Spa’s jacuzzis are as pictured, very plain and nothing special. Room had only 2 loungers. On a busy Saturday, the waiting room did not have enough chairs either with guests having to stand while they waited for their appointments. Wonderful assortment of teas and snacks. Good blend of Eucalyptus oil with steam to not be overpowering.

Amazing. Could not recommend enough. We had the couples massage with added services and it did not disappoint. Mandy was an excellent masseuse!! Would 100% return. The only thing is that they kept one door propped open to the women’s room upon return from the massage which made me feel uncomfortable because people were in and out consistently and women were also changing in the locker room. I think the door should remain closed.

I recently visited the Bellagio Spa for a prenatal massage and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I had spent about 20 minutes waiting in line to confirm the details of my scheduled prenatal massage, specifically asking whether they would use the special prenatal pillow with a hollow for the tummy, which I had been assured twice would be provided. The pillow was a deal-breaker for me because I don’t find side-lying massages effective in relieving tension, especially in my neck and shoulders.
I made it clear that I rely on proper pressure release through simultaneous massage from both sides of the back to ease the tension. When massage is done only on one side, the other side gets squeezed, which is not only uncomfortable but counterproductive. So, I was extremely disappointed when I arrived for my massage and discovered there was no special pillow after all.
To make matters worse, I was promised that the manager would come to speak with me about the issue, but no one ever arrived. It’s frustrating when you’re promised a certain experience and it doesn’t meet expectations, especially when you’ve communicated your needs clearly. I left feeling dissatisfied and let down by the lack of follow-through on their part. I was hoping for a relaxing and effective experience, but sadly, it fell short.
For the price and the reputation of Bellagio, I expected much better communication and service.

Do you go to the gym? THIS spa is like the gym. The jacuzzies are so loud you have people yelling to talk. You go and wait in the "Zen" room just to be over powered by the blow dryers and people talking in the bathroom-when it is your turn for a service-they yell your name out and you walk with 7 other people about .1 miles away and wait! You get a service for 80min but they come 10min late! My facial and massage were not even mid!! DO NOT COME TO THIS SPA!!! Worst $2k I dropped anywhere!!! The carpet is old and it is just so loud! NO ZEN for you!! I should of asked for my money back!! THIS IS NOT a SPA-this is a gym atmosphere!!

The spa space was lovely and well appointed. (5) I had a great facial and scrub my second day there, I did forget her name unfortunately. (4)

My boyfriend and I had a couple massage and my therapist spent more time explaining add ones than asking me what I needed during the massage we paid a luxury price for. I was asked what type experience I was looking for "muscle relief or relaxation?" I answered relaxation and mentioned 2 areas I have issues with. The massage continued with zero check inside in pressure and I was so stressed out listening to my boyfriend's therapist ask him about pressure and relief while I sat their basically being wiggled. I spoke up regarding pressure and the massage somewhat improved.

I was not given a full body massage in 100 minutes. My back and hips were completely bypassed. There was no close to the service. I only knew it was over hearing the other therapist kindly guiding him through sitting up and where his clothing was.

On the walk back, my therapist CORRECTED ME on how I SHOULD have understood her. Zero effort in communication. This is a given in the most basic massage environments. To think we paid for a relaxing luxury experience and I'm being spoken to like an idiot for the very long way back was insult added to a neglect in station as a provider for care and nurturing. My boyfriend's therapist was lovely though. (2)

The receptionists are super friendly and it’s nice to have an amenity only for women so we can be “free” to not wear clothes. But I expected more for the procedures. I asked for a hydrafacial e she ended up just doing a quickly not deep facial focusing on massage and I asked for brows wax but when I noticed she didn’t clean it all ($35 for it). For the price it was not a good service.

While this is not one of those spas that I would want to spend the whole day, it is a wonderful spa to get treatments and relax. Within the women’s locker area, there are a few chairs for lounging but if you want a larger area, you can enter the coed section find a much larger lounge area.

They have several small plunge pools, a steam room and sauna, a snack bar that featured yummy mushroom tea and pastries, plenty of small bottled water as well as a still and sparkling water dispenser.

One amenity is really love about this spa is when it comes to getting ready after your services. They provide a host of hygiene and beauty products and accessories. Basically anything you would need: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, skin moisturizer, SPF 15 lotion, disposable combs and brushes, hair gel, hairspray, deodorant, mouthwash, etc. Really anything you need to get ready for the next phase of your day or night.

