was leaving mentioned that something similar had happened the first time they came to visit this gym. Judging from reviews I was considering making this my regular gym, but I will not be giving them my business now.

I come to this gym to change it up. The recent remodel ruined it! The staff here consistently gathers in the small room. I've never seen them outside encouraging others, reaching them. They don't acknowledge members that have made positive results UNLESS it's their program. Gyms are for fit families to encourage and support each other a place of empowerment and improvement.... The staff should represent that to the fullest.

I love the Anytime Fitness chain, and this location is closest to me but definitely not my home gym

OWNER, Bethany, is filled with so much integrity!!

There was a sketchy situation that occured in the beginning of the year. Another Gym, in another state increased my monthly without giving me notice. When I went to speak with gym owner, he claimed that it's part of his gym policy because the location of gym (expensive area). I asked him for the agreement, He couldn't provide. I told him he couldn't do that, he reassured it was about of HIS business model... Long story short... When I told my situation to Bethany, she was very empathetic and receptive, she reassured that, that wasn't how Anytime Fitness does business. She helped clear the situation from account. THANK YOU!!

The amount of gratitude I have towards her kindness is one I won't forget. Not only is this gym: clean, welcoming, in a great location, updated equipment, but has an owner that cares for her members?? Come on, what more can a member ask for! I will absolutely recommend Anytime Longley to anyone! Thanks again, Bethany, for your integrity and ethical business practice!

This is an incredible facility. Well run, staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been going to this location since moving to Reno/ Sparks fall of 2022. It's clean , offers a diverse array of both equipment and services for training options and more, and staff is amazingly available and responsive. Staff, especially Bethany, always go out of their way to assist their members! Laid back and relaxed atmosphere and good natured members make this a great , fun, and supportive environment to work out !

This company will try to send you to collections after you spend an hour in their building trying to cxl and then not processing the cxl so you can get billed. This place is extremely scammy. DO NOT SIGN UP go to fitness connection or something. Better gear and without the non ethical business practices

I really like this Anytime fitness location. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. I have been coming here for many years now and I really enjoy the benefits of having an anytime fitness membership. This specific location is pretty good. I had never really had any problems with payments. So if that is your worry this location specific I have never had issues with payments. I would highly recommend checking them out.

This is a small gym but it has everything you need and they keep everything clean! I love that they have lots of cleaning stations and that I see the staff regularly cleaning. I also like the assessment machine that gives you information about your body fat percentage. Parking is super convenient and the staff members are all super nice!

I recently move to San Diego and did not renew my Anytime Fitness membership because the Anytime Fitness gyms in SD are not as good as this one. Definitely miss this gym and wish all Anytime’s were run as well as this one is.

New member here! Love it for the convenience of location, it’s never too busy when I’ve gone, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I mostly go at night but I feel like the app is accurate with how many people are at the gym if you’re concerned with waiting for machines. Always very clean even in the evening when staff members aren’t around.

I been going for 6 months so far, the place is great, looks clean, the employees are helpful, the price is worthy if you are committed, but I really like it for 2 things
- many locations, so you don’t have the distance excuse 😅

Getting out of work late was a problem, I also work Sunday, most gyms open late or don’t open at all, which is a waste.

They have other things that honestly I haven’t taken advantage of, but overall a great experience 👌

I'm a FULLTIME TRAVELER. Every week I am in a new Anytime or Planet Fitness. I have seen amazing ones and nasty ones.
Some people wrote this gym is "small" and honestly there are smaller out there.
This is a cute little gym. It has actually everything you need to perform a full workout . From weights to cardio machines you find all you need.
It is also well organized and clean and I like the fact that I don't have to waste time walking miles to get the weights or start my cardio.
It is not the "price of a membership "... it is what a gym can do FOR YOU.

5 stars. Been incredibly accomodating with the pandemic, even stopping payments when told to shut down last year, so I'm told. Plenty of weights for such a small space. A good amount of cardio equipment and plent of space to stretch and work bodyweight. Can't comment on much else, as I'm in there way too early for classes and they've shut down classes since the pandemic began. Nice big sign right in the way of foot traffic stating mask requirements, and has been there since I signed up in January. Only thing missing imo is a rock wall, but they have the endless ladder so it's about the same.

I fulfilled the terms of my contract and asked to cancel my membership for a few months while I traveled. The whole process was terrible, they are like parasites. Finally they said I could cancel if I printed a form, filled it out, and returned it to the club which I did. A year later I have a collection on my account from them. I had paid for all months committed in my contract and abided by their terms for canceling my account....truly a terrible experience.
