Dan is an absolute wonderful trainer, extremely knowledgable, & an all around great person. As many do, on the first of the year, I decided to change my fitness. I wanted to become more shredded, strong, healthy, and active, Dan helped with all of this. I have always been a cardio junkie, and Dan taught me that strength training will lead to more longevity versus cardio. Your muscles build up a protective layer around your bones, cartilage, and joints to protect them long term. Strength training is key for longevity. Dan is excellent at following up with what you have trouble on, Pushing you to meet your goals, making sure your form is great, and providing support/excellent coaching. It has only been about 2 months now, but I am in better shape than I have been my whole life thanks to Dan. I lost 15 lbs of fat and gained muscle form I never knew I had. Mind you I have been an athlete my whole life and at 39 I can say I’m at my best! I can’t wait to see my results further down the road bc they are already significant! Dan is the BEST!!

I have known Dan for almost 15 years. He was my fitness/health coach for a period of two years and took me on a comprehensive & high impact journey into the best physical years of my life. Dan is awesome. He’s a fantastic guy all around who will taylor your program to you and your sport and he’s awesome with adults and kids alike. I really appreciate Adam’s attention to form and whole body fitness and functional movement vs just giving a cookie cutter program. Dan is also really into kids cross training and taking time to recover after injury or from each season. He’s not a pusher and is REALLY AWESOME with teens! My daughter saw Dan for training for Wrestling and he gave her a great program that she could also do independently in our gym. Our experience with training with Dan through her was positive and he also checked in on her through me from time to time after being sidelined from everything for health issues. I met Coach Dan in 2003. He was referred to me. I started weight training right away. The one on one sessions were exactly what I needed. He educated me on proper form , nutrition and focused on explaining the specifics of each exercise.
Today, he continues to support me as I’m getting ready to run my first half marathon in June, and full marathon in October.
He is extremely educated. He communicates with my chiropractor, PT, and orthopedic to make sure we are all in the same rhythm.
Furthermore, answering my calls and emails in a timely manner makes my endurance training easier on my mind.
The additional training with Coach Dan has led me to my passion for running.

Dan is awesome, he is very flexible, ALWAYS willing to work with us with my sons ever changing sports schedule. We've been with Dan on and off for almost 2 years. Coach Dan is a gem. He is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about training. He is great with young athletes. I trained with Dan '08 - '12 to help improve my endurance and strength for motorcycle off road racing and won 2 championships during that time . I like how Dan applies himself to his trade he doesn't know it all but he is always learning more . His indepth knowledge of how the muscles work , what feeds them and proper technique is superberd and he's willing to share that knowledge. I've recently began training with Dan again and blown away by his increased knowledge. I don't race anymore but I still ride. Now I train to be more active and feel better, I have old injuries that need attention so they don't hold me back , Dan takes these challenges and finds a way that I can train and benifit rather than ignore it or cause damage from improper form or exercise. I've got aways to go to be in good shape again and now I drive a commercial truck OTR so finding a place and time to train is another challenge for both of us us , I'm getting back in the groove and benefiting greatly and I'm super happy to have Dan back helping me.

If you are considering a training program with Dan, rest assured it is well worth the investment. You just need to show some level of commitment and dedicate the time. As an ice hockey goaltender, Dan taught me a great deal about proper nutrition, stretching and weightlifting techniques. Be careful selecting a trainer, as not all fitness trainers are created equal. Some may even flaunt a fancy personal training certification, but customizing a training regiment for an individual takes years of practice and professional expertise. To all who wonder- This was my first opportunity to us a Personal Trainer. I can’t tell you how pleased I was to get Dan as a P.T.. I found him to be Always on time which is important to me. Really knowledgeable with reasoning behind the answers (FYI, don’t say anything but a few times I fact checked his answers). His program was really inventive Regarding my Minor physical limitations. Limitations being 63 challenging left knee.

Since retiring four years ago I notice it becoming difficult to participate in physical activities. Just walking short distances around the neighborhood was a challenge. My lungs seemed to burn and I felt exhausted. After looking in the mirror and recalling my past physical condition, I knew it was time to do something. Sure I live in Sun City Summerlin, a place that has numerous gyms facilities but for me I needed a professional to guide me with proper techniques and to hold me accountable.
After researching the trainers in my area I interviewed Dan and committed to 3 days a week for four weeks as a trial. I've now completed my second month with Dan and I'm extremely happy with his knowledge and care he puts into our training sessions.
I've lost weight, toned my body to the point people are noticing the improvement, but most of all I feel twenty years younger. My energy level is back to normal and my daily activities are a breeze.

I started training with Dan in 2008 , I was 45 and racing motorcycles off road and looking for a better edge . Dan helped me increase strength and endurance making winning more enjoyable. I won 2 championships while training with Dan and won lots of races along the way . Having a trainer make sure your doing the exercise right and getting the most out of each session translates into pushing yourself hard when it gets tough in whatever your endeavor is , mine was Desert racing but it also translates ro better work days and having more energy to get through the day.