I had a detox wrap and it was lovely. I added a collagen face mask during the 20 minute wait time and am really glad I did. What a refreshed glow I had! For the detox wrap, there is a brief exfoliation then the mud is applied and you are wrapped snugly to relax for 20 minutes. The face massage prior to the face mask was incredibly relaxing. I loved the feel of the bubbles pooping while my body reacted and oxygenated with the mud. It was pretty funny when my armpits started making popping sounds though! Is it okay to giggle during a session? Hope so! The in room shower was great to rinse the mud and had hair products as well if you want to wash your hair. Afterwards, a hydrating moisturizer is applied to your body and it feels magnificent!

This isn’t my favorite spa in Vegas but it is one I won’t hesitate to book.

Loved it, they give you a tour , a locker was given along with a comfy robe and slippers. I began in the hot tub and proceeded to the steam room. They have iced towels, water along with drinks and snacks. They have everything you would ever want in a spa. Above and beyond, had a massage and a collagen facial. So relaxing after all the walking in vegas for various activities. Highly recommend this spa for I will return again next July. No pictures taken due to privacy.

My 5-star experience is solely due to excellent client-facing staff: from Valerie (masseuse extraordinaire with many decades of experience including rare TMJ expertise & craniosacral technique and more importantly is an exceptionally caring human being!) to Sarah Tecuanhey, Kimberly de la Rosa and Brittany (reception staff, not Brittany the manager whom I didn’t meet). During my multiple visits, they all made sure temporarily disabled me (needing a cane and wheelchair for mobility during my visit while attending a medical conference at the hotel) was well-cared for, with my comfort given high priority unlike (unfortunately) some of my fellow travelers on Delta plus 1 flight attendant on return flight and even some of my fellow medical professionals who either walked directly into my path or blocked my path despite my obvious condition or even cut in front of me while queuing up to use the women’s restroom.

My husband and I both had pedicures here last week during our Vegas weekend. Very professional and clean. They are in the middle of renovating, so the pedicure tubs are kind of in the middle of the salon right now. Not a problem for me, but if you are looking for a certain environment, this wouldn't be it.
My technician did a great job with getting my feet super smooth.
No "dryers," though, so I had to walk to lunch with not quite dry polish and wait for them to finish setting while eating.
All in all a good experience, but not sure if it was overall worth the price we paid.

I went to the Bellagio Spa on April 11 and received a custom massage from Corinne.

Corinne deserves 5/5 stars. She was a great massage therapist and completely relieved my plantar fasciitis to the point I could walk again after my massage. She also showed me how to release the plantar fascia and I am now pain free.

As for the other facilities - they are great for a normal city. But for Vegas there are other options to consider. Personally I've had better experiences at other Vegas spas when it comes to the hot tubs/steam room. By no means are the Bellagio facilities bad, there are just better options out there.

For my 40th birthday, my boyfriend booked me a blowout on Feb. 24th. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited in line. When I approached to check in, the lady did not say anything to me - so I spoke first and said I was checking in for my 11AM. The first thing she said to me was that my hair was "probably" to my bra strap (it was in a bun btw), so there would be an additional charge. After a few minutes of clicking and staring at the screen, she then told me that I have to pay upfront bc my name was not on the room. My name WAS on the room and I gently corrected her, but she held her ground. I have social anxiety, so rather than going back and forth, I explained that I did not have my phone or wallet (I had just come from the spa upstairs) and then asked if I could use the phone to call my BF so he could come back down and handle it. She told me NO. I felt humiliated and stranded. Fortunately, right at this moment of panic, a friendly French(?) woman at the other end of the counter interrupted because she was looking for me - she had just called my room to see where I was and spoke to my BF. She called my name out and quickly noticed I was there at the counter already. She then instructed me to have a seat and wait for Jared to come get me. When that happened, the difficult lady said nothing. She just ignored me. And as it turns out, I did not have to pay upfront bc my name was on the room.
But wait- there's more! When Jared did my blowout, he was so rude! He barely spoke 5 words to me the whole time - not kidding. I told him I had never had a blowout before and that I just wanted a voluminous, fresh style. He acted aggravated and said it was impossible to give me volume because I do not have layers. Yet 2 days prior, I got 7 inches cut off and added layers and face framing. So, I have no idea what he was talking about. He harshly yanked my head around and ripped through my hair, he didn't try to talk to me at all (he never even knew it was my bday), and he wouldn't even lift the chair up so I could see myself in the mirror after we were done. It was so uncomfortable and I felt like an unwelcome guest the whole time. I think Jared was rude to me bc he thought I was late - but really I was early and the lady held me up at the counter. In his defense, the blowout looked great, so he is talented. Overall, the salon was a total let down and very sad experience - definitely not worth the cost we paid that day. Skip it and head to the slots instead!

