The gym is great. Fantastic staff, lay out, equipment etc. However the Wi-Fi has been very poor quality for about a month now. I can see a day or two maybe even a week if provider backed up but a month of raw dogging the treadmill is brutal & very unpleasant. And the constant trying to connect getting signal to only have it cut out is super frustrating and not good for mood or work which is what I do on the treadmill. Unfortunately I will have drive to another location due to unreliable Wi-Fi. Would be five star review if they had good Wi-Fi. Everyone pays there membership fees and having reliable WiFi is a critical part of the gym / human experience in 2025/26

Been coming to this gym for over a year it’s really convenient for those in South Reno — Great value for the price with a very wide selection of equipment. Awesome friendly owner and staff! Perfect for casual fitness or for folks who are very serious about building up their body.

I would like to start out my review with the fact that the gym was nice always cleaned and they had a fair amount of gym equipment. The reason for such a low score is the management at this establishment. I went in today with my brother we both have memberships at the gym as well as our step dad. When going in my brother relaized that he had forgotten his key so I just gave him mine. I understand that I should not have done that and I take full acountability for that action. Beyond entering we were mid work out when a guy came up to us and asked if I had slipped him the key which I took full responsibility for. He said to follow us to his office which we complied to. The whole way lecturing us about the key which we had aknowledeged multiple times that it was wrong and there were better ways to fix the problem. After arriving to his office he looked at my gym picture where I had black hair and rudley remarked that "it doesn't really look like you" have dyed my hair since then. He grilled me for 5 minutes about looking my brother up in the system and if when he did he would actually be their which I replied multiple times that he would or at least he should be there as we are paying 50 dollars a month for him. While he was looking him up I was nervously laughing as he was just grilling me for "the truth" he said "what it seems like you have something you'd like to tell me." I told him that I just laugh when I am nervous to which he said nothing. While looking up my brother he kept talking about how we can't pass the key to the point that my brother said that he understood the rules and we both were well aware of his point. He did the bare minimum to find my brothers account and in the end "couldn't". Which is concering since we are paying monthly for a membership and also concerning considering if he can't find it that means the gym has lost a minors PII which is a serious issue. The only time he was not being passive agressive is when he was on the phone with our parent who then said that he was shutting down all our memberships in which he replied oh theres no need for that. I think that the situation was handled poorly especially his attitude toward minors which was manipulative and passive agressive and his switch when he realized the loss of three customers. Keep in mind we had literally came in a month earlier as my brother had lost his key and they were easily able to find him in the system. So either they have lost a MINORS PII or he was not willing to actually put in the work to find him in the system. Not to mention this is the guy who literally signed us all up for the gym when we first started coming. Needless to say we are definetly switching gyms.

My wife and I have been going here for over 4 years. We love the facility and staff. People who come here are very polite and friendly. It is a very clean and machines in good condition.

I love this gym and the staff is extremely friendly. They have tons of space with new and very clean equipment. Plenty of full cage squat racks and free weights. It also has a beautifully hand painted mural by a local artist. How could you not love this place?

This club is trash. Nice facilities but garbage management. I've been an anytime member for 5 years, soon as I moved out this way they jacked up my prices w out discussing with me. After I told them I'd like to cancel my membership, they said they refund me, still have not gotten a refund and they charged me for another month! WILD! Trash customer service and management. For $50 a month you can get a much nicer gym experience elsewhere. Sad to see my time w anytime come to an end w such tasteless attitude toward their customers.

Great place to work out. I have been going here for the last year and have found the following to be true. The trainers seem to be knowledgeable, caring, and encouraging with their clients. They work with all levels of clients. Seniors, individuals with specific needs, and others who seem(to me) in good shape. Most of the customers here are friendly and willing to answers questions. The equipment is clean and in good repair. A good variety of weights, machines, and treadmills. Bathrooms and showers are clean and in good repair. There is even sanitizing wipes located strategically throughout the workout area. If you have set goals in 2023 for better health, this is the place to be.