Our initial experience was great. However, they then changed the facial during the session and completed a $78 face mask without telling us it would cost more money. We checked out without the additional fee and were not notified of it until we reviewed our hotel folio. Then after speaking to numerous people and two spa managers and getting the run around, they still didn’t remove or reduce the charge. We spent thousands of dollars in dining, shows, gambling, and hotel at the Bellagio and they ruined our trip over a $78 face mask. We will lot return there are many other non mgm properties who will treat us better.

There was no one at the check in desk when I arrived so I had to wait for about 4 mins until a lady appeared, there was other people waiting too and asking me if anyone was working there.

I let the massage therapist know that I had an Eyebrow wax schedule following the massage and she was tried to make my experience seamless and relaxing, but the manager said no, so I had to immediately get dressed and go downstairs to the salon. When I asked the gentleman working in the Men’s Spa where I needed to go, the mgr there tried to find my appointment and couldn’t find my appointment. I showed him my text confirmation and he said he wasn’t sure to just go downstairs to the salon checkin desk. When I arrived at the salon checkin desk there were four people in line and after waiting several minutes I finally tried to get checked in, but they said they didn’t have a reservation for me. I showed the mgr the text confirmation and then she finally found it. Then she said oh it is 3:15, you missed your appointment which was scheduled for 3pm. I had been trying to get to the appointment for over 15 minutes but no one seems to know what is going on. Then she says I can schedule you for 3:45pm (another 30 minute wait) I said I guess….I didn’t get to use any of the Spa services other than the massage because I had to get dressed and rush downstairs, just to be told I don’t have an appointment and I would have to wait another 30 mins. The manager said, oh just have a seat and relax….this has been anything but relaxing, for $300 I would expect impeccable service, this has been very poor service.

For the price I paid to get a massage and a facial I’m definitely disappointed. Didn’t have a warm welcome right from the start. They didn’t even give me a locker and I had to lug my items around from massage to facial and back.

My massage was sub par for the price and she didn’t even focus on the parts I said were in pain. Came out of the massage with none of my knots relieved and ended up getting a better massage from my facialist Lori. Lori was great - very knowledgeable and amazing at her craft and because of her I gave 2 stars instead of 1. For $700 definitely feels like I was robbed (facial not included)

The staff were wonderful and my massage was just what I needed. That’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. Judging by the state of the amenities however I’d say the owners/management appear to take for granted the customers. The whirlpools had visible mildew in the grout, the decor over all is a bit dated for a premium hotel spa, and the “snack bar” consisted of mini jelly donuts and a bowl of unpeeled giant oranges (no plates so they really didn’t expect you to have an orange). There is no outdoor lounge/pool space for the spa, no reading material or even aromatherapy in the lounge area. There’s a mounted glass sign beside the snack bar extolling the benefits of eating fresh healthy foods to rejuvenate one’s body, which paired w/jelly donuts lands like an insult to anyone paying several hundred dollars to spend a few hours here.

This Spa was a disappointment, especially compared to other luxury hotel spas. Had 1 hour massage. It was perfunctory. The masseuse did what she needed to do, but it was just movement and steps to finish rather than in tune with the client. At the end, she washed her hands in sink. If you’ve been to a good spa, you know that's just distracting & unnecessay. Not what should be expected for expensive spa massage. Facilities okay, but limited. Nothing bothers me more than spending $$$ on a mediocre experience.
*Eucalyptus Steam Room had an old musty smell and NO eucalyptus whatsoever. The cooling towels, however, did have eucalyptus (???).
* Massage was not any specific style or technique, but rather a rub down of CBD oil with random strokes in odd places and lots of chatting.
* Such a large space for treatment rooms etc but very few spaces to put your feet up and relax in quiet serenity which is what I was NEEDING to balance the noise and chaos of Vegas.

The salon and spa are a logistics and customer service nightmare.

For the price, go somewhere else. I have mixed feelings on this salon and spa. I had a few appointments this week, including hair, makeup, and a facial. The estetician for my facial kind of seemed rushed, whereas my husband received his full proper appointment.. Both times I had my makeup done, the women were nice, but this salon did not have my skin tone and I had to paint my chest shoulders and back with a darker shade of foundation to match (it was for my wedding and I didn't have time to correct it). The second woman who did my hair was great, but the first kept complaining to everyone around me that my appointment was late (salons fault, not mine).