With a newly remodeled gym and friendly staff and members, working out has never been so fun, rewarding, and the right amount of challenging! Working out with my trainer, Heidi, is the highlight of my week! My strength goals and safety are priority number 1 every session, and I can see and feel the results.
Family and friends have given me compliments on how I've improved since I started seeing Heidi. (I can do SIX pull-ups, compared to the zero I started with!)

This truly is a gym for everybody, no matter age or athleticism! All the staff are helpful and kind, and there's a wide range of machines, weights, and tools to give you whatever workout you wish. It's right off Mount Rose highway, and there's ample parking for everybody. Best gym I've ever been to by far, I've learned and improved so much.

My wife and I have been members of Anytime-Galena for almost five years. We love the local atmosphere of the gym and appreciate the priority that Heidi and her Staff give to cleanliness and organization. We feel completely comfortable and enjoy working out there. The variety of cardio machines and other equipment gives us a lot of options to choose the level of our workouts. We also do personal training sessions and are so happy with results we have achieved. We look forward to working out in the newly renovated gym soon.

If you are looking for a spacious gym where people mind their business, this is a place.

But if you want to start a fitness journey and don’t know where to start or need a trainer or any other supportive aspect or you are unsure, this isn’t the place for you. There is more focus on getting you to sign for membership than helping you start and commit yourself to a fitness lifestyle, a typical commercial gym.
I took my business somewhere.

The good, a lot of space, very clean.

The bad, weights and other equipment is scattered all over the place, whoever is doing it, should certainly not be part of the gym. Given how much space there is, it is lacking in machines, too much focus on cardio. I’ve seen anytime fitness gyms that are half as big with more equipment, and certainly had a well organized equipment and its accessories.

This gym is not complying with the governer’s indoor mask mandate & the Washoe County Health guidelines & based on CDC recommendations for the increased spread of the Delta variant. Extremely irresponsible community behavior. Claim to be health conscious but not so! The staff person I spoke to was dismissive of this health concern for its membership.

Honestly, I love this gym! Everyone else there has been nice, or simply minds their own business. All the equipment is clean, and always works, have some decent music playing most of the time. They always have all the equipment I need for my challenge and workout routines. The staff are all very kind, and considerate. Heidi is always ready to greet and chat with everyone, and seems to truly know everyone enough to remember their names!

Overall a nice location. Large cardio area & large stretch/calisthenics area as well. A little lacking on weight machines, but that’s not a big deal if you know how to use free weights. I haven’t seen it overly busy.

Very few people are wearing masks while working out. I have seen them wearing a mask while coming in and going out of the gym, but immediately taking it off for their workout. I brought this observation to the managements attention , but she said that there was nothing she could do about it. The mask mandate is still the law, and she should be reminding people to wear them!!!! I will not be going back there until it is safe to do so!!!!!

Was at this location 3/23. Cautiously opening the closed classroom door to enter, I saw a woman on a bike out in the middle of the room. She told me to close the door & asked if I knew she worked there, as if this was a good reason for the door to be closed, shutting others out. Once she started huffing & puffing very loudly, I was glad to be out of there!

I absolutely LOVE this gym!! It is never crowded and the staff is super friendly! The manager goes out of her to way to make you feel welcome & at the same time does not pressure you to sign up. This place is open 24 hours the staff is very friendly here they have cubicles to put your clothes in they have all new equipment and exercise room legwork and tea and for TV screens 24 hour camera monitoring

Staff is friendly, gym is clean. Very small and very little equipment. They have decent cardio -- the usual options. But the strength training equipment they have is not for smaller people -- not many machines (Cybex, etc.), mostly free weights. This is difficult for weaker people who have to remove 45lb plates from the leg press and load their own, or for small people or women to try to use some of the too-wide shoulder press free weight machines.
Totally missing any sort of calf-raise machine or stand (???) and missing many other typical training equipment found in gyms.
One entire room is left empty as they have discontinued their classes (all of them) -- maybe that will change in the future. If not, highly recommend they get some more equipment in there.