Their front desk is a great indication of the customer service in this place. The disregard for me by the front desk, even when I was paying for the services for myself and my mother-in-law, was something else. They put her name on the account with my phone number and card. Then, when I went back another time, they charged both our cards for the service (mine declined it because I locked my card). The front desk salon/appointment people do not listen when you talk (i.e. this is my name, who is paying for the appointment etc.) They also tell you to be early but take you late. Don't bother with phone calls to this place because they never answer. They also called me and left a message for someone else's appointment on my phone.

Place was super clean and comfortable. Thank you so much. I will be back here every time I visit Vegas. Beautiful view to the conservatory. I highly recommend this place.

I was gifted a spa day and cannot express how much I loved it. I had a facial, a mani/pedi, and a haircut in the salon.

This is an incredible experience. From the comfy robes and water bar to the very helpful staff, I just felt so spoiled. My esthetician was so informative, letting me know how to deal with several skin issues and the best way to deal with heat and dehydration. My nail techs really went out of the way, especially the technician working on my poor abused feet.

My hairdresser listened to what I wanted and helped with hair are suggestions. I have worked in the hospitality industry in the past and we had a great chat comparing notes.

This was my first spa experience of this caliber, and the staff really put me at ease. I would love to be able to have this experience again.

MASSAGE REVIEW: I had an amazing massage here, but I forgot the gentleman’s name. He is originally from Bosnia. He was professional, and kind. You can tell he is a genuinely good person. I give my massage 5 Stars. SPA REVIEW: I am giving the spa three stars. It is outdated and leaves a lot to be desired. The spa staff loudly chats the entire time. They also discontinued the cold plunge pool. The outlets for hair tools are abnormally large, and regular prongs for the hair tools slip out when you use them. This is a clothing-optional gender-specific spa. They state cell phones ar jot allowed, but 50% of clients has their phone out and were using them in the spa area. Many women do not have clothing on, and this is a breach of privacy and of Bellagio's policy. The attendants did not enforce the no-phone policy at all! I left early because I felt uncomfortable. Aria strictly enforces the no-phone policy, and they do it well with kindness but with purpose. The snacks are delicious, but the drinks are odd. They pride themselves for not using plastic water bottles, but supplying plastic cups. Quite a contradictory statement and effort. The lock on my assigned locker had something wrong with it. I had number 81. Instead of relocating my locker, the staff would
Watch me struggle with it. If this is the first spa you have been to, it may seem nice. I urge you to try Aria, Wynn, and Encore.

It's really hard to get a good nail service in US, but I found it here, at Bellagio. Crystal was paying attention to small details, and I'm extremely happy with the results.
Also, my husband and I, we got a custom massage here, and it was really good deep tissue massage, helped a lot with our stiff muscles. Will definitely come back next time we're staying at Bellagio.

Massage was ok. The robe they give you to wear is super plush and the steam room, sauna, plunge pool, and hot tubs are awesome after the massage. Bathroom has all the amenities you may need before, during and after a shower. I also got a blowout and that was amazing, I forgot the name of the lady that did my hair but she did a great job!

We've been here 3 times. The first two were for a massage and then hair and makeup - those were great experiences. The third time we got a couples massage, but our therapists were late and didn't make up the time on the back-end. After complaining, the front desk adjusted our price, but it was still a bit disappointing. The spa itself was fantastic and this was the only negative experience we had, so I'm hoping it was a one-off.

Absolutely the best! From the service to the treatment we had a fantastic time! We were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary and I highly recommend it! We did the couples massage along with the couples spa! Even though we were separated in the beginning it was relaxing hanging out on the men's side it was absolutely rejuvenating! Brandon went above and beyond providing guest satisfaction! My favorite part was the couples private spa!

I booked a signature 80 massage the day of and it was fantastic. I called early in the morning and call was answered quickly. I booked it online and was told to show up 30 mins early. It was pretty easy to find in the Bellagio. When I entered the main door to the spa/salon, I checked in at the front desk and was explained that the salon was downstairs and the spa was upstairs. Oh my… it was more than what I was expecting. The price was more than my normal massages I get on a regular but I figured it was because it was in LV hotel. The spa is supposedly the largest one on the strip. After checking in, I was given sandals in my size and a locker to put my belongings. I was given a tour and told I could stay there until closing time(6pm). My ap at 230 and got there at 2. I had plenty of time to take a shower and get ready for my massage. My massage was with Sharon and she did a great job with relaxation and understanding my needs. Afterwards, I went into the steam room, the hydrotherapy pool/spa, and sauna. They have a small room for to sit and relax while waiting for the service or just afterwards. They had water, coffee, tea, and snacks to enjoy while waiting. I was able to do my hair and use all the amenities. Luckily i was not in a rush so I was able to enjoy the experience. If I ever come again, I will definitely book earlier and stay for the day.

I am so sad this wasn't amazing. I really wanted it to be phenomenal. We booked a couples massage for our anniversary weekend. I was surprised that the hot tubs and steam rooms where separate in the girls and boys locker rooms. I kind of expected a more romantic together experience booking a couples massage at the Bellagio.
10 minutes before our massage they had us back together waiting in a lounge area with lots of others people waiting as well. One of our massage people who came and grabbed us was later then our appointment and we were the last ones waiting.
All this would have been ok if the massage itself was amazing but massage felt like I was being energized to go out and fight in a ring. Not soothing slow movements but quick fast everything. It was truly awful. NOT worth the over $400 price at all.

We scheduled a massage and pedicure for my wife weeks in advance of our stay at the Bellagio. The Bellagio is great - but the customer service at the spa is terrible.

Today, we walked down to the spa 7 minutes before her appointment. There's a big check-in desk on the 1st floor, but it's only for the salon. It's not very clear where you check-in for either the salon or the spa, no signs at the desk, and there's people waiting in the lobby implying check-in is downstairs. Anyway, after waiting 10 minutes somebody finally showed up and directed her to check-in upstairs. She arrived upstairs and was immediately told that she can't get the full massage because she's 3 minutes late - a delay created by their inefficiency.

She got changed and after waiting for 15 minutes, it became obviously clear that they had either double booked the time slot or the masseuse was absent. The staff failed to update her so she had to inquire about the delay. They told her that they could only reschedule the massage hours later in the day - which wouldn't work because we had tickets to an afternoon show. Then they told her that because she hadn't provided 4 hours of advance notice before a cancellation that she would have to pay the complete price of the message. Of course, she disagreed - however the front desk staff seemed dedicated to charging her for a service they had not provided due to a failure of their scheduling/staffing. At this point, other people waiting area actually began to complain about the staff members and asked the manger to come out. Think about that - the behavior of the staff was so bad that the entire group in the waiting area became upset.

Anyway, my wife begins to get changed, and the manager comes out and tries to speak with her AS SHE'S GETTING CHANGED - she was half-naked! She actually had to tell them to wait while until she was finished putting her clothes back on - ridiculous, unprofessional, and quite frankly, a little disgusting. Realizing they had made a series of mistakes, the manager agreed that she wouldn't be charged. The total delay by this point was about 45 minutes. No sincere offers or sincere apologies from any of the staff.

The pedicure was fantastic though.

Can’t put less than one star.. The salon is perched in front of a beautiful garden within the Bellagio, unfortunately not so lovely inside the salon when it comes to prices and requests. I experienced miscommunication with the front desk over prices and specific requests for my hair styling, I felt completely off putted by the lady at the desk vs the lady that booked my appointment. When I made a request to have my hair ONLY roll brush blow dried, I was told it would have to be included in an “event package” that was $95 - I have had wash, cut and styles done by high end stylists that don’t charge overpriced fees like they do here. Not sure they could even prove the quality of their styling before having them attempt to blow dry my hair. The hair dresser didn’t want to help me blow dry my hair at a reasonable price so I chose to leave. She did however, cancel the appointment without any issues. If you like to pay for overpriced blow outs, this place is for you!

I am quite picky when it comes to spas and I can say, the Bellagio did not disappoint. I arrived 30 minutes early to spend time in the whirlpool spa, steam room, and sauna. I then enjoyed tea while waiting for my massage. I had one of the best massages I have ever had in my life. I had the ashiatsu massage, which I had never had and was quite surprised- as I didn't do my research and didn't realize this was done with the therapist's FEET! Well, while it was surprising - it was incredible. I don't know that I ever want any other kind of massage ever again now. It was incredibly deep pressure and absolutely no pain the next day, unlike other deep tissue massages.
The spa's amenities were clean, beautiful - I do wish the whirlpool tubs were a bit hotter though. Otherwise, I could have spent my entire trip there - it was awesome! Highly recommend!

Hello Hi

To be honest the manicure pedicure costed me $282 out the door. I’ve been coming here every trip to LV for the past 7 years. They no longer use the Yonka line and sorry to say but the service & products no longer are worth the price. I can literally go anywhere. It’s over priced and the experience is now very basic. Yes they’ll give a coffee etc but even when including a few beverages it super over priced. Highly recommend they get new products & think of the quality of service they are providing.

Definitely not the Bellagio experience. You can't book certain things online (like a couples message) so you have to call them. You will sit on hold for a long time, then it will pick up and disconnect or you will get disconnected after 20 minutes on hold. If you need to make a change to your reservation, good luck they don't answer their phones.
